Other than that not being given the welcome drink voucher, ALL Accord Platinum card holder, the stay was satisfactory. Special mention to the staff in the bar and restaurant. They could not have been more friendly and helpful. Showed great patience in letting me practice my French. Thank you.

I think Novotel Chartres covers all of the bases…nice room, pleasant staff. My only negative thought is the selection du Boucher…the steak was barely chewable.
