Well located and it is our go to hotel every year when we come to Bandung since 20 years ago. The hotel definitely looks old and things gotto be refurbished. However, as a whole, this hotel is still a very nice hotel to live in.

Lighting too dim, has to ask bulb replacements to all. Difficult to flush toilet. Theres only 1 power socket in the whole family suite room, had to switch off desklamps to use more sockets. Furniture and sofa looks old. Edges of toilets looks a bit moldy or rusty.

1. Location is good to explore upper and lower Bandung city. 2. Reception was efficient. Staff were kind and helpful. 3. Room was spacious, old but well maintained. Complete amenities. 4. Unfortunately, the fan from the AC was too loud (even the lowest), I felt like i was sleeping in the airplane. 5. Breakfast was ok. Good that they provide espresso and cappuccino included.

Actually, all the facilities at Novotel are quite satisfactory. However, the quality of the shower water is not ideal, as the water appears yellowish. Would it be possible to install a water recycling or filtration system to ensure that the water is clean and clear? Honestly, I don't feel comfortable taking a bath in the bathtub, even though one is provided in every room.

My luggage was missing when I want to pick it up. They mixed it with other luggages those who checked in while I’m checking out. They charges extra fee for plates. The water is yellowish. Welcome drink took too long to arrive. The wifi is not stable and slow. Only one electricity for twin bed, the other bed doesn’t have electricity. Very bad experience, will not stay here again

Breakfast menu are considered limited for a 4 star hotel. The room and the bathroom also not so good, maybe because the hotel was build around 20 years ago. The AC is very noisi even after setting up the fan to the minimum level.

Good stay, just things to be improved, I rather choose yellow dim light instead of the bright white light in the room. Feels like in hospital. Also our room door a bit jammed (303) so quite annoyed every time we had to enter the room. Pool is really need to be upgraded.
