The team was very warm in welcoming guest in. Room was very new and clean and cozy. Breakfast was delicious as well. Hotel provides earplugs due to the construction nearby the hotel.

Unique hotel and a walk away from somerset station and orchard gateway. A few local food restaurants and 7eleven located adjacent the hotel.

I only stayed for a night but in general it was good. There was a welcome gift in the room was well appreciated and the cookies at departure was a nice surprice. It was also proactive to provide earbuds due to the contructions happening. There are teething issues in the room such as: the light in the toilet failed to turn on after some time, the water in the sink took a while to drain and when opening the locked door from inside, it doesn't fully unlock. Hope you can resolve them. I woul definitely return if I had the opportunity again.

I loved the stay at mama shelter. This is my first time staying at mama shelter and this place is totally a different from the rest of the Accor properties and I loved the vibe of the hotel and the whole team in the hotel are so welcoming and cool and this of the most futuristic hotels I have stayed recently except the rooms are little compact apart from that I loved the stay. Thanks to the whole team at the hotel. I definitely recommend it if you are ok with the room size.

So i'd say that overall the stay was nice but one appalling behavior has left me in bad taste. My room was upgraded to a room with terrace as per my accor gold benefit. Now first few hours in the room were fine but when i woke up there was very loud construction noise and caused me headache. It led to my entire day getting wasted on a short vacation. The management knew that construction is ongoing yet didn't ask me whether id still like it or not? This behavior highlights that they hardly care. The noise wasnt something light, it felt like there was a constant drilling on my head. They did change my room afterwards but the damage was already done. It really ruined precious days of my vacation. As someone who is loyal to Accor, this is has left me thinking about my loyalty. They also used an incorrect mcc for payment, Restraunts instead of hotels, which left me with extra charges from my bank towards my card. All this has left me with a very bad experience overall.
