Best middle-class hotel in town, just next to gasibu field where I jog twice a day. Ideal for business and pleasure. I stay at this hotel for weekend getaway from Jakarta, looking for mew choices of food and going for a clean air walk and sight-seeing. Marveleous.

This is the second time I spent my holiday in Bandung with Ibis Styles. The room is very clean and comfy, minimal noise. Not to mention the excellent service by the receptionist and hotel staffs. Really recommended considering the afffordable price and quality Ibis Styles had to offer 👍🏻👍🏻

We have a good stay during our short trip in Bandung. All Staffs are always smile & willing to help. Bed & Pillow are comfortable. On the last day, my friend was sick, the staff allowed us for late check up to suit our train timing. The only complain is the water pressure (difficult to control the hot & cold temperature)

Stayed here for the 2nd times for 3D2N in total of 2 rooms. Had a quick yet efficient check-in and Ibis gave me 2 different view rooms. 1 room facing Pullman hotel and other one facing Gedung Sate. Location wise, this hotel was perfectly located in the city center where you could reach this hotel thru several options. Parking lot, something you need to worry last as they have plenty parking spaces, although since there's no dedicated lobby for Ibis ( not applied for Pullman ), means you need to carry your bag by your own, without any trolley can support you. This might a bit problem when you carry lot of stuffs with you ( those travelling with children). Rooms were cleaned properly, bright, with a red monkey greet us when opening the door. Bed was comfort. One biggest frustration during my stay earlier ( off course out of hotel's authority ), there was a big event - FJB been run for 3 days respectively in which, my room, facing Gedung Sate view was so interrupted with loud bass, songs & MC's voice through out the night as they finished at around 23:00. I was awake until 00:00 as they finished at 23:00. Tried to change a room, but none were available during my stay. It was frustrating as it happened 2 entire nights! Quick suggestion, shall any big events going to be happen in future time, you ensure that your guest, whom their assign room will be facing that event, been warned before so they know what will they face at night. Breakfast were fine, suits enough for an Accor 3 stars hotel. Probably, you inform 1 of your team member in the service area to be a little bit friendly when helping guest, as they're working for hospitality industry. Whenever we had any dilemma, problems, or any other personal issue, once you enter the employee entrance, those need to be covered fully and ready to help guest with smile and sincere service. Overall, will definitely stay here again hoping that you might want to add another room type other than superior / deluxe ( can't remember ) and Family room only. Please consider to add a premium or even a suite room like in other Ibis Styles hotel :)
