Wonderful interior (heard it was recently renovated). My children loved the animal details aalong the corridors and the room's wardrobe/ bathroom. The fish at the pound was a total delight and brought out happy squeals. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff are very friendly and professional. Food was good, but we wish think roast beef would be nice for buffet. Thank you so much for this lovely staycation

- I received excellent and pleasant service from the Sofitel staff, from check-in to room service and the restaurant. I was on vacation with my family. All the infant necessities I needed, like a crib, were available in both rooms I booked. The restaurant staff were also excellent in providing everything from adult needs to our baby's needs. - During my stay, the hotel was undergoing renovations. Why weren't they placed in another area? So, my privacy was somewhat compromised by the workers. - Also, I didn't receive a free room upgrade from my Accor Platinum status. - The hotel building may be a bit old, but it's still a comfortable place to stay.

Though place was very nice, but lack of proper vegetarian food . We have paid the same amount for stay what other guests pay you amd still we had to stay hungry. And whatever little food was there for us ,was kept with a the nonveg food on same table which stinked badly. Very bad management.

Overall stay was average. 1. Room was clean and comfortable. 2. Assign to a room where contractors linger around and chatting loudly in day time. 3. Room amenities was bad. Shower head was damaged, TV was damaged. Aircon controls were faulty/buggy. I would also like to raise a concern regarding replacement of showerhead. The first technician entered the room wearing his shoes without asking, which I found inappropriate. More concerning, the second technician rang the bell and proceeded to open my door within about 10 seconds. This was quite alarming from a privacy and safety perspective. I would appreciate clarification on your standard entry protocol and assurance that this will be addressed. Thank you.
