The whatsapp business operator was very slow reaponse, no reply, and uses grey notification, not serius to show the whatsapp business in the website

Location is good, just after the toll. The parking spots are not enough though if there is an event. Last time there was a wedding event, we can’t get a parking spot, and the staffs were so busy that they couldn’t attend to our car. Overall, it was a good experience, just trying not to come if there is an event going (wedding, etc).

Location is perfect. It is near to Stasiun Bandung and Toll exit. Also near access to Setiabudhi and Lembang. Check in and check out process was smooth. Breakfast was ok for 3*. Bed was comfy. The only not so good experience was the staff at the bar counter. When I want to redeem the welcome drink on the 20th, after he handed me the list of available drink, told me to have a seat to order, but never came to me afterwards. After waiting for about 15 mins, I decided to go back to room and redeemed the welcome drink the next morning during breakfast. Other than that small incident, all in all it was a great stay at Ibis Bandung Pasteur.
