Service was excellent especially at the cliff and kwee zen. However, the place needs a little refresh. The room is getting a little old, casting to TV does not work, called concierge to ask if they could provide a hdmi cable but was told they do not have that service. Floor tiles in the shower came off. Timber deck at the garden patio was pretty used.

The overall experience was excellent, however the hotel appearance in same parts was somewhat tiered. upon arrival we were catered to very well. We were greeted warmly and with customer service at the forefront by the luggage handlers and the concierge, who was very helpful throughout our stay. Although we arrived very early, we were accommodated with an upgrade for an extra charge (early check in), thank you to the young man at front desk who was wonderful. The suit was magnificent (Rm 455). I would also like to take this opportunity to highlight some individuals who were absolutely magnificent with the level of service and welcoming approach, all of whom are from the restaurant. Peter who greeted us early in the morning for breakfast by our formal name. He was absolutely magnificent as a Matradee, making an effort to learn our name from the very first moment; a lovely personal touch. and Alison ( breakfast again) with his magnificent shirt and great personality. In the evening from the restaurant Albert, Penny, ,Maqing and Jeffry provided warmth and fantastic service. In addition, the bus drivers who always greeted in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. In deed, every staff member we encountered greeted us warmly and this makes all the difference. Thank you all for a great experience. Best regards Pat and Spyros

This was not our first stay and as usual, the resort was great, from location to service. The staff was excellent, especially the ones from kweezeen, not only they remember us by our first names, they were extremely attentive to our needs. However we feel the suite we booked can do better to be perfect! 1) Bathing room tiles are loose and dislodged, this can cause cuts on guests during bathing. 2) No bidet in toilet. 3) Old TVs with no smart TV functionality, unable to link to our phones, watch youtube, netflix etc. That being said, we look forward to having another staycation with you soon!
