The Second time we stay in this hotel. All staff are very friendly, the location is quite strategic. The amenities room are quite complete. Thank you for the welcoming cakes and room decor was amazing. But there's little problem, Ceiling is suddenly leaking and Tried to contact Reception but line extension is error. It a bit disturbing because it happen in middle of the night & our clothes were partially wet. The good news is all are well recovered when we had a breakfast. Service was good & friendly. Thank you. Surely we'll stay there again.

Location is near braga, narrow parking area, i couldnt get room upgrade cause it was full and cannot try the breakfast either due to my schedule

Staying for business purposes with colleagues and I needed to upgrade the experience for my business superior person, which is why we chose Mercure. What came to mind was that I would receive an upgraded room and give it to my superior to occupy, while the rest of the team would stay in the standard room. However, all 3 rooms we booked turned out to be the same type..standard rooms. There were no welcome amenities, whether a card, fruit or chocolate in any of the rooms. My focus at that time was not wanting to deal with simple things like this, which from my experience as an ALL member, I have always received. Isn't that already part of your SOP when a member guest checks in ? If not, it's extremely disappointing because I felt unrecognized. Then, please improve communication among your team. If there's a payment transfer, it should be forwarded to the relevant department. There shouldn't be a need to request payment again during check-in, but that's what happened. It created an uncomfortable impression with the Mercure FO staff.

Based on our team’s report, the guest who checked in was your colleague, and she informed us during the initial visit that the ALL member, Mr. Tony, would not be staying. Our staff explained that in this situation the booking would not be eligible for an upgrade, and your colleague confirmed that this was acceptable. According to ALL Member policy, member benefits—including room upgrades and welcome amenities—are only applicable when the registered member personally checks in and stays. Since the stay was under non-member guests, the amenities were not prepared. Regarding the bank transfer, our team simply needed to reconfirm because the proof of transfer we received did not include any payment details or description, so we wanted to ensure accuracy. Second Stay, Pleasant Experience

We stayed only for a night, but the experience was lovely. The room was pretty spacious, with big windows framing views of the city and the mountain. The atmosphere was warm, despite the rain outside. The only problem was slow drainage in the bathroom’s shower area, resulting in water overflowing into the closet area. The brekkie was nice. Traditional dishes and snacks like seblak were also served, which was fun. Anung helped me recommend drinks and dishes to try, and I really appreciated it. (Thank you so much, Kang Anung). And, of course, a stay at Mercure Bandung City Centre was incomplete without a dip into the hotel’s infinity pool. A must-do activity, especially in the morning. (The cold didn’t bother me).
