Stay as on previous occasions with you was good but the receptionist on arrival allocated the wrong room and seemed not to understand our needs. Unfortunately my french was not good enough to explain fully and she spoke no English. Room was changed to an accessible one we had booked and was clearly marked on the door unlike the one originally allocated. I invited her to see this but she declined. Rest of our stay was ok. Staff in the morning were really pleasant and helpful as usual.
