Broken elevator on arrival. They offered to help bring our bags up the stairs, but it was still a struggle for my 80 year old mother. We should have been made aware of this broken amenity prior to our arrival. Room was fine. Shower gel was empty. Breakfast was good.

Breakfast was very limited. It was all standard, would expect much more for a large company as Accor. There was also no bar to consume some alcoholic drinks. The bed and cleaning service was good daily.

Well positioned, quiet, nicely furnished hotel. The rating would have been a 9 but for the lack of car parking. The nearest public car park charged €73 for 3 days parking, the most we have ever had to pay anywhere.

I stayed for 7 nights and have no complaints. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the room was clean and well stocked. The location is great. You can walk to just about anything.
