I was quite disappointed with my stay at Hotel Ibis. Although the service and staff were good, the cleanliness of the room and the noise were very disturbing, which made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably. The breakfast also did not really suit my taste. However, the hotel’s location was convenient and provided good access for traveling around.

love the bed, however, the color of the sheets are not white anymore. also, we ordered two rooms but none of the rooms have soaps at all. they are all empty. when we asked, the cleaner said they can put in the soap. i don't think this is right. the bath soap need to be refilled without having to ask. we can't expect customer to ask for soap; which is the basic necessities in accor group. other than this matter, everything are pleasant.

Ibis Pasteur has been a favorite hotel for many years. the staff , facilities , location , are all very good. I really appreciate that when we are at this hotel, there are so many staff who recognize us and great us, and we receive a warm welcome / welcome back greeting from security when we reach , through to reception and their efficient check-in. GREAT !!
