from the start I entered the hotel their service was super super good the check in was fast. they were very friendly. and the housekeeping ( Randev. Vivian and jack) gave a surprise for my daughter's birthday. I recommend it for anyone who wants to have a vacation. Good breakfast. 👍

Wonderful Dinner at The Cliff

Dinner at The Cliff during sunset was enchanting. I had the tasty beef cheek. But nothing beats the Mango & Coconut tart dessert. Best dessert I ever had. Thank you Nataliya for taking care of us. We had a wonderful evening.

Booked sofitel sentosa through PrivateUpgrades. The property was nice and spa service was amazing. The breakfast was also very good, good variety of asian and western food. Unfortunately the service wasn't very prompt. Did not get the early check in. They said that they will call to confirm that the room is ready. Unfortunately no call was received and when we got back at 4pm, then they informed us that the room is ready. We also only gor an extension till 1pm for late checkout.

We paid for an upgrade to the prestige suite, but we generally felt that apart from the nice foyer and the extra living room, that it was generally okay. The aircon switches weren’t working accurately; the temp didn’t change even though we made it warmer. Also, our suite was next to sound barriers of the construction site. So we were awakened by construction noise. As the suite separates another suite with just a thin wood door, we could hear the conversation from our neighbours very clearly and their alarms could be heard in the morning. As the neighbour is an early riser, she started talking intensely to her friend at 6+am, so we were not able to sleep beyond that time. I think these features are not exactly not what you’ll expect from a prestige suite. On room service, the food was really quite expensive for the quality we received. The pasta with tomato, no meat, was expensive, and quite honestly, not worth even 1/4 the price of what we paid. It’s not even about preventing people from ordering grab into your hotel; it’s more for the hotel to reflect and curate the current menus for all the restaurants and the room service and really decide to provide good quality if you want to charge these amounts of money to your “high paying” hotel guests that expect quality from your reputable hotel. But that said, we enjoyed the hotel pool a lot with all the pool floats and other entertainment beside the pool. The fish spa was a nice touch and brought us a lot of laughter.
