I had a very pleasant staycation at this hotel. The service was excellent, especially since I requested a room upgrade as a Gold member, and the hotel was able to accommodate it and even confirmed it via email before my check-in day. The room with the pool view was definitely a great choice — spacious, comfortable, and relaxing. The hotel surroundings were also beautiful and refreshing, creating a calm atmosphere for a getaway. One of the highlights was the pool, which was excellent and featured warm water, making it even more enjoyable. The location is also convenient, not too far from the city center and the upper area of Bandung. However, traffic can be quite heavy because the hotel is located on the way to Lembang. In addition, there were not many nearby options for online food delivery. The breakfast selection was varied and very delicious. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.
