The staff were polite and helpful, especially when I requested to change rooms. My original room faced the street and was quite noisy—you could hear traffic throughout the night. I asked to move to a room on the other side of the hotel, which was quieter and more comfortable for sleeping.

This is one the my worst stays for me in SG. I am a regular travel and work very close ti Faber Park. My stay there was to explore commute and see if I can organise my staff to stay here as well given the closeness to the office. I had a cockroach in my room and I bot an insects person. I had ti some how kill it and that night I barely slept. After that the next day i checked out and asked for my next stay booking to be refunded. Girls at the reception were not caring and interested at all. They couldn't help me cancel my next book which was from Sunday 24 ti 26 May. Instead gave me an email to write requesting for a refund.

As your booking was made under a non-refundable rate, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund for unused nights, as the room was reserved exclusively for your stay in accordance with the booking terms.
