Check in around 4PM and helped by female staff, all of request already fullfilled but we have another request related bathroom that we forget to mention during reservation. The staff directly helped us to get the room as per our request. Room and swimming pool are well maintained. Breakfast taste is ok and have enough variety. The only downside only the parking lot, when we check out the parking lot was full and we have cars park parallel in our parking area so we need to push the car in order to get out from parking lot since the parking staff not within our sight

I have a great experience staying 4 days and 3 nights in Novotel. Great services and superb hospitality. They pampered me with clean and comfortable room, friendly staffs and wonderful ambiance. The only problem I've encountered is when I first checked in. My room card isn't working, but the staff is really fast in handling the trouble. Overall, it's a satisfactory stay with Novotel!
