We had a good stay at the hotel, there's filtered drinking water, the air conditioning is good and the location and amenities were decent. The check in was smooth, and I also had some flowers delivered to the hotel which was hassle free and smooth. My only gripe with the place is that the black-out blinds were automatic and we were unable to crack it open(As the motor would immediately open or shut the blinds). We also felt that since the windows were see through, that we couldn't have privacy to leave the blinds open.

Friendly staff, thankful for given room on 5th floor near lift and with nice view at Reflection condo. Delicious breakfast with varieties of food. Free parking is a plus point. The lemongrass pandan drink at reception is very refreshing :)
