Our room was not cold. Maintenance staff came but still didn't change. I asked why and was replied that the majority of guests here are Indians and they'd complain if the a/c was too cold. That's why the hotel had to rise the a/c temperature for the whole hotel.

It’s a nice hotel, but our final night, New Year’s Eve, left a bad impression. Hoping for a good night sleep, as we were leaving early New Year’s Day, we were woken at 10:00PM with 3 HOURS of thumping music from a DJ on the outside pool deck, and while 11 floors up, the sound was shaking the windows. No advance warning from the hotel ! I would have stayed elsewhere if I’d known this was planned. But worst of all Hotel staff just didn’t care !!!!
