I had a great stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi. The location is ideal, close enough to the Old Quarter to explore easily, yet far enough to enjoy peace and quiet away from the traffic and noise. The room was modern, spacious, and very well designed. I particularly liked the contemporary layout and the stylish see-through bathroom, which adds a light and open feel to the space, with privacy options available when needed. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was well equipped with all the amenities you’d expect for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself is well maintained, with professional and attentive staff. All key facilities are available, including a gym, restaurant, and comfortable communal areas. The views from the hotel also offer a lovely perspective of Hanoi, especially in the evening. Overall, Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi is a reliable and comfortable choice with a great location, modern rooms, and excellent service. I would happily stay here again.

However, my room shower water temperature is hard to control. Hot and cold water not moxing well. Besides, the shower drainage was partially blocked.

Booked months ago and was told Hotel is Full and thus no Gold Member treatment. Given pathetic treats ( more like leftovers). They should learn from Hotel Des Arts in Saigon , expecting Vietnamese Hospitality and was clearly disappointed Must Call out Ms Mai of Room Service. Unbelievably so Attentive and Caring - she overhead my wife coughing during the call to order and actually brewed a pot of Hot Ginger Tea for her. Such Outstanding Initiative and Love - Really compensated for all the otherwise disappointing stay
