We had a short 1 night stay at Pullman Bandung Grand Central, and I must say it was another pleasant and enjoyable stay at a Pullman's brand property. I booked a 36m2 executive room with double bed and to my surprise they gave me free upgrade to a spacious 84m2 Junior Suite upon checked in. It was really a seamless checked in, served efficiently by Ms. Chani on the 16th floor where the executive lounge is. The facility itself is relatively new, opened during the pandemic in late 2020. Its location is just next to the historical Gedung Sate where the Governor of West Jawa runs his administration, and right in front of the hotel you may also have a morning or afternoon jog or walk at the Gasibu field. We did not try the restaurant as it was really crowded due to the long lebaran holiday at that time. Thankfully the stay came with access to the executive lounge, so we opted to enjoy our breakfast there instead. The breakfast selection was good although limited compared to the one served at the main restaurant on the ground floor. We also found the refreshments served during the afternoon tea and evening cocktails at this lounge were very limited for a 5-star facility. Other executive lounges would normally serve a small buffet for the guests. We also tried the Madcow restaurant on the 17th floor. While we really enjoyed the meals, it was quite unfortunate that the design of the restaurant did not allow us to enjoy the view from the roof top. The Junior suite room itself is really spacious, with a working desk/station in a separate room, a bathtub, a separate shower, two sinks, and two toilets. The only thing that we found a bit strange is the position of the large LED TV where they installed it on the side wall of the main bedroom. The suite also came with a coffee machine, and a large walk in closet right behind the the main bedroom. Lastly, as traveler with kids, we found the swimming pool is really small. Swimming has always been our kid's most favorite moment while in staycation, but not this time. All in all it was really a nice and pleasant stay at Pullman, and we will definitely consider to go back at Pullman Bandung next time we're in Bandung.

Love the minimalist design, and attention to detail. All needs are well prepared, like iron and iron table, yoga mat, and drumble in the guest room are wow. The employees were so helpful. Just a note, the foods are not leveling with the hotel facilities and warm services from the people, either is extremely sweet, or extremely salty. Thought it was just me, asked the others, they had the same comments. The air-con level is too cold everywhere, aside being so uncomfortable and unhealthy, it is increasing the unnecessary of footprint carbons and global warming. And the plastic disasters issue we are facing globally, please take part & support Accor Planet21 and dismissing all the plastic used, please. Take part the sustainability acts, and stop the climate change.

This was my 2nd stays in Pullman. We love it here mainly due to great location and most of all: great staffs. The design of the room itself does not feel premium. The lighting setup in closet mirror is not bright enough, i cannot barely do my shaving properly due to it was to dark. The cleaners can also improve. I rate the room’s cleanness 7 out of 10. There were some dusty areas, hairs on the bed and coffee stint on the desk. There was a small debris inside the toilet one day, i deliberately left it there to see if the cleaners spotted it. Unfortunately it was still there for two days until my check out date. Nevertheless i will choose Pullman again for my next trip to Bandung. It just feels like home. Best regards

One notes for Pullman. We were staying in Kings Room with Balcony. ROOM - Good and clean. BUT, the acustic of balcony's door were very poor. Though its closed we can hear loud from the street. We are a loyal member of accor plus, and this is the first time we stayed at Pullman, and bit disapointed with this. I hope this issue can be settled soon.

The hotel was good services and follow safety protocol but when we was in room 729, we barely sleep since its very noisy and the room temperature was extremely cold. We couldnt adjust the temperature because it link with the main air conditioner?

Me and my family was lucky to stay here. We had an impulsive vacation during Idulfitri to Bandung. Reserved from ALL application, check in was quick, and we got upgraded room, got a spacious one. Junior suite if im not wrong. Ordered room dining and again got an extra traditional meals. All delicious, my family like it much. We want to extend for a night unfortunately all room was fully booked, so we moved to IBIS hotel which on same building. All my packed were delivered directly to Ibis. It was a very helpful service, indeed. Oh, one more. In front of hotel is gasibu field, you could have a decent morning walk or jog. Love it.
