Overall we were quite satisfied with the stay. Staffs were helpful & attentive. They helped us with our luggages when we arrived & promptly prepare a free parking ticket as my fam needs to go somewhere else right away. Room was just okay, but they prepare a welcome fruit platter for us & it was a nice gesture from them. We booked a Deluxe room with 1 Queen sized bed. Even though our room was upgraded to the one with balcony, the bed was like 2 beds put together, which was quite uncomfortable. Breakfast was quite abundant with lots of food options. This was great. As for the building itself, it gives an impression of an apartment building turned into hotel. The vibes doesn't give me a 5 star hotels, more of a 3-4 starred hotels. Facade needs to be uplifted.

The property does need some face lift, especially bath room, water heater unstable,room lighting kind a dark even as we reported one bulb off and other flickering no one came to fix it, need deep clean the entire room, a lot of dust, also the carpet not clean.But the matras and pillow still oke. As a member of Accor for our level some sincerity will be appreciated.the services in any department, very down grade since after Covid. The breakfast bakery is not fresh. And the fried chicken for special menu of the day is a little bit hard as in reheated many times .

The hotel’s architecture beautifully blends modern comfort with traditional Indonesian touches, creating a unique and relaxing ambiance. Our room was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed, with a stunning view that made our family stay even more memorable. What stood out the most during our visit was the exceptional service. A special mention goes to Rahmat, the receptionist front officer, who went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. His friendly attitude, professionalism, and genuine care made us feel truly valued as guests. He handled every request smoothly and made the check-in process effortless. The facilities were also impressive—from the serene pool area, which my kids loved, to the delicious breakfast selection offering both local and international dishes that satisfied everyone in the family.
