I was really disappointed. I came already late at 9pm and still needed to queue for almost 30 mins for check in. This was not my first time to experience the same case. There was no improvement in 2 years eventhough i have given the same feedback - you need more receptionist members! *Please note, I am a gold member of All Accor.
