The hotel is located not too far from the city centre. The room was clean and well maintained. On top of that, bed and pillow were comfortable. Thank you to Aep, Reva, & Abi We requested for extra towels and they were provided promptly. The breakfast restaurant was nice and clean

Check-in was fast. The two rooms were clean, comfortable and air-cons were working well. Spacious rooms. Breakfast was very good. Front desk staff and F&B staff were very helpful and friendly. Check out was very smooth. Security guards were helpful as well.

They very presenting how to be a good heartist, especially Kyla. Room was clean, great hospitality. everythings was good but I thought that your engineering team doesn’t solved the hairdryer issue that not working in my first day, but its doesnt matter and not decrease my satisfaction during stay at your hotel, you need to improve this things for future guest. see you later..

Breakfast was not great in terms of taste and variety. The room was quite dusty.
