The bright and cheerful mosaic of tapestries on the reception wall will catch your sights, as you first step into our hotel. Soon after, you'll notice the antique carpentry bench, right below the translucent reception table. Look up! Our subtle led lighting fixtures, in the shape of traditional Romanian motifs, will surprise you. The expanded metal ceiling evokes the transparency of the Romanian blouse. Its ethereal texture lets the light pass through and creates immaterial volumes.

Hotel has nice rooms and average breakfasts. What is the most annoying is service - we asked multiple times for breakfast packets as had to leave really early and were assured those will be ready in the morning. They never were. Room cards were expiring every day. Once we had to wait 30 min for the crew to arrive and fix them at 23:00. Was there twice, not coming again unless everything else around will be booked.

It's a renewed hotel with classic Ibis atmosphere. Close to the city center by walk, like 20 min. And public transport bus and tram stops are close to the hotel. The only negative thing I have found out are the walls are not well insorized ( I was expecting more from a 3* hotel). Breakfast it's fine, but I have been eating much better breakfast in other ibis.

I’ve stayed in many Accor hotels around the world and always had amazing service from staff I’m very disappointed to say that wasn’t the case here Very rude, unhelpful, ignored questions and just “no” to every time I asked for help Wouldn’t even give me an extra teabag or coffee for the room Really disappointed I’m sorry to say Loved Romania on a hole but reluctant to stay with this brand again
