Hotel is strategically located in Bandung, unfortunately room 823 does not have proper sound insulation for a deluxe suite room. any sound from outside is very noticeable because of this, in addition that the room is next to service elevator where hotel staff goes in and out doing errands.

I had reservations through Accor site as a member. I unexpectantly became sick for a businessoe trip to meet my boss. Not a good thing for my work. Through a misreading of my explanation email, I almost lost my non-cancellable reservation and money. Finally able to talk to upper management personnel, things were able to be worked out with no loss pf payment. Thank you for working with me and not aginst me.
