The hotel is well located nearby several hot spots for tourist. Check in and check out process was so smooth. The room and especially the bed was so comfy. Great variation of the buffet spread, eventhough the taste could have been better. One thing to complaint was the pool area: no shower room nearby (guests shall enter restaurant to go to toilet), kids pool was not well lighted, the staffs were unresponsive.

We stayed for two nights at this Mercure hotel with one baby and one toddler, booking two connected rooms after choosing the property via the ALL Accor app for its family-friendly positioning. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations associated with the Mercure brand. The bathroom was not suitable for small children. The shower setup is outdated and presents clear safety concerns. Family-appropriate amenities were also very limited. Cleanliness was another issue. While we understand that high occupancy periods can affect housekeeping, there were visible and noticeable dirt in frequently used areas. For a Mercure property, this raised concerns regarding hygiene and sanitation standards. On the second day of our stay, our baby became unwell and started vomiting. While we cannot determine the cause, experiencing this while already concerned about cleanliness made the situation particularly stressful for our family. Additionally, the refrigerator was set at approximately 17-18°C and could not be adjusted, hence unusable for storing milk or food; an essential requirement when traveling with infants. Overall, this stay did not align with what we expect from a Mercure hotel, particularly for families with young children.
