Good property, good hotel, great location. Check in is slow around 20 min. Staff lack of knowledge. As a platinum, they treat me similar to regular guest. Not considering to stay in this hotel again if i have other choice

I was satisfied to the property’s condition and how they were maintain customers. Staffs so friendly ang keep smile. Only need to review about policy of pool towel, my experiences was i had to argued and waited long time to ask for it.

Good environment, pleasant services Things less from overall: 1. No bathtub 2. Balcony not in high floor and bad view which we already paid extra money for this 3. Pls training the banquette staff do not to put mixed food in one plate food (ini adalah kebiasaan baru, petugas banquette mengambilkan makanan di piring utk customer, harap mereka mengerti customer hotel tidak makan nasi rames yg semua jenis makanannya dijadikan tertumpuk jadi satu, tapi hanya ditata berdekatan antara jenis makanan satu dgn lainnya

First time arrival just like Others hotel service..enter to the room we found the Tower ( only Swimming Towel blue and white Colour ) no Bath tower and Face/hand towel..I called and asked to the hotel staff maybe the tower finished right,I was not so sure about the answer. Staff hotel said we must bring our room to tower to swing pool and after used swimming the wet towel will change to a new tower but not come ,I must call them to send it to the room. Please Hotel Management if this hotel notice about this and make it more easy for the guest stay..We ( anybody ) entered from basement parking to lobby for check in but no security staff checking the people temperature near the Lift..( only near lobby reception ) cause some 4 stars hotel do this service on Pandemy

The hotel was good, the room is excellent, service was excellent, well located.. But the parking lot was too crowded and the park gate smashed my car (luckilly the car wasn’t scratched or damaged), the elevator always full and sometimes it’s filled with more than 4 peoples, the sound from other rooms can be hear from our room..

Ms Indah assist me upon check in, all room keys well prepared by her and fast. Less than 5 minutes we can go to the room. The Suite room & bathroom are super Specious. Will recommend this hotel to my friends and family. Keep it up!

There is one of BIG Lack of your Hotel. It is the Elevator. You have many Rooms, but only being supported by ONLY 2 Elevators, and it moves bit slower. We need to wait about 10 minutes in average for queuing. It is very desparated experience.

Not really clear about the check in time, usually latest around 2 pm, we can’t enter the room unless in 5 pm above. We follow the contact less room service order throgh application but no response on it untill we realize and need contact directly to room service after that. Hard access to park and need to park by vallet but need long time to get our car back to go out from hotel (too long too queue). Need long time to get access to breakfast via lift.

Stay here for 1 night with Family, while I need to visit Bandung for a business visit. My son had the online school in the hotel, and they give me late check out, because I still have an online meeting from 2 pm to 3 pm. Thanks for that.

too crowded, hotel running at full capacity and cant properly use new normal protocol

the stay was ok, i dont see any signs in the room that it was cleaned or disinfected using new normal protocol. breakfast quality and quantity seems to be lower since using new normal protocol. Hotel was too crowded as i cant find any parking spot (need to use valet service which means the valet driver is going thru all those other cars). Elevator sign says maximum 4 person but due to heavy que, some people just cramp into the evelator.

Limited lift access

The lift are too crowded with covid protocol applying (max 4 people per lift) and many people disobey. Suggestion to open emergency door access in lobby so that people staying in low floor have option to use emergency stair to go down instead of waiting for the crowded lift.
