I like the location of this hotel, beautifully designed hotel with adequate size of room. But this stay is by far the worst for cleanliness side. Several condition i found in my room 706: a. Dust is not fully cleaned as I can find it in nightstand, carpet and table b. We found several mite in our bed and my wife get a lot of itch due to her allergic The other one is fridge is not cold. I hope hotel management can improve this cleanliness matter. For now, I can’t recommend this hotel to stay due to cleanliness.

i'm booked three not smocking rooms for two days. I got three rooms with smell smocking and i'm asked complained and only get one diffuser for one room. Bathroom with broken shower. When check out i'm ask bellboy and never come. i'm take the trolley by myself. Parking lot is too small, and minim supervise at parking area

Overall satisfied experience, great staff, nice room "but" ill describe latter, nice sahur buffet. But the room is not clean enough for me, sorry. Tons of ants inside the room :) , dust everywhere (under the carpet, dusty curtain, under the side table) i got asthma so i could feel the dust. But its not a big deal for me btw. I just want to remind to concern about cleanliness Thank u

Great staycation with my family. They have great value too on their meals at restaurant, bar and room service. Great hospitality. Good cleanlines on room, utensils at restaurant and bar. But need more attention with bed, wife get itchy.

Parking slot very limited. Services from staf not good. And there is no upgrades available during that time for diamond member. It maybe too many people stay at weekend. For me there is no impressive at all and i dont want to stay here anymore.

The stay at Mercure was amazing and big thumbs for the service. The staff were warm and attentive. Overall, a lovely place to stay right in the heart of Bandung city. Close to any business centre. Just one thing they need to attend is that the VIP parking area in the lobby which suppose for Accor member like me but always not available during my stay
