Welcomed warmly and professionally at check.My platinum Accor membership benefit was confirmed at check in with very welcome upgrade and access to the business lounge.I know this is a prescrubed membership benefit however it was still nice to hear it confirmed.All staff were polite friendly attentive and genuinely welcoming.

Noone was at the front door when I arrived at approx 2000h, there was a large tour group who seemed to take up all your staff's efforts. I had to bring my own bags to reception. It was all chaotic. I requested a higher floor room; however, I was given a room on the very lowest floor (10th floor). Also, when I checked in, no pre-auth was taken on my credit card hence I had to pay for all meals on credit card and could not charge to room!! This was embarrassing, More staff training is needed here. Rooms are very nice and comfortable and very good value, thank you

Please accept our sincere apologies for the issues you encountered at check-in, including the absence of a team member to assist you with your bags and the delay due to a large tour group. Your request for a higher floor room is noted in your booking. However, I apologize that due to a mistake we weren’t able to accommodate it this time. Additionally, I understand the inconvenience of not having a pre-authorization on your credit card. I will definitely strictly remind & train the staff again about the guarantee procedure at check-in to ensure smoother experiences for all of our guests. At the same time, I highly appreciate your feedback on breakfast temperature; I will address this immediately with the relevant manager in charge to ensure a fresher, warmer buffet for all our guests. I am also revisiting staff training to provide better recognition for ALL loyalty members like yourself. Once again, thank you very much for your feedback.
