Fast check in with very friendly, good assistances and welcoming fr front desk staff. The room is excellent base on our booked. The breakfast also excellent special thanks to Mr. Miftah fr Restaurant staff for good service with warm personality.

We wanted to hv a breakfast, however our booking didn't include the breakfast facility, so we said to the lady in the restaurant, "please just charge us and we will pay when we check out since we also have extra bed bill" she said OK. When I was waiting in the noodle area, she came to me and insisted me to pay now before we eat. I said to her, “I will pay when we check out and you agreed on it before” but she said, you need to pay before you eat. I tried to control myself, “I will pay after I eat on your desk”. Finally, she said, “ok”. I don’t understand your team’s service, you said yes in the beginning, now you chased me small amount of money, 750K. Furthermore, it likes you don’t believe us. We stayed in lagoon type, and the embarrassing part, you insisted us to pay right now and Infront of so many people. You need to understand and compared also to your competitors, even 7 stars hotel, never ask you to pay in advance, you will be charged at least when you finish your meals.

We did a long stay at the hotel and it didn't disappoint. We had a great time at the hotel, it located pretty close to the city centre so we had no issue accessing all places that we want to visit in the city. And also not so far to Lembang so it's great. We had the previlage rooms, the bed is comfortable, they really thought out the room so there is plenty of space, also the balcony give extra space for you to relax. The staff really friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is awesome with a lot of options from western to traditional. A little downsides are, it take a long time to order a la carte in sky lounge and the fish pond is a trip hazard especially for kids because there is no fence.
