I had the pleasure of staying at Ibis Styles Bandung Grand Hotel and while the rooms were lovely and the amenities excellent, what truly set this experience apart was the outstanding, friendly, and incredibly helpful staff. From the moment i arrived, i were greeted with genuine warmth. the front desk was a ray of sunshine, checking in efficiently and offering fantastic recommendations for local dining that truly enhanced my trip. It wasn't just a transactional check-in; it felt like a genuinely welcoming introduction to the city. Throughout our stay, every single interaction, from the housekeeping team to the security , was professional and sincere smiling face, desire to assist. My room was spacious and boasted a stunning panoramic view of Bandung, including the iconic Gedung Sate. I loved the lively weekend morning vibes created by the activities at Gasibu right nearby. The hotel offers effortless access to many major destinations, and countless cafes and restaurants are just a short stroll away. The location couldn't be better; I look forward to returning soon.

Very nice, got a room with a beautiful view free upgrade saat ci how lucky im. Thank u mba yg saat itu bantu sy ci very friendly and helpful 🫶🏻 Walaupun ada beberapa fasilitas yg kurang memadai but tercover dengan beautiful view from myroom and got compliment cake choco yang superrr enakkkk and still my fav.
