The experience is much better than my last stay, starting from the arrival where we are shown to the executive check in area and warmly welcomed at the lounge. Room was spacious with very nice, clean and comfortable, amenities are complete although the bathtub was having a minor issue but still we have a good stay. We thank you for the great hospitality of the team especially Chani and Silvia for the room arrangement, Wesley and Henrieta for the thoughtful service at the executive lounge. The hotel is really well located and the staffs have good knowledge of the surrounding cafe or eateries as well as places to visit. Breakfast was great, although the lounge was full but they have a nice place at the Mad Cow for breakfast during certain times, and their Satai dish is great. Unfortunately during busy times, service can be a bit let down, hope this can be improved soon especially in common station such as beverage station. Overall, it is a nice hotel for business, pleasure and weekend getaways

Really appreciated with the services and professionalism of the staff, even though in the high season which the Hotel has fully occupied.
