The hotel’s attention to detail fell short of what you would expect from a four‑star property. The room had not been cleaned propeely before our arrival, the previous guest’s half‑drunk water was still in the fridge, there was no body wash in the shower, and the bathroom felt quite basic. The mirror was loose, the tissue dispenser was empty, and the toilet cubicle had a noticeable smell of urine. With rates over £300 per night, this was disappointing.There were positives: the reception team were cheerful and genuinely helpful, and breakfast was vgood, with courteous staff in both the restaurant and breakfast area.I would only consider staying again if there were special events such as Independence Day celebrations; otherwise, the cost versus the facilities and service is the reason I rated it a 4 i would not be recommending to others.

Check-in was quick. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved having the small fridge!!! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The location was perfect. Step out the front door and the Eiffel Tower is right there. We were only 1.5 blocks from the train station and 2 blocks from the tour bus stop. There are tons of cafés, restaurants and shops. Here's the thing, it was quiet and relaxing. No loud cars. The streets and side walks were clean. Pets were on leashes and cleaned up after. The food!!! All I can say is it's everything you want it to be. We just booked our next package for May of 2027!!!!
