Long route distance to Hotel when we came from central Bandung

Well located, the staff is friendly, and the rooms are clean. However, the breakfast quality is below expectations. Hygiene also needs improvement, especially as the breakfast area and lobby/reception share the same open space. There were many flies and insects around the fruits and open food area.

The whatsapp business operator was very slow reaponse, no reply, and uses grey notification, not serius to show the whatsapp business in the website
