Monsieur D., Merci d’avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience. Nous sommes désolés d'apprendre que certains équipements de votre chambre n'ont pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous prenons vos remarques concernant l'interrupteur défectueux, l'accès aux prises de courant et le lampadaire hors service très au sérieux et nous allons les transmettre à notre service technique pour correction. En ce qui concerne l'absence de réfrigérateur, nous comprenons que cela ait pu être un inconvénient, et nous allons également envisager d’améliorer cet aspect.
