1. The room was clean and comfortable. 2. The view was beautiful and exactly what we requested. 3. All the staff members were very friendly. Our Suggestions : 1. The contact person who reached out for arrival and payment confirmation should use an official Ibis business number rather than a personal WhatsApp account. Using personal WhatsApp accounts may lead to concerns regarding guest safety and the risk of scams. 2. Luggage assistance was not offered during the check-in process, which was particularly inconvenient when arriving from the basement level. 3. The front desk failed to mention e-money registration upon arrival, resulting in us incurring unnecessary parking charges when leaving the hotel for a while. 4. The guest flow from the basement to the rooms is inefficient. Requiring guests to navigate multiple lifts and escalators is quite cumbersome, although other aspects of the stay were satisfactory.
