Beautiful hotel

We stayed with 2 teenagers and 2 adults in a family interconnecting room. The hotel is absolutely beautiful and the staff (esp front door/concierge) were very friendly and professional. We arrived around 9:30pm and the restaurants had closed but the room service person went out of his way to make sure we could order food. Breakfast was really nice and location was great. You could walk down to the beach and catch a shuttle along Sentosa or bus B brought you back on the other side. Only issue we had was I had purchased a prepaid room in April. Our Disney cruise was cancelled and when I tried to cancel our trip, the Sofitel said they would not refund the money due to the version of room I purchased. This was the main reason we continued with our holiday. But when we arrived, they wanted to charge us again. I had invoices and emails showing I had paid and the app showed $0 balance, but they explained using Accor website it sends that info, but doesn’t actually charge!?! My credit card was hacked in December so I can’t get to old statements, and they took the extra money out instantly off the new cc. So… currently I’ve paid again but will be visiting the bank as soon as I am back in Australia.

Booked a 4 night Mon- Fri stay Lux Escape which has a number of inclusions. Checkin had a slight wait time, possibly due to a bonus checkout of 2.00pm. However a surprise secondary upgrade to a Prestige Suite , better than any welcoming drink for sure. The room was spacious and tastefully furnished in a very handy location close to reception and concierge. Have stayed in SG a number of times, in different locations, but this offered us direct beach access down the stepped walkway, frequent easy to use shuttle, and also the existing free transport on Sentosa. Our dining was in situ at Kwe zeen, both for breakfast and dinner settings. The quality of the cuisine on offer was of a high standard, with many options available. Kudos to the Chef & team. The Resort staff are a cut above most other places of our stays, always with greetings and keen to offer first class service . Frequent attention from Jag, Peter, Meimi, Pamela, Keristy and Julie to name a few, Im sure it should include the whole resort team , thankyou so much for making our memorable stay. We came to relax, and certainly achieved that with this venture, would definetly come back again. P.S loved the fish spa

Seafood buffet bonanza!

Had dinner here and enjoyed their Savour Seafood Galore experience. More lobster than you could ever imagine! Fantastic service from Pamela, Penny and Nini. Excellent dessert bar too. If you’re staying in Sentosa over Friday or Saturday then I’d recommend checking out this buffet.
