One of the best hotel in Bandung Area in my opinion. Lobby is very grand, Rooms are huge and brightly lighted. Cleanliness is also superb throughout the hotel. However, Lobby is always crowded with park cars and most of the time there will be long queue and traffic jam getting in and out of the basement parking. I have to give a shout out to the Guest Relation Team who arranged a very nice chocolate cake for my wife and I as we are celebrating our 18 years anniversary in Pullman Grand Central. Feby and Melisa even arranged for our room to be decorated with fresh flowers , towels folded to look like 2 beautiful swans and also romantic writings on the mirror for us.

I plan to stay 1 night only, but when receptionist (Dita) offered me Accor Member, and I buy it, I offered the upgrade room to Junior Suite. My family like it and we extend 1 more night.

Bad Houskeeping, Laundry Service and Food Taste 👎🏻

I made a note that the house cleaning should be finished before 11am, they forgot on the first day. It finished after 13:30 after I called for service. The housekeeper always forgets to put the laundry bag. I ask for a laundry bag almost EVERY DAY! Bad laundry service, my Wednesday morning laundry was delivered to me on Friday night after I asked them for my laundry, and it wasn't complete! I lost my socks at the laundry service. Management bought me a new one through the market place, but I suspect the new one is a fake product. I found a hole and the material to be thinner. I really CARE about losing things. Obviously not tasty snacks and beverages which was provided during the meetings. You should hire a professional expert!!
