Amazing View of Eiffel Tower

TripAdvisor rating 4.0/5

TeeGold Couples - TripAdvisor review

Outstanding customer service with an excellent service. The environment is very clean, and the location is just 2-3 mins walk to Eiffel Tower. The room has an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower based on the selection of the room when making reservations. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Terrible for families - view isn’t as described

Room booking wasn’t what I booked. I booked connected rooms 2-3 months ago because we are a family with young children. The rooms were not available, not available with the view we booked and paid for. I was told somewhere in the terms and conditions connecting rooms are not guaranteed, so don’t offer them on your app. We then had to squeeze 4 people into 1 room, with one bed and a sofa bed - and no view of the Eiffel Tower except the very top tip. Then after two days we had to pack up and move to connecting rooms with no view at all. No refund was offered and I was not able to get a full refund to move hotels as I requested again due to terms and conditions despite the room I booked not being available. Then at breakfast my son was yelled at for taking a serviette from the table next to us, even after being told there aren’t any available we have have to ask for them. Then the next day, my son made a hot chocolate for himself and he just sat down to drink it when Harishna (I asked for her name) took it from him without explanation and when asked, she did not apologise or offer to make another. Staff were rude. We could not wait to leave.

Ignore the poor reviews….

We’re here as part of Rugby World Cup package. The hotel was good , clean, quiet. Exceptional location . Great breakfast, friendly staff. If you have read the poor reviews on this place ( and we did ) ignore them…. The hotel is worth checking out if you want a good basic hotel in a great location.

I am a regular guest at Accor properties, and I must express my extreme disappointment with my recent stay at your establishment. It is with regret that I report this was one of the worst experiences I have ever encountered at an Accor property. To begin with, upon entering my room, I was greeted by a pervasive smell of cigarettes. This was an immediate turn-off, as I expected a smoke-free environment as per Accor's standards. Moreover, when attempting to contact the reservation department to address this issue, no one answered the phone, leaving me feeling helpless and frustrated. Furthermore, the room had several other issues that negatively impacted my stay. The toilet's light system appeared to dim automatically, which was both inconvenient and disconcerting. The condition of the doors in the room was subpar, with some of them clearly broken. Additionally, the towels provided in the room had an unpleasant odor, further diminishing the overall experience. Regrettably, I felt reluctant to inform your staff about these issues due to the overall run-down condition of the hotel. It appeared that addressing these concerns would be an exercise in futility, given the state of disrepair. Even the breakfast experience left much to be desired. The quality and presentation resembled something reminiscent of a 1980s school tuckshop, which was far below the standard I have come to expect from Accor properties. I want to emphasize my deep disappointment with this entire experience. As a loyal Accor customer, I had expected a much higher level of service and quality during my stay. I sincerely hope that you can take these concerns seriously and work towards improving the overall quality and upkeep of your property, as it currently falls significantly short of the Accor brand's reputation for excellence. Thank you for your attention to these matters, and I trust that you will take appropriate action to rectify these issues for the benefit of future guests. Thank you, Himanshu Bakhda
