Towel quality is poor.....

Nur Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Please provide iron for each room (without time limit). The lighting of the room can be improved. It is so difficult to iron your clothes in the yellow light as the light is very dim. Not good for people with poor eyesight. And also please informed your customers about the water dispenser outside of the room as some might not realized it. Overall I think it was just OK.

Well located, good stay, bad breakfast experience

Far Solo - Confirmed reviews ALL

The room is spacious and the mattress very comfortable, but the tv quite old fashioned and smaller rather than similiar four star hotels from another brand. The bathub quite old fashioned too, so I just use the shower, but the shower located on the bathub and it’s not very easy to use (especially for elderly people). I appreciate that the hotel provides water dispenser so I don’t have to buy bottle water from nearby convenience store (which is across the street, +1 again for the location). But there’s 2 things that need improvement, service and breakfast Service: on sunday, I requested my room to be cleaned to the staff that cleans 2 or 3 room next to me, I also put “do clean” sign in my door handle. Then, I went somewhere, 2 hours later I came to my room and it wasn’t clean. I went to the front desk and asked about it and they said they do clean in some orders (come on, it’s sunday, most people would’ve check out on that day, at least proritize to clean room that’s not checked out on that day) Last thing, about breakfast, the food isn’t impressed me at all, but the fried rice is delicious. And the staff didn’t clean the table immediately or replace the cutlery on the table, so the table isn’t always ready for the next person (I shouldn’t include breakfast in my stay)
