The hotel itself is lovely staff helpful and happy to help. The location is lovely and great for seeing the Eiffel Tower etc close to bus stops, restaurants etc. A few not so great things we had a privilege room with tower view the view was great the bed comfy but the room is very small I expected more for the price, also the tea/coffee making facilities in the room where very disappointing the sugar etc was not replaced (we stayed three nights) and the biggest negative for us was there was no milk available unless we paid €4 this is something we have never heard off before. We had a lovely stay but like a lot of people we like to have a tea/coffee with milk I. The morning before heading for breakfast.
