I made a complaint about our safe been locked when we check in our room but till the day we check out, no one came to open it. Room is bit run down and basin tap head is spreading water every where. No proper maintenance

The staffs are greatly helpful and friendly. Breakfast foods are good with variant choices. You can bring 2 children for free breakfast, it is a very nice policy for family trips. Location is near to the station. The bathroom has bathtub even for the standard rooms.

It was a good experience, breakfast was good, fast check in and out. However my room wasn't cold enough even with a technician came and look at the AC.

Doesnt Like as a Real Novotel

The Novotel-Bandung located in the strategic area in Cihampelas Street. But the quality of service was far from 4 Star Hotel. The Receptionist doesn't help me to make my check in as smooth as good and simple, I get offering for early check ini on 10 am, and waiting until 12am to make my room was ready, but it doesn't ready yet. I was mad but still waiting untul 2pm/14.00 WIB (same like normal check in time). The receptionist doesn't give me an good apologize and just give some complimentary like Biscoties and Little Cakes. The price of additional complimentary for me was not suitable for wasting my time just for waiting for 4 hours to get my room ready. It goes worse when the breakfast time, the staff in resto doesnt make me enjoy my breakfast. They cannot handle all guest behaviour when breakfast and the condition when I breakfast just like an Foodcourt Area. It really make my time for breakfast doesnt have a good experience. The room in Resto for breakfast was not large enough to accomodate all the guest. I hope Novotel Bandung could responsible and handle this issues for better guest experience when stay there. Thank You. I Apologize if my word doesn't good enough as your wish.

Only one elevator working. Got room upgrade - great! Requested for plastic chair for bathroom but that was not provided - need the plastic chair to wash my legs as I have an artificial knee. Linking up with wifi on iphone was complicated :)

It was my very first time to stay in Bandung and I chose Novotel Bandung as a place to stay. I went there with my parents. The reason why I chose Novotel Bandung is because it is near to the train station. I had a pleasant stay at Novotel Bandung. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Also, the room that I booked (Executive Suite) was spacious. Will surely come back to Novotel Bandung again for my next visit to Bandung.

At first i waited a bit longer to the key to my room. The receptionist said it was due to new years event from last night. A little stressful because i was tired too, then the receptionist gave me a complimentary voucher to get a drink from the restaurant. Finally my room is not yet available, the cleaning service work is very slow, then the receptionist gave me upgrade to my room because it was available. So at the end it was okay.

In principle, all services is good. The only challenge that I saw is when we come in to the room, smele was not good but after few minuete, then yes we felt okay because I thought, we already immune.
