With our stay at Novotel for 2days we lowered our expectations since personally never heard the services, but after I checked in I surprisingly broke my taught and put Novotel as top of mind whenever I choose place to stay with cleanliness and excellent hospitality. Novotel Bandung is one of the Hotel in Bandung that suitable for family because how spacious that the room is. Another is, when other Hotel make their bathroom transparent or with a glass partition, Novotel Bandung is not, so its really give a privacy feeling for other family member especially when a family that already have a grown up children.

Very nice stay as usual. One thing to be improved was the right elevator that during peak season was malfunction, but the staff was very responsive.
