I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay. During my stay in room 1023 the hotel lifts were out of service for a significant portion of the time, which caused considerable inconvenience — especially as I had luggage and limited mobility. I had expected basic facilities such as functioning elevators to be available and was neither informed in advance nor offered suitable assistance or compensation. Please let me know what steps you will take to address this issue and what compensation the hotel will offer for the disruption.
