Bonjour Dasdo, You had us at “great breakfast” but then you doubled down with “lots of options” and “quiet”? Now we’re blushing a little. We’re really glad you loved the clean vibes and could enjoy a peaceful stay, yes, we do believe silence can be a luxury too. And breakfast, well, we like to think it’s worth waking up for. Just bad. Hi Paul, Let me help you present the facts since you seem to be quite blur. This booking was made under me with Accor number - 308103 3 … 6 and reservation number - QFBPCKKR. I amended it to Felicia's name as she will be arriving earlier. Now, last night around 1045pm, I gave my passport to the receptionist to verify. No one ever asked me to sign any registration card. Your first email confirmed that I had to pay the public rate. "We regret to inform you that the prevailing public rates will be applied to the current guest staying under your booking as you have yet to be present during the stay." The second email was not sent to inform me of the policy as you have stated " I had sent a follow-up email yesterday afternoon to keep you informed of the policy requirements." Secondly, the email was sent this morning at 3:08am not yesterday afternoon. Now, if you actually knew who came, you wouldn't be sending that email at 3:08am. Look we are also in the travel industry. In fact, I met the sales/marketing team of your hotel at the Accor Connect Event last year in August 25. We know you are new, yet we still booked you. But I don't understand this level of service and the email responses that follows, it is just poor. The previous email was just pushing the blame to Accor and you don't even know if it is a system glitch as you use the word "may". Thank you for your kind understanding, and we hope you have a pleasant stay with us. --> Nope, it was horrible. You didn't even know i was there last night.

Love the concept and ambience. The room is so cozy. The whole hotel itself is Insta-worthy! Should check out the lift! The location is awesome, nearby to the buzzing town but distant enough to keep you at peace. The whole vibe is awesome! and the room is soundproof ;P

The hotel's atmosphere overall is good, especially the bar and restaurant downstairs. Downsides are their pillows were not good at all, some were too low (completely flat) and some were too high, had an uncomfortable sleep during the whole stay. Fire alarm went off, even if it is a false alarm, the exit doors should be activated as per standard protocol. Staff having to manually press the button for guests to be able to use the fire and emergency exits make no sense. You should really consider fixing this as I am not sure how authorities let this pass. If there was a real fire and the staff forgets to manually unlock them, you would be in a lot more trouble. It is lucky that this time was a false alarm. The location of the hotel was great and the hotel overall was good but cannot give a higher number due to safety hazard.
