We visited during the Formula 1 weekend and although high occupancy the hotel never felt busy. The rooms are small however are well thought out with a good amount of room for luggage, hanging clothes and storing shoes etc. What surprised me was the quality of the products with a Dyson hairdryer provided, bath robes and even TWG tea. The rooftop pool was a highlight and was never busy. The only criticism would be they don’t open the bar during the day unless it’s a Sunday. As a Platnium member we received both early and late check out which was nice. Breakfast was also available for us and we were very impressed with the à la carte menu. I wish more hotels did this! I will mention like others have, there is construction next door. This is outside the control of the hotel however the rooms are very soundproof and unless you want to sleep during the day it won’t be a problem. Overall a very good stay.

The room was small but well designed, with enough storage space. I arrived in the evening, and during check-in there was very loud noise coming from the ground-floor bar next to reception, which made it difficult to communicate with the receptionist. I requested a higher floor, but as the hotel was fully booked, this could not be accommodated during my stay, which was disappointing. That said, the staff were helpful and generally willing to assist with my requests. Housekeeping was more disappointing. I noticed a long dark hair caught between the sheet and mattress cover. I did not want to make a fuss and simply asked for the bedding to be changed. However, even after several requests, the hair remained, suggesting that the mattress cover had not been changed. Seeing it there each time was uncomfortable. Aside from this, I was generally satisfied with the condition of the room. There was some construction noise from the site next to the hotel. It could be annoying when trying to sleep during the day, especially when jet-lagged, but overall it was manageable. Breakfast was very good, although the seating was rather uncomfortable. The seats felt too low, and the tables were positioned too close together. We also used our welcome drink at the pool bar, but the selection was quite limited. I would have appreciated healthier options such as fresh juice, rather than only juice from concentrate. The pool area itself was pleasant, although the water did not seem particularly clean.

Arrived mid night and stayed during the day, room was small but really good for a quick rest, blacked out bunk bed was one of the most comfy bed I've slept on in hotels

no peace of mind, need to look for staff for help, welcome drink took ages and being charged during check-out, SOPs non-existence. Maybe this hotel is new hence like this, hope in the future it'll greatly improve

Nice rooms, small but well designed. Friendly staff, except on pool deck, we were forgotten about 3 times when we tried to order a drink…other guests were more important obviously. The noise from the bar is a bit much very late into the night, you can hear it reverberate through the rooms. Otherwise, a nice hotel.

1) The Ladies’ Night music was a significant disruption for guests who wanted to wind down and relax. I strongly recommend ending the music earlier than 11:45 pm. Lucky I did not stay on Friday night. 2) The amenities felt very basic and were not of the quality I would expect. The tissue box was also poorly designed, as it was difficult to pull out a single tissue without it tearing. 3) The table next to the sink was very dirty when I arrived. I had to clean it myself before I place my belongings on the table.

Comfortable stay, and it was a great deal! (using stay plus), nice ambience at Mama restaurant (always packed during dinner time). Lots of good food nearby and it is within walking distance to Somerset and Orchard Road.

My stay had a rocky start. The first room I was given had a leaking ceiling aircon, and I had to go back down to the main lobby to request a room change — no apology was offered for the inconvenience. I had booked a bunk bed room, but the staff initially tried to give me a twin bed room instead. I had to insist before they corrected it to the bunk bed I'd originally booked. When I tried calling the front desk to request next-day breakfast, no one answered despite multiple attempts. I eventually had to call the restaurant directly to arrange it, and signed for it that night. However, when I arrived for breakfast the next day, staff said there was no record of my request. These issues affected what could have been a smoother stay, though I'm noting them here in case they're helpful for improving service consistency.
