Relaxing, family friendly hotel. Staff were very helpful, rooms were very spacious and clean. Hotel ambience made this a wonderful experience. The highlight of this stay was the fish spa! Loved it. The pool was lovely and deep for swimming as well.

On the first night in the room, there was a very strong cigarette smell coming from the air conditioner. I requested a room change, but was told there were no available rooms. I only managed to change rooms on the second day, but by then, half the day had already passed. I also requested a slice of cake at 11:30 pm for my husband’s birthday. The front desk assured me that they had taken note of it, but no one showed up. My friend had to go down to the counter at 11:45 pm to check, and was told that there were too many requests for them to handle on time. This is extremely disappointing—lack of manpower should not be an excuse. Additionally, I was charged $120++ per day for my dog, yet the food provided wasn’t suitable for her because she is allergic to chicken. When I contacted the concierge, I was told there were no alternative options, which was very frustrating. This essentially meant my dog was expected to eat something she’s allergic to. However, I must say that the service at the restaurant was good and heartwarming.

We recently stayed at the Singapore Sentosa Resort and had a very enjoyable experience overall. Pros • Excellent status recognition – As a Platinum member, I was pleasantly surprised by the warm welcome and thoughtful gestures throughout the stay. • Room upgrade – The complimentary upgrade was much appreciated and made our stay even more comfortable. • Great service – All staff members were consistently polite and helpful. Special thanks to the front desk manager and the restaurant teams, who delivered exceptional service every day. • Outstanding dining experience – Both Kwee Zeen and The Cliff offered excellent food quality. Meals were consistently delicious and one of the highlights of our stay. Cons • Dated hotel facilities – Some areas of the hotel feel a bit old and could benefit from refurbishment. • No kids club – Families with young children may find the lack of a kids club inconvenient. • No child-friendly toilets – This was slightly challenging when traveling with little ones. • Small reception area – During peak check-in and check-out times, the limited space leads to queues and crowding. Overall Despite a few areas for improvement, our stay was pleasant and memorable. We truly enjoyed the hospitality and dining, and we will definitely return on our next visit to Sentosa.
