We stay for Happy new year holiday but this hotel location is not so and far from city and also poor service of staff . Their room is very small and congested. Hotel area is big but its dark at evening time .Their restaurant food is not so testy . Overall we not so like this stay .

We loved the location of this hotel and it provided all the facilities we needed while there with family. The pool was a great resource during the day. The peacocks kept us entertained and were a stunning sight.

Staff were rude and not willing to offer assistance with concerns in room or at dinner and breakfast. Not at all diligent serving guests during meals. We had to ask for drinks and to take our orders. Service was so slow and poor for a five star resort.

It was very overpriced food , all rooms smelt and were very dirty and dusty . We had four rooms and all were terrible . It is really only a 3 star resort and very dirty and run down

Very old , bad maintanace hotel

We had 3 rooms and stayed from dec 30 up to jan 7 . Everything is super old - rooms, facilities and spa. We were very disappointed. Towels, furniture are full of holls. Thanks to your housekeeper executive Jenny Tan we didnt left to other hotel and we will not write bad review. She was very helpful, attantive and kind. She saved the day.

It was a wonderful experience to get away from the hustle and bustle to hv a wonderful staycation at your beautiful hotel. We requested a king's size bed from the moment of registration 2 months before stay, but u did not fulfill our request. That was only peeve. Overall, very pleasant staff, good music at the lounge, food at the Cliff was fantastic! Will certainly come back again.

I'm not easily impressed by hotels these days but I thoroughly enjoyed our very short stay at the Sofitel on Sentosa. Impeccable grounds and facilities, 5 star service and exceptional location. An oasis only a stone's throw from bustling Singapore city. I plan to return for longer in the future.

The staff require much training - and the F&B is not to the usual Sofitel standard

Your F&B staff need significant training - the service was shocking with most seeming quite clueless and not that of a 5* establishment. The breakfast buffet was disatisfactory - food options were poor and not of the usual standard of a Sofitel resort. We spent most of our stay outside of the resort at neighbouring hotels as they were of a much better standard.

Overall satisfied. Great hotel with luxurious amenities . Need attention to small detail - found hair at mini bar area and missing tea spoon. One of duvet cover had a hole. We had a great experience overall . Will recommend to friends and family.

The bath tub stopper was not working and water cannot be drained off. I need the bath tub for my kids. The technician came but couldn't repair it quick. He immediately arranged for me to move to a next available room on the same floor. Happy with the quick action.

Very friendly staff and room quality. A couple of items to consider a. Would be great if you could do away with plastic water bottles in the room as the tap water in Singapore is perfectly drinkable - so would be more sensitive to the environment b. Perhaps consider getting a few more cycles - there only seemed to be 3 and at times only 2 were available. For a family of 3 we could not get a cycling trip in - which would be nice in Sentosa

Good option for a staycation or for tourists that want to be away from the city center. Rooms are ok and clean. However, the hotel would have so much more potential. The outdoor area is not well maintained, e.g. the chairs for garden rooms are so dirty that you don't want to sit on them. There's no kids club or any play room for children. The restaurants are overpriced for what you get, the pool bar should be a bit cheaper so guests would really enjoy it and consume more. Overall ok and the hotel improved over the last year, but really hope the management makes more out of this amazing property in a great location.
