I have 2 reservations with different booking number for four consecutive nights using 2 stay plus facility which will be expired at the end of this month :) At the first night, I could not sleep well due to loud sounds from the outside road (traffic, motorcycle, etc.) and the sounds in the isle while other guests were talking or closing the door were very clearly heard. Also, my room was not upgraded as usual using my Accor plus Platinum privilege, the said the hotel was fully occupied during the first day of my stay. Despite of the situations, the standard room is clean and well maintenance the toilet was also fine. Ot the second night, I requested to move to the upgraded superior room and the hotel granted it. The room was nice, but the shower room is rather bit flooded by water due to the clog condition. Then again, I requested to move to other superior room, and the hotel again granted my request, so we have a new room for the rest two nights. The staffs are extraordinary kind, full of service, and make everything easier (starting from check-in process, accommodating my request to change the rooms until 3 times). The breakfast I think one of the best in Novotel hotel I have ever stayed. The mie ayam, chicken porridge, bubur ketan hitam dan kacang hijau (black sticky rice and green bean porridge), the baked vegetables (cheese eggplant was superb), fried kwetiaw, butter fried chicken with soy sauce, and all the food are delicious, they are my favorite menu in every stay. The restaurant ambience was always great feeling at home while having breakfast or working with computer during the day of stay. Last but not least, the parking staff in the secure parking box are also honest and kind. During the check-out day, I tried to pay the parking fee by cash, but he said that my car number is still under free of charged so he refused the payment (I forgot that facility of free parking until the check-out time is still valid). This kind of honesty is really appreciated. I think this kind of integrated system can be happened due to a great coordination, plan, QC of management team and staff. Bravo to Novotel and please maintain the quality of service, food, and all the staffs and team.

It was quiet during the night and day inside the room. Also considered very nearby to the heart of Bandung city. If you plan to go to Jakarta by fast train, it is just a minute away from the station.
