I had an incredible experience staying at Ibis Styles Bandung. I requested a morning wake-up call at 2:00 AM because I had an early race, and the staff called me right on time, which I really appreciated. Another highlight was the breakfast service, which runs until 10:30 AM. After finishing my race and returning to the hotel, I was still able to enjoy breakfast, which was a huge plus and something not many hotels offer. Since I was exhausted after the race, I also asked for a late check-out, and the hotel kindly extended it until 1:00 PM. That level of flexibility is quite rare and made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, the hospitality and service were outstanding. Thank you to the team for making my stay such a memorable experience.

Inside the room, there was a lovely cake, traditional Indonesian snacks, and beautiful mirror art prepared by the GRO team. The bed sheet was not comfy, felt like damp and cheap. The shower in my room (1801) had a problem, if you moved to the blue zone just a bit, the water became cold immediately, but if we moved just slightly to the left, expecting warm water, the water turned very hot so you kinda had to turn it left an right during the entire shower session. The AC was also broken, we called a technician, he even brought a folding stairs, checked on the ceiling but the temperature only went down a bit. Breakfast was also not satisfying. They had a selection of choices but mostly carbs and fried stuff. Not to mention, the check-in process took forever.

When visiting Bandung, I often tried lots of hotels but I start to think that Ibis Styles is the best Accor's Bandung Hotel in term of location and rate. The breakfast was just great (not too much, everything is enough for me), the room was comfy as always, the staffs were great also. Guess I will stay there again in my next visit to Bandung.

The hotel is very well located at central bandung. The staff all friendly and helpful. The room quite spacious and modern. Just need maintenance for the room, we had bad experiences about the aircon and leakage at the bathroom sink. The room temperature was not stabile, sometimes cold but sometimes hot. There was leakage at the bathroom sink, we called the engineering team, the leakage was stopped after the technician repaired it. But not long after that, the sink was leaking again, indeed we didn't call the engineering team again, we just wiped the water from the leakage repeatly. Also it's quite difficult if we order food/supplies online, the drop off package location a bit far and confusing to find. Overall thank you for the service and pleasant stay.

it was my first time in bandung and i had such a great great hospitality from this hotel. staff was super friendly. my toilet sink broke for a while call the staff and within 10 minutes they came.no need to wait for a long time. room was super comfortable and big for 2 people. if i come to bandung again i will definitely pick this hotel again!
