Here’s a more polished and structured version of your review while keeping your tone firm, detailed, and fair: This was my second stay at this property. During my previous stay, I was unfortunately given a vacant dirty room upon check-in. Despite that experience, I decided to give the hotel another try because of its very central location, which is convenient for reaching many of my preferred destinations. There are definitely things the hotel is doing well. I really appreciate how they maintain spacious and thoughtfully designed communal areas, including comfortable working spaces and seating areas around the breakfast venue. It creates a productive and welcoming environment for guests who need to work during their stay. The bell captain team also deserves recognition — they were consistently responsive and proactive whenever we needed transportation assistance. However, there are several areas where the hotel falls short, especially considering the rates they are charging and the expectations associated with the Pullman brand. First, the bathroom design is problematic. Water from the shower easily leaks into the main bathroom area, making the space inconvenient and uncomfortable to use. The condition of the room furniture is also noticeably tired, with many pieces showing wear and declining quality that no longer reflects a premium hotel experience. The 24-hour dining options are surprisingly limited. During my not-so-late-at-night craving, the menu mainly consisted of nasi goreng and mie goreng, with very limited beverage selections. Even for fresh juices, staff needed to check availability with the restaurant first — something I have rarely experienced, even in many 4-star hotels. Cleanliness and housekeeping standards were also disappointing. On one occasion, after my room had been serviced, I returned to find plastic waste and toilet tissue left inside the toilet bowl. I was too exhausted to raise the issue immediately as I was rushing between online and offline meetings, but this should never happen in a hotel operating at this level. The breakfast experience also lacked consistency. The restaurant selection remained largely unchanged over consecutive days, and some napkins were visibly spotted and not presented in tip-top condition. For a Pullman property that positions itself among the most expensive options in the surrounding area, the hotel certainly has room to improve. More importantly, I believe stronger operational attention from senior leadership is needed. Many of these issues are highly visible details that should be identified and corrected quickly through stronger quality control and hands-on management.
