Spacious superior room. New bed, new tapistry, but a really not matching floor carpet. No more fridge in the room.No soundproofing, you can hear every single word the neighbor says. Nice bathroom with shower for handicapped people. Nice third sofa-bed. Nice continental breakfast.

Hotel was ideal for one night stopover on France roadtrip. Easy check in process and good parking facilities. Ideal location for visiting Chartres. Room was quite small but clean with adequate facilities. Breakfast was good and staff helpful. Only 2 choices of red wine by the glass was a little disappointing. Overall good value for money.

We booked the suite and it was worth the little extra, having a sitting area was much more comfortable than having to sit on the bed. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Disappointed as expected more from an Ibis Styles. Old fashioned decor with partly renovated rooms. Unfriendly reception on a Saturday. No lift and no help taking luggage up stairs. Menu choice very limited as they were clearly focused on a large group block-booking.

Excellent team running the hotel. Knowledgeable and friendly. Clean and appears well organied. The only reason it is not a "10" is location and the heavy traffic nearby and driving into Chartres centre.

I overall had a pleasant experience. It's a good hotel. The only thing is that the family room is not soundproof at all. There are two doors on either side of the room which communicate with the neighbouring rooms and we could hear everything from the neighbours: TV, sneezing, talking, snoring... I don't understand why there should be doors to neighbouring rooms. I am not sure I will re-book this hotel because of this.
