Had a great staycation last weekend... The foods were great, they cleaned the room really well. But only the shower didn’t come out with good water pressure. But overall, always a pleasure staying in here. And they serve breakfast until 12.00 that’s cool.

This is my second time staying in this hotel. Not disappointed, just a little bit not comfortable with the location which is really far from the nearest turnaround (mind you, the nearest turnaround is near the pasteur toll gate). In short, it takes time to reach this hotel. However, the stay overall is satisfactory.

Missing my loyalty benefit

My loyalty was downgraded to classic ever since new loyalty program was launched. My points were decreased and i could not enjoy the benefit if being a silver member. Is this how accor reward long time loyal member ?
