Highly satisfied with the room, the service and the location of the hotel. The bed overall may need some reconsideration (mattress and the pillows). The main reason you didn't get a score higher than 8 is mainly because of the smelly towels. Those are always smelling terrible and you need to change your contractor for cleaning those. Last two times I stayed they were particularly too smelly.
