Celebrating our wedding anniversary and at the same time my cousin got engaged. So we decide to stay here with our family. My son very happy with the room and of course the swimming pool. He was very happy with the welcome drink from Stevan, and we do really appreciate for the room upgrade. The staff upon check in was very helpful as well, thank you Andhika. We tried several main course in Hardys, however some of the quality should be maintained. Last stay we had lunch here and fell in love with the food, but this stay we found that the crackers was not in a good condition, those crackers smelled and the taste was not really up to our taste. The soto kriuk, Stevan's recommendation always be my son's favorite. Thank you for Amanda who made us the welcome drink. Upon departure, Lisa made it easy for us, the bill was well arranged and the farewell was warm. Thank you for all memories in this stay.

In short, Five stars Hotel; Clean room, bedsheet, toilet. Well equipped shower, warm water available anytime. High speed wifi, no signal dropout and excellent internet speed, even for watching YouTube. International TV Channels available, in addition to local TV Channels, such as HBO Signature, France 24, etc. Excellent service throughout, from the Security Staffs, Service Staffs, Receptionist Staffs and Hardy's Dining Room Staffs. Beautiful, artistic view facing pool, even more beautiful at night due to lighting arrangements. Received help from Bapak Dika from Receptions to print boarding pass, thank you very much, Bapak Dika. Had a nice dinner in Hardy's Dining Room, and excellent breakfast at the same place the next day with International Breakfast menu options plus Indonesian dish and local Bandung specialty. Highly recommend to try the Bandrek drink, the ginger can help to warm up body in cold Bandung mornings. Small thing to improve, I had problem locating menu book in the room (might be because of fasting period, or only available digitally via QR-Code) Truly 5 Stars Hotel, would love to visit again next time when visiting Bandung. Everything is great, except the breakfast usually have a varieties of cheese and cold cuts, oatmeal and I didn't see them on display, That's too bad because those are my favorites.
