Took me a while to get the my booking and room key at receptionist desk. Booking not found, etc Also, when I clearly said I want to check in....receptionist guys ask " mau check in malam ini?" That is not a good way to greet your customer...of course I want to check check in malam ini..what other possible reason I stand in front of receptionist
