Love the view as we are satisfied that we pick the balcony near the swimming pool! And I’m surprised that we get a complimentary breakfast but sadly we fell asleep throughout it. I stayed for 6 nights with my wife and 4-year-old. The breakfast is continental yet everyday there is some variety which I liked the most. Location is very good and Sentosa/Marina can be acesss easily. Petrol pump is right beside it and there are couple of restaurants only few steps away. (although I would not recommend Subway there, unless you are vegetarian). The staff was courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay back at the same place if I visit Singapore again

I wasn’t originally planning to leave a review, but after receiving several reminders asking for feedback, I thought I might as well share my experience. The hotel itself is perfectly functional. The room was compact, but clean and comfortable, the bed was good, and aesthetically the hotel is reasonably pleasant. The location is convenient too, particularly with a bus stop directly outside and other amenities nearby. Unfortunately, the hospitality was by far the weakest part of our stay — and for a hotel, I think that matters enormously. We had just travelled through China, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar, staying across a wide range of accommodation, and almost everywhere we experienced considerably warmer hospitality. That doesn’t mean I expect staff to constantly entertain guests or have lengthy conversations with them. A smile, a greeting, a “good morning” or simply making a guest feel welcome goes a long way. Here, interactions often felt remarkably cold and transactional. Reception staff regularly seemed distracted or uninterested, with very little acknowledgement when entering or leaving. At times we would see staff happily chatting and smiling amongst themselves, only for the atmosphere to become noticeably different when approaching the desk. It made asking even simple questions feel strangely uncomfortable. Breakfast perhaps illustrated this best. On arrival, the interaction was essentially “card”, followed by checking the room card and pointing us onwards. No greeting, no “good morning”, no explanation of the breakfast, no “enjoy your meal”. These are tiny details, but they are also the basics of hospitality. The breakfast itself was fairly average. There was a reasonable selection, predominantly Western, and the quality was okay, but nothing particularly memorable. The breakfast area being immediately next to reception also makes the entrance feel cramped and hectic during busy periods. Towards the end of breakfast, the atmosphere felt more like staff were rushing to complete closing and waste-management tasks than looking after the remaining guests. The rooftop pool is another facility that sounds considerably better on paper than it feels in reality. It is functional, but very plain, with little effort made to turn the rooftop into an inviting place to spend time. The surroundings and views towards construction and major roads don’t help. It felt more like an amenity that exists because a hotel is supposed to have one than somewhere I would actually choose to relax. That’s really the theme of the hotel for me: many of the practical boxes are ticked, but the human element is missing. If you simply need a clean, functional room in this particular part of Singapore, the hotel can certainly do that. The location is useful, the room did its job, and there were no major problems with the accommodation itself. But if you’re choosing a hotel because you also value warmth, service and feeling genuinely welcome, I would look elsewhere. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t choose to stay here again or recommend it to others unless the location itself was the main reason for staying.

The hotel looks very new and well-maintained. The staff is very friendly, and the room on the 6th floor with a balcony and access to the pool was very nice. The breakfast is typical of the region, with few international options, but that didn't bother me. It's a bit of a shame that the breakfast area is on the right side of the lobby and gets a little crowded during peak hours.

Room is small but practical. I like the filtered water on tab. The shower water was fairly cold, not sure if that was intentional.
