The staff were friendly, but the bed was uncomfortable and the towels had an unpleasant odor. The lift failed to close properly three times before it worked every single time. I was also disappointed with the gym, as it was not possible to get a proper workout.

Good location, very friendly staff. Rooms are basic and in need of modernising. Breakfast and facilities are basic overall.
