Book a JUNIOR LUXURY SUITE with special request that it has BATHTUB and when checked-in the room has bathtub PROBLEM, which I have to move to different room that DONT have bathtub.

The location was good, and the heated swimming pool was excellent. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. However, the room could be more comfortable. The mattress and sofa could use some improvement or an upgrade to provide better comfort. The bathroom drain was also clogged, and unfortunately, the issue was still not resolved even after we asked the staff to fix it. The Wi-Fi was also quite slow.

We had a really nice family staycation here. The room was clean and comfortable, and the kids really enjoyed the swimming pool. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Breakfast had a good variety of choices too, but I hope in the future have more asian variety like sushi/sashimi and dumpling for example. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay for the whole family. Would definitely consider staying here again!

There was one day a group of people chatting and laughing after midnight near the pool. I couldnt sleep at all, seems like the reception/front staff didnt care at all. You should have made a strict rule about noise.

My booking was for deluxe premiere but changed to deluxe room with balcony. Wifi connection was also bad so I have to use my mobile data for meeting Positive side, hotel gave me complimentary cake and welcome drink.

Very satisfying almost all. The pool is fresh but the changing room under construction, so its a bit uncomfortable
