Pullman Bandung Grand Central is truly one of the best hotels we have stayed at in recent times when it comes to exceptional service. From the moment we arrived, the door staff greeted us with genuine happiness and care every single time. Checking in at the executive lounge was completely smooth and professional, with a special shout-out to Wesley for his great service. Throughout our amazing three-night stay, we experienced the absolute pinnacle of true Indonesian hospitality. Every single staff member went above and beyond, which was especially clear when the concierge willingly helped deliver our external laundry to the designated drop-off area at Level G, even though the standard policy requires guests to handle deliveries themselves at this shared Pullman and Ibis Styles zone. We booked two rooms and were celebrating my mum's birthday during the trip. The team blew us away by putting up beautiful decorations on the glass wall and surprising her with a wonderful birthday cake. The rooms themselves are large with a beautiful, iconic design, though the layout feels a little unoptimised. Because the basin and shower areas are not fully sealed off from the bedroom, a significant amount of light and noise bleeds into the sleeping area. On the plus side, the room provided a fantastic view of Gedung Sate and the Gasibu running track. Thanks to this convenient proximity, I was able to join the local crowd for a morning jog and explore the Sunday morning market nearby. The dining and leisure experiences were equally memorable. The breakfast buffet was excellent, featuring high-quality dishes with a great menu rotation across the days, including a great coffee selection and freshly cooked chicken and mutton satay. Since the satay tends to run out the moment it is served, the proactive staff kindly offered to prepare a plate and bring it directly to our table. The evening cocktail hours at the executive lounge were just okay, as the range of snacks was quite limited. However, the rooftop bar makes up for it by offering gorgeous panoramic views around Bandung, where you can even spot other iconic buildings like Hotel Indigo in the distance.

Check in was super smooth, the reservation team remembered all our pre-request and kindly setup nice anniversary decoration for us. Got upgraded as they valued our Accor status, room is clean, breakfast is magnificent, gym and sauna is great. They do even have kids and teen club, so it is very nice touch for family. Would love to see more finger food variety in the executive lounge and my kids request is to have heated pool due to cool Bandung weather :) All in all love to stay here again and recommended to everybody
