We loved the room and bathroom. Everything felt very luxurious and comfortable. Pool was really nice and great location to go out on Sentosa. My only complaint was that the service in the restaurant was very slow, there was not enough staff.
For the price paid, it was not worth it

Firstly check in took a Long time and was told that room was not ready. The room, a junior suite was located the furthest from the main lobby. The aircon did not work at night. The restaurant “the cliff” service was terrible. We had to wait for 30mins before someone took our order, that is after shouting at one of the waiters. Many other people were facing the same issue. In fact one couple left without having their dinner. Breakfast was also the same issue. Having to wait a Long time before someone took your order. Overall a pricey, overrated staycation at a terrible hotel.

Hello there, I am an Accor member 308103 2 … 1 and I recently stayed at the Sofitel Sentosa Singapore on October 13th in room 341. I also have another booking there for December 20-22nd. I would like to provide the hotel with some feedback on my recent stay. This recent visit was the 4th time my family have stayed at the Sofitel Sentosa over the last few years. Our visit to your hotel was both pleasing and disappointing. Before checking in, I rang 67… on the 29/9 twice, once on 30/9, once on 2/10 and finally on 5/10. On all 5 phone calls, no one answered the call and it rang out. I then emailed the hotel through h9… but got no reply. I wanted to find out about the pool booking procedure. Our check-in was great and the receptionist was very professional and helpful. He was very attentive. Our biggest concerns was with the cleanliest of the main swimming pool. The water was quite dirty and there was a lot of white silcone/paint on the bottom of the pool. It was not like that on our last visit. On checking in to the pool, we were also only given 1 towel for a family of 4 and told that was all there was. In the room, my wife found a live cockroach running around in the bathroom. I had to put the rubbish bin over the floor drain cover to stop other cockroaches from coming up. Finally, we had dinner at The Cliff which was very disappointing considering it cost $283. The portions of the pasta were very small. My 10 year old had the adult spaghetti and was still hungry afterwards and needed a margarita pizza to fill him up. The side potato dish at $12 was just 3 potatoes sliced in half with a bit of Parmesan cheese sprinkled on top. My rib eye steak came to the table cold. After dinner, I presented my member's welcome drink card to The Bar and told that I would have to pay for a Hot Chocolate Drink $10 which does not match what is stipulated on the welcome drink card. So, all in all, we were disappointed with our stay and my wife has questioned whether we should still return with our booking for December 20-22nd. Thanks, Andy H.
