We are truly sorry to hear that your first impression did not live up to your memories of your "previous stay"—even though, despite a thorough search, we couldn’t find any trace of your name in our guest records over the past years. Regarding your comments about the room amenities, please allow us to gently remind you that we are a 2-star establishment; hospitality trays with tea and coffee facilities are simply not part of the standard services offered in this category. As for your departure, our team was indeed busy attending to guests in the breakfast room rather than waiting at the desk. However, this is precisely why a clearly indicated Fast Check-Out box is available at reception, designed specifically to make departure as quick and seamless as possible. Finally, we are rather surprised by your comment regarding our environmental efforts, and we are sorry that you somehow managed to miss the large selective waste sorting bins, clearly labeled and placed right in the middle of our lobby for everyone to see. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable (which is what we expect from Accor). The outside of the hotel was very tatty and the entrance doors really dirty and the floor filthy. It looked so run down (compared to our previous stay) that we thought the hotel had closed down. This gave a very poor first impression. Not what we expected at all.

Wir konnten das Zimmer schon vor 16 Uhr beziehen und noch einen Ausflug mit dem Fahrrad in die Stadt machen. Das Zimmer ist klein und es gibt keinen Schrank, aber mit eigenem WC/Dusche ist das als Zwischenübernachtung gut geeignet. Es gibt kein deutschsprachiges TV, aber der Interntzugang ist (nach Registrierung) so schnell, dass wir Nachrichten über die Mediathek anschauen konnten. Das Frühstück ist ausreichend und gut für einen Preis von 10 €.
