I stayed for 3D2N and it was quite a pleasant stay for me. The room had adequate amenities for my quick business stay, including online room service. The room also had a good balance of style and utility. As for the food, the breakfast buffet had sufficient variation (and I quite enjoyed the coffee). The room service food was also good. Location was also considerably accessible to the office and malls for shopping.

The hotel missed out on small details that made it a bit more inconvenient - such as no shower cap, vanity pack and laundry bag provided beforehand. I have to request for it only after I realize these things are not available, and then further wait for it - not ideal when I need to rush to get ready. Toilet paper holder was actually loose and slanting downwards, causing the toilet paper roll to constantly slide and fall into the dustbin - unpleasant experience. Breakfast dining area was quite cramped, selection was limited.

We are in fact well located with close proximity to public transport, shopping malls (Vivocity) and tourist attractions (Sentosa Island). Other than Telok Blangah or Harbourfront MRT stations just 7 and 14 minutes' walk away; there are many buses which you can take from our doorstep for access to the city center and popular attractions. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we have streamlined our in-room amenities to include essential items such as dental kits, shampoo, and shower gel. Items like shower caps, vanity kits, and laundry bags are not provided by default in order to reduce unnecessary waste. The breakfast area is designed to maximize the available space, though we recognize it may feel busy at times. We are surprised by your feedback as many past guests are often spoilt for choice with the varied breakfast selection.
