We had an excellent stay at the hotel . Breakfast was really good and many options .available. Room were clean and comfortable with The Tower Eiffel view. Definitely recommended

We already make prepayment 1 month before arrival but when we check in reception told us that we never make payment. It's waste of time about 1 hour. Why reservation and reception did not communicate ?????

the reception team was very good at check in and check out but the rooms were really not good.

Full marks for location although rooms could do with a refresh. I booked a twin room but ended up with 2 rooms instead which isnt ideal when travelling as a family. Paper cups are provided in the rooms but these arent replenished regularly, same with tea bags etc in the rooms. The shower in my room leaked water onto the floor leaving a wet bathroom floor each time.

Cleaning was so so - also the cleaners forgot to take their gloves, forgot coffee, cups, toilet paper etc. Also when I called in the morning the receptionist because the cleaning stuff forgot to put a coffee cup in my room, I needed to come down and they didn't want to bring it upstairs. I explained that I just come out of my bed and not able to come down, its their fault and expected they will bring it if I pay more than €200 Euro/night, they just hang up the phone.
