Very outdated, Privilege room was smaller than a cruise cabin! Carpet worn with underlay showing, confusion at check in, found girl to be abrupt, asked to speak to someone else got manager who was lovely, and was compensated for the mixup with complimentary breakfast. Europe does NOT honour Accor's south Pacific and Asia benefits. I have stayed in an Ibis in Port Macquarie that was 100% better! Doors banged loudly, no quiet closing. And the cost was ridiculous, yes PRIME position to the Eifle Tower and river Seine dinner cruises. But had to dodge the rats out the front to get up the steps, and on our last day 2 mice were running around in the bar!!! We were told someone must have left a door open. Ok big city rodent problem, GET some cats!! Not worth the $'s.

The desk/concierge desk not helpful at all. Very rude in fact. Spend a total of Four nights in 3 different Mercure hotels. All did not go well in each. Room change to smaller because toilet didn’t flush. Another room change because no electricity. And always made us feel badly, not the other way around. Very little GF options for breakfast and we’re not nice when asked for it. Showed me two things then said that’s it.

Our honeymoon stay at the Mercure Paris Centre Tour Eiffel will always have such a special place in our hearts. We were celebrating the beginning of our marriage and during the same trip, we also got to reveal our baby’s gender making an already beautiful chapter of our lives even more unforgettable. Being so close to the Eiffel Tower made everything feel even more magical and Paris became the backdrop to two of the happiest memories we will always treasure.

We stayed here for 3 nights and the Wi-Fi never worked once. We reported it to the front desk multiple times, but staff only gave empty promises about a technician who never showed up. ​For a 4-star hotel, it is extremely disappointing that they made zero effort to solve the problem or offer us another room

Overall good experience. A few small issues (Bathroom was on the small side, no mile or creamer provided in room for the provided tea and coffee).

Room is nice and comfortable, enjoyed my stay very much. Location is superb! However just one suggestion, as a coffee lover, I appreciated there is a coffee machine in the room. However, I was not able to find any milk in room for the coffee as the espresso is too strong for me and my partner. I inquired at the reception but they just said they don’t provide in the room but we can get it in the bar (but when we inquired the bar already close as it’s already like 12am). Also, I would like to join the “skip the clean” to earn extra 100point for my membership. However, I failed to find the sign in the room. So on my third day of stay, I informed the reception that I don’t need to clean the room and I couldn’t find the sign in room so I asked him to inform housekeeper and please help to put the sign so I can get the point. But obviously they missed it and I didn’t get my 100 point.

Clean hotel with some modern touches in the room. Very quick walk to the Eiffel Tower. The main cons of this hotel is that we're from the US, it was really bad that none of the TV stations had the option to speak in English. There were many other languages that could be chosen except English yet the hotel played music overhead in English a lot. Also, we booked a room with the mini bar which isn't the same as what we have in the US. It was only a bottle of water, a bottle of soda & fruit compote. Other than that, it's a good hotel for a short stay.

Location fabulous for exploring Paris during our one night stay but at premium cost. Low rating due to room amenities - needed a refresh after a late afternoon arrival prior to our only chance to explore this amazing city - but a very poor selection of tea bags & as for the paper cups!! I have never experienced this before in an inner city hotel what a sad state of affairs after paying top dollar.
