Mr. Dzung is very nice, friendly and supportive. Also, all team members are great and kind. If there is something that could be improved, I think it might be the breakfast menu, which should be more diverse. Thanks

Stayed last year when it was Eastin. Overall satisfied. Confused though as why only decaffinated coffee offered in the room. I asked for regular but was told the hotel didn't have any. Though most things in the hotel were above service, this knocks the rating down.
