It was a business trip. Very nice environment and very comfortable. However, the choice of food during breakfast may need to be added with more varieties, such as omelet, more types of breads, juices, etc. The bed spread looked a little bit old, but it was comfortable during sleep.

Staff in charge when I check out annoying, he kept on phone very long and no respond even he saw me standing too long awaiting for him to process my check out. So I just depart and I do not know how he process my check out. Because I m in hurry. I can’t wait him talking too long on the phone. I check out at 16 No 2019 at 7 am. Staff was male, maybe you can check who is he. Very annoying & impolite.

The front desk is very helpful and nice. The food at breakfast is good even though the refilling is quite long. It took quite a long time to wait for food to be refilled. The room is not very good. It was at the second floor and facing the busy street. I could hear the noise from the street especially the sound of the loud music from the small store in front of the hotel. The room also smelled weird the first time I got in. I had stayed in this hotel about two years ago and it was better than this one.

The room and breakfast is totally below expectation ibis standard. Really need to improve as chain hotel brand Accord Ibis. If compare with ibis trans studio it is a huge different in term of setup and breakfast experince.

It's a good experience for me and for my boss. The Distance between hotel and Balai Besar POM in Bandung is near and very convenient for us. The service from the employee is extremely good. Though the size of toilet in hotel room quite small, we will stay at Ibis Pasteur in another business trip.
