Excellent team running the hotel. Knowledgeable and friendly. Clean and appears well organied. The only reason it is not a "10" is location and the heavy traffic nearby and driving into Chartres centre.

I overall had a pleasant experience. It's a good hotel. The only thing is that the family room is not soundproof at all. There are two doors on either side of the room which communicate with the neighbouring rooms and we could hear everything from the neighbours: TV, sneezing, talking, snoring... I don't understand why there should be doors to neighbouring rooms. I am not sure I will re-book this hotel because of this.
