We stayed for 2 nights at the junior suite. The room is bright and spacious. The bed and pillow also comfortable. The cleanliness can be improved. The hot water is not stable, please look into it. The worst part is the lift, only 2 and it takes ages to take as the hotel was really full. Should put into consideration as lift is vital for going up and down. Room is not sound proof. We can hear noises from corridor. Also the parking is quite hassle. But the service is good, employees are polite and attend to our needs promptly. Breakfast in general is good eventhough full capacity. Food is replenished so we still able to enjoy the breakfast. Maybe hotel can better anticipate and plan so it wont run out of food or clean tables. Kuddos to one of male service employee during bfast who make coffees for us because the broken machine. (He also asked me to write this review, forgot to ask his name) Thumbs up to his nice and positive attitude. Overall, thank you and keep improving!
