We understand how frustrating the construction noise nearby must have been, especially when you're hoping for a relaxing stay. While the works are external to the hotel and beyond our control, we recognise the impact this had on your experience and appreciate your feedback on communicating this more proactively. We're also sorry to hear about the issues you encountered with the TV, blinds, and the service in our bars. Missing the mark on service, getting orders wrong, and making our guests feel unwelcome is simply not the Mama spirit. Rest assured, your comments have been shared with the relevant teams so we can improve both our service standards and consistency. Regarding your ALL Gold membership and room upgrade, Mama Shelter Singapore is an intimate hotel with just three room categories. You stayed in our Mama Terrace room, which is our largest room category, and unfortunately, there was no higher room type available for an upgrade during your stay. We understand this may have been disappointing, and we appreciate your understanding. As for the terrace itself, we're sorry it didn't meet your expectations. We know that descriptions and photos need to accurately reflect the experience our guests can expect, and your feedback is valuable in helping us review how we present our rooms. We're pleased to hear that our reception team left a positive impression, though it's clear that overall, we have much work to do to restore your confidence in Mama.
