Fairly basic experience. Postives are clean and neat. Negatives 1. Non-attentive. Staff are generally unattentive. I requested for cotton pads (to remove make up) and laundry bag (to send in for laundry service) for 3 days in a row. after 2 days, i expect these to be replenished automatically 2. Buffet breakfast food not replenished. We turned up for breakfast at 7am (service from 6-10am). Food ran out (not replenished promptly), and service station has no cooks, no service staff. Staff are polite and will help when asked. But lacks initiative.
