In general, the hotel is comfortable, rooms are quite big. Overall experience was positive, Here is my feedback 1. some parts of the room is dusty (curtains, and the the corners), sofa/cushion has stains, basically the room felt unoccupied for a long time, and it wasnt properly cleaned when we checked-in. 2. The room service food was decent, but could be better for such a hotel standard. Was told to wait 1 hour, for 1 pasta when I called at 630pm (is that even peak hour?) 3. electric wall sockets are falling out of its place (may pose danger) 4. Check-out experience was not clear, was told I can do a fast check-out abruptly when I was queing to check-out with no instruction given. OR atleast been told during my check-in. Nothing like that. 5. Was at the pool, doesnt seem like everyone is practicing social distancing, may be something worth to look at. The chairs, table positioning. 6. Prior to check-ing in, drove the car to the lobby and not greeted by hotel bell-boy, i had to unload my own luggage, with them just giving me a trolly (and they walked off). Expected a better service here honestly from Sofitel.

A staycation to benefit of the sun, the environment, the nature and animals as we like it to be. We were not disappointed and everything went well. Good team and support, pleasant environment and a plus on the pool management. In most of the places now, the long chair by the pool are "booked" by people who are not around, simply securing their seat for hours later. At Sofitel, the team is careful about such behaviour and manages very well the availabilities. Thank you, very good stay.

Tip top service from arrival till departure. Love the space and ambience. Amenities in room is very clean and complete including free bottle of wine. Food at the Cliff and for breakfast was delicious with quality ingredients. Service staff at the Cliff was helpful with service from the heart and without being over intrusive. Enjoyed my massage very much as masseuse is very skilful. Having a male masseuse for my hubby is a bonus; this being his first time. The external spa facilities like the pools and female jacuzzi certainly need upgrading which is scheduled by the hotel soon. Overall, it's a great escapade for us :)

Just had the trouble to shift to different rooms during the first day, as the first room we were staying was looking at construction site which was not very present. Then we shift to another room but that has a very mild stale smell in the room.

We absolutely loved the hotel theme in a very relaxing environment with lots of nature & great facilities. We enjoyed using the pool, dinner & breakfast were absolutely delightful. The massage was great for my partner and alright for me, but the 1 thing I was disappointed with was the dated spa facilities.

I was a bit disappointed in the beginning when I wanted to book a Spa slot and the staff told me that it was fully booked for the weekend. I said that I booked within a package and they should make sure how many of them they can sell, otherwise the guests cannot what are they paying for. After 2 emails, I got my slot for my husband and I. It was the best massage that ever had in this SPA and we had a lot around the world. The food was good and staff really helpful. The only suggestion that I can make, is offering a family package will be cool for enjoying with our daughters next time.

Hi there, I have chosen sofitel sentosa for my staycation most of the time because my daughter is fond of your hotel for its lovely design and thoughtful service. For this time round we didnt't get the junior suite that we had always been booked and it seems that the service standard is different. Firstly, I had emailed to sofitel prior to my arrival, but there wasn't a reply. I left it as it is. Secondly, the room toilet's hygiene was not up to mark as there was contstantly foul smell and there was even stain in the toilet bowl and strand of hair in the bathtub. I thought to let it go as it was just 1 night and was too lazy to wait for another round of housekeeping or even a change of room as my daughter has already unpacked her toys. Lastly is something that made me decided to feedback - My wife told the recep that it was my girl's birthday and was told there will be a small cake being served to us at night. That did not happen. My daughter overhead the request and she was looking forward to it but she ended up disappointed and asked us why there wasnt the cake on the next day. For the email that i sent, i actually highlighted that i booked the room because its her birthday. I hope this is not a case of different treatment for a guest that booked a luxury room vs junior suite and above.

We always look forward to our Sofitel Sentosa experience - such friendly staff and great facilities. On this occasion we took the 2 bed villa which proved to be a positive and negative experience. Building works next to villa 3 on the Saturday were noisy and impacted our ability for relaxed private time. After mentioning this to management, Piotr kindly offered an extra night free which meant we could enjoy my wife birthday, Sunday by the pool. THX! However, overnight on the Sunday, the electricity tripped and so I spent from midnight to 4am awake, waiting for SP power to try and fix the situation, with super hot and moany children (no aircon) which again impacted our experience. Other than this was a great stay, awesome food, good hospitality. Special shout outs to Kari and Shavon from the front of house team, and Saroj in Kwee Zeen for always going over and above. Shame we ended up leaving feeling more tired and less relaxed than when we arrived.....

With the epidemic situation of Coronavirus, we were intended to change the date of the stay to other time, but the help desk (sofitel) through the number given by the reservation confirmation that we called was not even trying to have a little of sympathy or understanding. What I have received is a continuous "reading the rule and regulation repeatedly", and saying -I can not help unless you pay extra. Anyway, my family and I were forced to carry on with the stay.. Yet, the equipment was not working when we checked in. It was just waves of unpleasant feeling.

My Wife and I went for a one night staycation and from arriving to leaving we thoroughly enjoyed it. We sat around the pool on the day of arriving and took advantage of the Champagne deal. We had a massage which was one of the best massages I have ever had! Dinner that night at the Cliff restaurant with the set menu was very nice and service was ok. Breakfast the next morning was extremely busy but still good and we lounged around until the early afternoon before checking out. I was very very impressed and given we got a very good deal 388++ for one night + massage for two + dinner and breakfast it made it all the sweeter given we live in Singapore.

Unexpected long waiting during check-in however the staff were very pleasant. Its quite a long walking distant to our room, luckily I only bring 1 little grandchild with me. The room is spacious and luxurious. We like the little lobby as we enter the room. My grandchild love swimming unfortunately there wasn't any children's pool. The ambiance is fantastic. Very relaxing and keep you away from the business. I like the fish therapy pool but just too bad no chance to try as I was occupied with my grandchild. Overall I like and enjoy the stay.

Natasha, Linn and all the porters were great. The porters were TOP notch service, providing efficient service at check in by making sure it didn’t get too busy with temperature check. Although, front of house team was not great with handling the aftermath of the black out issue on our first night. The MOD I spoke to on the afternoon was great as she took note of the suggestions and feedback given.

Checked in for a 1 day weekend staycation. Lovely hotel nestled at a secluded part of Sentosa with well appointed rooms. Unfortunately the restaurants are not halal-friendly and we had our dinner & breakfast elsewhere. We also noted that this hotel don't provide complementary PressReader digital newspaper unlike SO Sofitel Singapore.
