the guest next room is so noisy and loud even until 1 AM, seems the room has zero soundproofing. the positive is only from the staff that is accomodating, even when they cant give free upgrade to my gold status, they notify in advance, and also the parking space is very limited but the staff did their best to find me a spot.

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Mercure Bandung Nexa Supratman. The location is very strategic, close to many cafés, restaurants, and popular spots in Bandung. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always welcoming with warm smiles and quick service. Breakfast had a great variety of options and everything tasted fresh. The overall ambiance of the hotel felt cozy yet stylish, making it perfect for both leisure and business trips. And I’m so happy that i had a great service from Ms. Raisya.

One plus, the service was good. However this building is too old. Felt like a room from 1990 and nothing has ever been repaired or maintained. The shower couldn't be shut off completely so it ran all the time, you can see the water stains like an ancient stalagtite dripping for millions of years forming permanent water marks below. The air conditioner kept it from being hot, but never felt cool, even at 17, it felt like 26 at best. The tv may as well have been a tube TV, I think it was one of the first flat screen models ever made. Glitchy with a horrible picture and non working hdmi port for our fire stick. Glad we only had one night here as we left Jakarta for Bandung, unfortunately we should have gone straight there instead.
