We are family of 5 (3 children), we booked 2 rooms. Staff helped us to get a room next to each other which is really helpful. That was our 1st time to Garut, during rainy season, but hotel's location really great next to the shopping mall, waterpark, and hotel's pool is using wam water. Bfast was good also, many varities.

I arrived in Garut with a train Papandayan. it took 9 minutes walking from Garut Station to Hotel. The lobby was so full of people check-out and check-in. I got my room key at 2 pm. I had booked privilege suite before from ALL apps. it was nice room with Guntur Mountain view. the room was full of complimentary: water dispenser, water bottle, tea, coffee, snack and teh botol. the TV channel worked fine. Bedroom was clean, and air conditioning could be turned off. the Bathroom had bathtub and shower with city view. I had a chance to have dinner and breakfast. the restaurant was not large enough, and it was near pool. little bit uncomfortable. the hotel should separate restaurant and pool in different floor. so, pool can have cozy place with a bar. hotel check-out had no problem. Thank you for the nice experience with Mercure Garut City Center.

parking experience is not good, amenities is not good (wet tissue in the box and smelly) , how come cleaning service did not change the tissue, sandals is dirty already used by others and put together again , if this what mercure hygiene standard is, then I'm so disappointed, also breakfast area with dirty table and dirty sofa

As I stepped into the hotel, I knew I was in for a treat. The warm smile of the receptionist, Kak Manda, set the tone for an unforgettable experience. But little did I know, the real magic was yet to unfold. My room was a haven of comfort, with a surprise upgrade that left me beaming. The attention to detail was impressive – from the intricate mirror drawing to the adorable towel art, every element screamed excellence. But what truly stole my heart was the food. Oh, the glorious food! The BBQ was a symphony of flavors, with each bite a perfect harmony of spices and tender meat. And the breakfast? Absolutely divine! The spread was vast, with something for every palate. As I savored each morsel, I couldn't help but think of the people who made it all possible. Kak Ayu and Pak Miraz from the FBS team were the masterminds behind the culinary delights, while the Housekeeping Team worked tirelessly to ensure my room was always spotless.
