Some critical flaws: showers don't have a stable temperature, going from cold to very hot and not maintaining the temperature. I had a problem with the air conditioning and my sleep was interrupted on my day off. I was very kindly moved to another room (615) by the staff, however, my room had a connecting door to the other room. All the noise from the other guests – laughter, conversations, use of equipment – could be heard very clearly in my room, disrupting my sleep. Acoustic treatment needs to be considered. Breakfast was served very late; consider people staying for work reasons who need to leave the hotel early. Overall, the stay wasn't very good due to simple flaws that should have been corrected immediately.
