It was a fantastic hotel and Hotel Staff were very helpful , one day stay became 14 days stay and I have really enjoyed the Indian Food which was fabulous in all the days. Improvement needed in the system and front office in terms of traceability of bills. Other than that everyone should try this Resort or hotel which is fabulous in location and the nature within itself and scenic views to see the peacocks just moving around the Hotel . Overall my rating was excellent and will come again and again if travel still being a restriction . My Kudos to the front office staff and staff of one touch and restaurant. There is nothing much we can expect more than this in Singapore at an isolated location in Sentosa
A Gem with a Flaw

This recent stay at the Sofitel Sentosa was once again a fantastic and rejuvenating break from the monotony of everyday life. The lodging is tip top as usual with every creature comfort available at your fingertips. Prior to checking out, I again enjoyed a memorable and soul-filling LUNCH at The Cliff, as usual impressed by the exquisite, amiable and impeccable service by both VON and HEME. The reception officer NATASHA also sorted out a check-out issue to my satisfaction by exhibiting that thoughtful flexibility goes a long way in keeping a frequent, elite guest loyal to the Accor brand. Notwithstanding the bouquets, we did face a very unhappy incident at The Cliff where we had made prior DINNER reservations for a party of five which included a Platinum member, a Silver member (both Accor Plus members) as well as an elderly granny of 94 years old who had inched her way to the restaurant from the car park. We had very much looked forward to a wonderful dining experience together and had gone as far as to reserve the delectable beef short ribs. Upon arrival, our Accor Plus dining certificate was refused as it was considered a festive period (day 12 of the Lunar New Year). The staff at The Cliff acknowledged that the dining reservations agent ought to have had informed us of this restriction. When queried later, the reception agent simply shrugged her shoulders and exclaimed, and I quote, "oh yah" (we should have known and should have advised). While we fully understand and respect the need for conditions attached to the usage of the Accor Plus dining certificates, it was a serious management flaw that ultimately ruined what would have had been a memorable evening with our elderly granny. The unfortunate incident did leave us with a bad taste as we all left the Sofitel that evening. I would urge the management to review its staff training guidelines to ensure that similar incidents would not be repeated especially since these coupons are offered to, and used by, Accor's most frequent and loyal clients.
Unexpected level of service

We arrive at 3pm and to our disappointment the room was not ready. There where no recommendation on how we are going to spend our waiting time and the lobby was filled with people. We were told it would take another hour to be ready. Imagine our feeling when the official check in time was 3pm. My experience in a lot of 5 stars or boutique hotels would at least provide complimentary drinks and ensure our waiting feels slightly more comfortable. We went to the cliff for lunch and finally received a call that the room was ready. We request for the team to send the key over and unfortunately it’s a 30 minutes wait and no sight of anyone. In the end we hand to walk back to the lobby only to miss the service crew and had to head back once again to the cliff to pick up the keys. Personally at many level, the service was not prompt and personalized. When the service crew didn’t hand over the keys, he/she could have drop us a call. Or even before when he is heading over despite been busy just to ensure we are present. Service culture doesn’t come by just telling the stuff. It requires effort, mindset and empowerment to fix it. I guess this would be the first and last of our visit

Lovely property tucked away in a quiet corner of Sentosa, the Sofitel is a relaxing getaway from urban Singapore. It reminds me so much of being at Nusa Dua, Bali. The standout for us was the staff at Sofitel, each and every staff member we interacted with were friendly, warm and welcoming and met every request promptly and with a smile. The Cliff (restaurant) has a fantastic menu from a very creative chef. Thank you everyone at Sofitel, we hope to be back soon
Good stay with a few hiccups

Stayed for one night with family. Six of us in total. Check in and check out process was slow. Only two counters were handling it. Food service is also extremely slow.
