Novotel Bandung has always been a favorite Accor hotel to stay at when visiting Bandung. Located very close to Bandung train station, Novotel Bandung offers an unforgettable stay. It starts with a quick and excellent response from the reservations team, including accommodating upgrade requests for connecting rooms and additional rooms, birthday wishes, and of course, early check-in for platinum members. The front office staff also made the check-in process very easy. The front desk staff provided comprehensive explanations of all facilities and benefits. Breakfast offers a wide selection of food, and the kitchen team always prepares special fruit pastries for members, which are absolutely delicious. The junior suite rooms are always a pleasure to stay in. The rooms are spacious with a separate living room. One area that needs improvement is the gym, which I found to be too minimalistic. A little investment in expanding and equipping the gym with better equipment is recommended. Other than that, all in all, my experience at Novotel Bandung was very enjoyable.
