As usual the staff was very kind and helpful, check in was straightforward. Initially asked for connecting rooms with both twin beda configurations, but ended up with 1 king bed and 1 twin bed rooms, we’re ok with that. But in the morning at 4am we were woken up by a strange loud almost machine like noise, more noticeable from the king bed room, and noise finally ended at 6am, this was really unpleasant, esp at 4am in the morning.

I stayed with my husband, my child, my parents and my sister along with her husband. We got a room in 5th floor. The room was nice. I got a room with balcony. The room was clean and I love the interior of the bathroom. My kid loveeeeeeeees the kids club so much. There were plenty of activities there. Overall it was a nice stay. Located at the very centre of the city. Very convenient

We had a really memorable experience staying at Pullman Bandung. The junior suite room is spacious, clean, and comfortable. We have everything we need in that room: spacious work desk, barhtub, coffee machine, big smart tv, even yoga mat and dumbbell. The executive lounge is very nice too. Not a lot of variations but all the food there are delicious. They also have cocktail hour at the lounge, which is nice. All the staff there are also very friendly and helpful. Since the restaurant was really crowded for breakfast (maybe its because of long weekend holiday), we ate at the lounge with fewer food option. But overall, we had a really great experience staying at Pullman Bandung. Thank you Pullman Bandung.
