The check‑in and check‑out process was fast and friendly, which I really appreciated. The room itself was clean and acceptable, but extremely small. There wasn’t enough floor space to open a suitcase — the only option was to place it on the bed.The bathroom design was also inconvenient. The shower isn’t separated from the rest of the bathroom, so after showering the entire floor becomes wet, and there were no products or tools provided to dry it.Overall, the stay was fine for a short visit, but the room layout and bathroom setup could be improved for better comfort.

I stayed at the IBIS budget Singapore Mount Faber on 11th June @Room 401. My name is Yunus S. H. from Malaysia. I had a pleasant stay and the staff were friendly! Unfortunately I forgot my phone charger and cable in the room. If the charger was found in the room can IBIS send it back to me at my address in Malaysia?
