We stayed at your hotel for four nights. On the last night, we returned to the hotel close to midnight after a day of walking around Singapore. We were very exhausted and hoped to freshen up and rest immediately. However, we found that the slippers and dental sets had not been replenished after the room was cleaned. This greatly affected our mood and comfort that night. Because we did not want to use the old items, and this issue only happened on the last day, we were quite disappointed.
