Very pleasant stay. Staff were attentive and welcoming and the breakfast was an added bonus. Really comfortable beds but only downside is that there was no AC in the bedroom. We were generally quite comfortable with the temperature but it did get a little warm in the room even though it was just the start of spring and the temperatures were relatively mild outside but the room got quite warm.

My experience wasn't so good. I went to spend the weekend celebrating my wedding anniversary. The room was nice, but poorly laid out. The mirror was almost impossible to see because there was a coffee cart and the sink behind it, so there was hardly any space. The shower had a broken button, and every time I turned it off, the button would fly off, posing a risk of injuring someone. I don't know how housekeeping didn't report that the shower was broken, or if they did, they didn't make the necessary repairs. Room cleaning was okay! Breakfast was okay!

Desk team show no care for customer Room old and dirty. Issues with toilette, bath tap appliance (broken). Stain on the carpet floor. Bed uncomfortable. A shame France has lost control on style and high standards. So close to eiffel tower, but so far from France. This was my last stay there.

Perfect location…. Turn right your at the Eiffel Tower, turn left you have the Metro Station Bir-Hakeim.
