1. upon entering the parking lot was full, but the officers swiftly offered to park my car. so we can check in right away. 2.the breakfast menu is very varied and has many types and is also delicious

Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was good. My only complaint is that they when i borrowed an iron, they sent one that is already broken.

Good location, with nice room, but very crowded, and the room itself has less than normal amenities (no hand towels, hand soap). The swimming pool is nice, albeit too small for the crowd.

Parking is very limited and very small( squeezy). Check in fast but betw afternoon team and night team seemed lack of briefing/ handover. We need to repeat the already checked in room for my friend to get the key. Room is sizeable. But no hand soap. Only 2 big towels. Internet is fast. Bed is comfy. Breakfast is good with wide variety and tasty.

Hotel kindly upgraded me to the Suite, however during my stay, Hotel forgot the Welcome letter that usually given to Accor member. Some of the staff I would love to give appreciation are: Fahrizal and Cynthia from front desk. Yudha from house keeping for his attention to details and noticed that hairdryer has not been provided and personally prep for the room. Lastly, Rizky the concierge trainee who assist my luggage during checkout.

Nice & clean room, but the issue just in parkir area....very small parking area. I stayed on a weekday and the parking area is very limited. I can't imagine staying on the weekend

Honestly i met a great receiptionist who handled his service with very kind and polite attitude but i wasn't comfirtable with room without soundproff, all of my next room activity was being hear (quite noisy) and i was not sleeping well because of that.. Room 1019

NEEDS PROPER MANAGEMENT EVALUATION - It was a mess.

Our stay starts with waiting 30 mins++ for us to be able to enter Lobby due to parking overload and bad management - everyone was too busy trying to solve the issue that our luggage was left out. Checking in process was smooth otherwise and room was well prepared. Due to parking issue, we decided to check in and left for dinner, coming back later at night where parking situation was more acceptable. Another surprise came in the morning where we are about to go for a swim and there is crowds of people in the swimming pool as well as wedding party held on the area at the same time (9th Jan), it was a mess - we are still in the pandemic situation and I was worried for them, this place could easily be hotspot for spreading virus. Breakfast was also not being properly taken care of and understaffed - Tables full of dirty dishes were left for a while, had trouble finding seats, Food Counter unattended, I saw few children running around and play with unattended food area, grabbing cereals and bread by hand, cotton candy sections has huge que due to lack of equipment and management.

Everything is OK except parking lot

Good place and good service except parking lot. I must wait until half hour to get my car ready in front of the lobby. I'm using a valet service. All employee are very helpfull n humble. The taste of breakfast is standard, it is not as delicious as others mention. The one that I prefer is the pool which located on the roof top.

The door room it was cant be locked by card, this is could be dangerous for customer when we are leaving the room. But overall the services was excellent, and I had a good experience with mercure. Congrats !!! And good job for mercure !!!

This hotel looks very clean and modern look. What i love the most in this hotel is the amazing infinity pool with the view of Bandung. Breakfast was okay. Receptionists are very friendly Kuddos to Ms Cynthia for upgrading my room to executive suite even on New year with my membership. I would definitely choose this hotel again thank you

I enjoyed staying here. Overall was very good. However there was 1 note about the SOP in breakfast room. The restaurant provided at least 3 spots for plastic gloves (to be worn by guests), but all of the guests were not encouraged by the staff to wear it. It is very different with similar practice in other accors.

Great staycation with my family. They have great value too on their meals at restaurant, bar and room service. Great hospitality. Good cleanlines on room, utensils at restaurant and bar. But need more attention with bed, wife get itchy.

Parking slot very limited. Services from staf not good. And there is no upgrades available during that time for diamond member. It maybe too many people stay at weekend. For me there is no impressive at all and i dont want to stay here anymore.

The stay at Mercure was amazing and big thumbs for the service. The staff were warm and attentive. Overall, a lovely place to stay right in the heart of Bandung city. Close to any business centre. Just one thing they need to attend is that the VIP parking area in the lobby which suppose for Accor member like me but always not available during my stay

Disappointing stay

This is the first time that i feel very disappointed with the stay on an Accor-managed hotel, although i already stayed for several times in the same hotel previously. As an Accor Plus member, i have already informed that i will use the room upgrade voucher for my 2 days stay, but I didn't get the information that i would need 1 voucher for each day (I have been an Accor Plus member for years, and have stayed for more than 1 night a few times, but previously i only need 1 voucher per booking). As the reception informed that the T&C is written in the voucher itself, I have chosen to stay in the upgraded room (suite) for 1 day, and the other one day without upgrade (privilege), and I asked the reception to inform me where i should move on the second day... but in the end, i was the one that should reconfirm to the reception on the day that i need to move to the privilege room instead of getting informed as promised earlier. After the move, we just realized that we left our towel in our room, and we called the reception to check, and they promised to check and inform us. But in the end, until we checked out, we didn't get any information or update regarding the missing towel. The reception told me that actually it has been noted, but the towel has not been found yet, and asked me for my address so they can send it to me once they find it. So my main points of disappointment : 1. unclear information 2. service is not standard 3. dirty towel, pillow, and sheet --- this is the most disappointing for a 4-star hotel and in the suite room! 4. the room smelled of smoke (while I asked for a non-smoking room) --- actually this happened almost in my every stay in this hotel. 5. Nobody approach the guest in the restaurant who were not wearing their mask near the food station! and only took action after I asked one of the staff to remind the guest So actually if you ask me to write any positive thing about this hotel, i only can say : 1. the strategic location - located near the city center, and lots of food around the hotel. 2. good quality of tv channel 3. friendly staff --- especially the reception who handled the check out (Indah if i'm not wrong), who handled my complain professionally. I will think twice to stay here again, since the quality of the room/ammenities has been worsened each time that i stayed. hopefully the management can improve those for a better customer satisfaction.
