Hotel very closed to Metro Station (5 minutes) and very closed to Torre Eiffel. Staff very professional and give me all support Maybe I can suggest to open the breakfast at 06:00 o'clock, very important for who is there for business

This hotel is extremely disappointing. The only advantage is its location; other than that, I can't think of any reason to book this hotel. The first room they gave me had a strange smell when I opened the door. After some coordination, I was given another room. The front desk and system are very unprofessional. They messed up my room, registering it under another guest's name, and even got the room key wrong. When I pointed this out to the front desk, they acted like it was our own mistake, but I am very sure this is not the fault of any guest, but rather the fault of their terrible system.

We had a spectacular view from our room. The hotel staff was very kind and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious, the staff in the morning were very attentive. The ONLY negative thing was that the bathroom door didn’t shut properly, otherwise, everything exceeded expectations. I would stay there again and recommend to friends!

I was greatly surprised, and appreciative for the excellent location. A few blocks in one direction and you are at the Effiel Tower. A few blocks the other direction are you are at a Metro stop and can get anywhere in the city quickly and easily. Just a few blocks another direction are you beginning to get out of the tourist area and into more residential Paris with locals. We never had any trouble with the room or the hotel. Everyone spoke both French and English very well. I would both recommend and stay here again. The room is not as large as many US hotels, so Americans, be ready for a smaller, but no less nice room.
