The room décor is very tired and in need of updating. We even had holes in the walls, which was quite disappointing. The corridors are decorated in a very unusual way, with a strange Star Trek-style theme that felt dated rather than quirky. The lifts are also very old-fashioned and extremely slow, which became frustrating. Breakfast wasn’t great. A lot of items ran out and we had to wait a long time for food to be replenished, which took away from the experience. Staff service could be improved. When I asked for help finding a pharmacy, I was told to use Google Maps rather than being offered any assistance. There was no complimentary water provided in the room, which was disappointing. The main positive is the location, which is excellent and very convenient.

We would stay here again, and will do so in September.

Third time at this hotel and the service and reception was excellent. The location of this hotel is the big draw for us. It is literally a 10 minute walk to the Eiffel Tower and even a shorter walk to the Metro. The rooms are small, but well designed, and not to belabour a point, one does not go to Paris to stay in a hotel room. There was a small fridge in the room, along with a small safe. There were plug ins for usb cables, so recharging phones and computers was not a problem When we booked, breakfast was not included. You could purchase breakfast each morning for 20 Euros per person. We have had breakfast here before on our previous stays, and it is very good. We decided to skip breakfast and explore Paris and have a Parisian breakfast of coffee and croissants. The staff was helpful and very professional. Well done all !

The hotel was greater than we expected, the rooms were nice and the staff were lovely. We had low expectations going in but it far exceeded what we thought. Definitely reccomend

My detailed review, including photos, will also be shared on Booking.com! From the moment we arrived, our experience was disappointing. The receptionist who greeted us was rude and appeared unwilling to engage, as if working on a Sunday morning was an inconvenience. We requested a room upgrade, which was processed promptly after paying an additional fee. The staff member handling luggage showed a similar lack of enthusiasm. When we politely asked whether everything was ok, we were told, “Sorry, it’s just the Sunday morning vibe.” The staff member assigned to our room for cleaning did not speak any English, which is surprising for a hotel in such a prime location. Throughout the cleaning, she was wearing headphones and speaking loudly on the phone. Despite politely requesting that she lower the volume or remove the headphones while cleaning the room, my request was ignored. Coming from the Middle East, where four-star hotels often deliver service comparable to five-star standards, this experience was genuinely shocking. Based on our stay, I would rate this property closer to a one-star experience. The lobby and rooms are dated, lack charm, and are in clear need of refurbishment. Overall, this stay was a waste of money, and unfortunately, we will not be returning.
