I stayed 25-26th December 2025 in mercure nexa supratman. I went down for breakfast at 9AM. The restaurant is quite empty. But the food is also empty everywhere. They didn't refill the food. And also very understaff. The noodle station didn't have a cooking staff, should i cooked it myself??? The porridge was just lumps of leftovers on the bottom of the pot. Some of the main courses also empty and never refilled until i left at 9.30 I was looking for spoon and fork because they were not on the table, and i looked everywhere in the room, i couldn't find them. I have to go to a kitchen staff to ask for the utensils. The worst breakfast experience ever. I know it was holiday season, but as an international hotel chain, mercure nexa supratman should made more preparation.

I am unsatified for the taste and breakfast menu with the main disk menu is not so delicious with plain taste, the buffet fruits is very limited cannot take directly The local tv channel like trans tv, rcti, tvone, trans7 are not available yet, so sad..

The water heater is not worked as usual even tough im already complained and he mechanics already fixed it but still not worked as usual.
