Nice place to stay, esp if you're a family with kids, they have this spacious playground to play with. They also have many activities to do at the playground so your little one must be excited to play! Next to it is the pool so often times they will ask to swim after playing at tge playground, so better prepare your swimsuit ahead!

Their service was top notch! Meant to celebrate anniversary by staying at the hotel and they gave us cake as a surprise! The room was cozy and spacious, the view was nice too I got to see Bandung’s landmark right infront of me. The variety of breakfast was vary tho some tasted just okay. Love to stay again someday!

Enjoyed my stay at Pullman Bandung Grand Central with my friends. Amenities were very good. Service was excellent. Food was delicious. Its convenient location meant that getting to places in the city was easy. Hotel staff helped us arrange transport when we needed. I would reccommend it to my friends. Special mention to room attendants Sahd An & Devrio from Housekeeping who kept our room clean & neat throughout our stay. They were also agreeable to our requests and attended to them promptly. Made our stay so comfortable.

We had pleasent experience staying at this hotel. The staff was super helpfull the breakfast was superb. It would be best if the kids club could add more activity just like their branch in Ciawi.
