I only stayed for one night but it was a nice and comfortable stay. I arrived before the check in time but the staff allowed me to register and store my luggage. The room was clean and nicely decorated with a rag doll sitting on a bean bag (never seen this kind of decoration in other hotels) 😄. The only challenge was to find the access to the hotel lobby/reception desk because the Ibis hotel is located in the same building with other hotel (Pullman).

I had a nice stay here as usual, although there's some feedback : - The shower was not stable, it always move from cold to very hot although we have set the temperature to be warm only (even when i have turned the knob to the middle right). - The AC temp couldn't be set to our liking, so it's too cold for us (it remained at 21-22 while we have set it to 25-26 degree) - so we need to turn off the AC before we went to sleep, and woke up very early due to the warm room temp (since the AC was turned off). This has been always be my complaint/feedback everytime, but the problem still persists. - The breakfast was so-so (I didn't hope much though considering this is a 3 star hotel - still I need to compliment that you have a good variety of food choice, only the taste needs improvement). Other improvement needed is the smoking area, which should be separated further since the omelette stand is placed outside. Also the smoke went into the indoor dining area, that made the breakfast very unpleasant for me. Basically, aside from those, my stay was enjoyable. I really appreciate the green initiative, which helps a lot in reducing plastic waste and provide us with easy drink water access (although a few times it's not working because it's empty). Special thanks to the manager (I forgot his name), which was very helpful during my check in process.
