This was the third hotel booked by or for us in four days because of hotel closures due to the lockdown. The room was small but adequate and the bed hard for us but it was a bed better than sleeping in the car. The staff were very good and welcoming. They explained the safety rules in detail including what we needed to do for breakfast.

Comfortable, good price, good petite dejourner. The extractor fan in the bathroom kept running all night and was just audible with the door closed. Not sure if this can be controlled.

My Room was a little "TIRED"and could do with some extra care. the toilet was old and did not flush properly and was dripping all night. the shower was also old.

Because of IBIS budget closing we were transferred to IBIS Styles. We stayed at IBIS Styles as we were returning to U. as our countries were closing down because of Covid 19. Every care was taken to respect distance and although there was no breakfast served in the restaurant we could eat it in our room. Everything was done politely and respectfully

No heating from an electric fire hanging off the wall and went to have a shower the floor became a ice rink and I was sliding all over, if you check your records you will find that we have used your company many times

The hotel was amazing just the location is hard to navigate. Sat nav always take you to a petrol station opposite to the hotel. The choice of breakfast was very limited and there was no hot food available.

Our room was just big enough to walk round the bed. It was clean and bedding adequate. The shower was hot and worked fine but there was black mould on the wall and ceiling. It was very cheap so I didn’t expect more. The breakfast was simple but ok, bread was fresh and there were croissants. Coffee was average.

Terrible smell in bathroom from drains.

Good location and not much noise even thiugh near to the main road. Good eating choices nearby. Very helpful reception staff. The room was adequate but in need of some redecoration. The main defficiency was that the water in the bedroom was only likewarm. Not possible to shower. And this was at at about 6.30 am so u likely that all the hot water had already been taken by other customers.

Monday 14th October arrived for breakfast, no baguette left asked girl there who was talking to two men for some more and was told “no “ then went back to talking to the men, I assumed she meant there was not anymore available, there was one only one piece of bread left so I toasted that and had a tea, I then asked for my money back for breakfast and she was rude and surly, no apology just asked for my RIB and said you have my card details but just kept saying RIB so gave it to her she took a photo copy and then just slapped it down on the desk. I am a loyalty member of Accor Hotels and have never had an experience like that, I am traveling via Chartres for the next few months but will now never go back and will look for another hotel of which there are lots. A hotel in France with no baguette is unbelievable!!

Rooms a bit small. Could do with a chair, two people but only one plastic stool. Bathroom adequate. Breakfast, no hot food, set out in a disjointed manner. Easy to find hotel. Saver price good. OK for one night.

The facilities were as expected from a budget hotel. The room was clean and tidy. My experience was very short as I arrived quite late and left early, but during the time I had a good nights sleep with a reasonable selection of breakfast items
