Reservation via ALL apps super easy, my status being recognized and got upgrade to privilege room. It has balcony and fresh air can be obtained Gym and rooftop pool also decent, relatively small but for this price value factor is acceptable. The only downside is the parking slot very limited.

There was like machine noise throughout the day that only stopped at night after calling the receptionist & it started again in the morning.

Rooms are spacious and quite clean. The staffs were nice and helpful. But they only provided two pillows on the bed and you have to request for some others amenities (shower cap, hand soap, wash cloth/hand towel).

Was conveniently located, staff were cheerful and friendly. Room was clean and nice. Only downside is it has only 2 lifts servicing all floors.

Amenities such as tea, slippers, and a bathroom kit are limited. The tea and coffee are generic, slippers are provided only in pairs per room, and there is no comb in the bathroom. However, the location is conveniently situated near the city center.
