Pullman Bandung Grand Central is the venue for your perfect wedding, with its romantic art deco concept. The pillarless Grand Ballroom has a 8m high ceiling, combining prestige with romance.
Impeccable service by the executive lounge staff, especially mas Wesley, but also others. Thank you very much for the assistance! The room was comfortable, clean, and housekeeping was superb. Too bad no breakfast was served at the lounge. But very memorable stay as usual at Pullman Bandung!

Please review the TV position in room 1618. It was impossible to watch and enjoy anything from the bed as I've never encountered such TV placement.
I intentionally chose the room for the bathtub, that we couldn't even use due to yellow water + debris.
Hot water supply was poor, both from the sink and tub.
And we checked in around 4 PM noon, and didn't get to access the room until twenty minutes later.
Overall pretty disappointing.

Had such a wonderful stay at Pullman Bandung! Beautiful room, incredibly welcoming and caring staff, and great food. We stayed to celebrate my birthday and my husband’s birthday, and received thoughtful welcome cake and beautiful mirror art from Mbak Feby and her team.
The hotel is very kids-friendly too. The staff were always quick to provide a baby chair wherever we needed one, and even helped prepare a quick meal for our baby.
Overall, we absolutely loved our stay at Pullman Bandung! Definitely will come back.

This was one of my most memorable hotel stays in Bandung. As an ALL Gold member, I booked an Executive Room and was delighted to receive an upgrade to a beautiful Junior Suite, even during a long weekend.
The suite was exceptionally spacious, elegant, clean, and comfortable. It featured a large sitting area, a work and dining table, a walk-in wardrobe, a powder room, a bathroom with two sinks, and a beautiful freestanding bathtub by the window.
The highlight of my stay was the outstanding personalized service from Euis at the Executive Lounge. She greeted me by name, reminded me before the evening cocktail ended, and personally took excellent care of my family throughout our time at the lounge. When the bathtub drain stopper was not working, she coordinated the engineering visit according to my preferred timing. The issue was resolved promptly, and bath salts were also provided upon request. Her proactive and attentive service made me feel genuinely recognized and valued as an ALL member.
The Executive Lounge was comfortable and offered afternoon tea, refreshments, evening cocktails, wine, and a good selection of food.
Breakfast at Sadrasa was extensive, and the kitchen happily accommodated my request for a customized omelette with truffle oil. Special thanks also to Chani, who arranged for the lounge’s poached egg avocado toast with salmon to be prepared and delivered directly to my table at Sadrasa. This thoughtful gesture made our breakfast even more memorable.
The generous welcome amenities, additional mineral water in glass bottles, and late check-out until 2 PM made the stay even better. The swimming pool was beautiful and relaxing, although the water was quite cold as it is not heated.
Thank you to the entire Pullman Bandung Grand Central team for making our family stay so special. The recognition and service went far beyond my expectations. I honestly did not want to check out and will definitely return.

We choose Pullman Bandung to celebrate our recent 4th year wedding anniversary and our son's 3rd birthday. Guest Relations team have constantly been in touch with us right from the beginning to pre-checkIn to ensure we have a comfortable stay. The team also decorated the room and presented with welcome pastries. It was definitely a memorable part of our stay. The buffet breakfast was a delectable spread and we enjoyed some of the local dishes specially prepared by the chefs. Facilities was also top notch especially the gym. My mom stuck in the toilet for 2hrs due to toilet door unable to open. The rubber at the side of the door was to tight and it get stuck and hard to open the door. The sound proof wall is really good until i can’t hear my mom shouting for help. My room was just next to her.
When i call for the assistance regarding the above, the help was efficient and they change the rubber of the door immediately.

We stayed here for a night and got a room with a balcony facing Gasibu and Gedung Sate. Overall, it was a lovely stay. They have a gym with unique equipment such as a VR machine and a climbing wall. something we don't usually see in a city hotel.
The breakfast was lovely, with a wide variety of options, and the service was very attentive. A special shoutout to Ms. Sechan and Ms. Febby from guest relations, who prepared a lovely cake for us as a heartwarming gesture.

Overall experience 9/10 - a solid Pullman which have what you seek with good rooms and good comfort and a staff that is largely on point. I want to highlight two staffers Chani and Wesley up in the executive lounge. Chani was nice, welcoming and professional! Prompt and efficient!
Wesley was a star! Fantastic mood and passion and very friendly with a great sense of humor!
Breakfast experience 10/10 - massive Buffett with great selection and tasty offerings! Quick and efficient but warm and welcoming
Room cleanliness 7/10 - for the most part very good! Upon arrival we found some towels seemingly being dirty and the floor at the toilet seemed stained. I didn't report it at arrival because it wasn't really a major issue for us and we could easily fix these things ourselves. And upon returning the day after when housekeeping had been there it was spot on!
Mad Cow: Absolutely great staff on the evening of 21st! Great sommelier/in charge of wine who were good in English and had a clear passion for Wine! I hope he is someone you guys invest in as I strongly believe that with the food offering having a more strong wine selection (Italian, French and Spanish) could only be to your benefit. Food was otherwise excellent for us, with the only minus being the lava cake having a bit too drippy melted chocolate (should be more thick).
Streets, although attached to Ibis Styles (Their sister property) was nice, had great food and friendly staff! Very nice place to get some quick bites. From the Pullman you can move through elevators between the properties.
Executive lounge: Very beautiful location and ambient atmosphere. For the evening canapes I had hoped for more selection/options.
Accor status recognized and Accor Plus Explorer discounts could be used.
