we stayed for two nights and then returned again for a few hours, we enjoyed our stay - what stood out was the rooms were modern and clean plus the staff was excellent across all departments.

Family friendly hotel, from location to accesibility. Friendly staff. Though we did not get the good offer of breakfast due to peak season we would have love it though for my elderlies and young ones. Would there be a next time? Certainly possible.

It was my first time staying in a foreign country for New Year's and I opted to pamper myself and chose Movenpick for my whole Hanoi stay. By far, best 5 star hotel I've stayed at! Excellent staff, excellent service! I was spending the New Year's Eve alone and all the staff from Mangosteen to Club Cabana have been wonderful and attentive. I also felt welcomed when I received a hand written letter from the general manager with complimentary basket of fruit. I stayed at an Accor hotel in my country and this level of attention cannot be matched. I realized this is how a 5-star level hotel service truly feels like. I also appreciated how I always get complimentary chocolates every night 🥹 Though I noticed that a few of the facilities can be improved (ex. gym and its shower room, my room's shower area needs some fixing too, a walkway/pavement where guests can walk towards the lobby entrance so we won't have to walk on where the cars pass by for pick-up or drop off), overall this hotel lives up to its 5-star status and I would definitely stay here again and gladly recommend this to my friends.

Location, food, cleanliness and 100% customer service with a smile. On arrival staff were wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful which continued throughout our stay. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast buffet was superb and staff again fantastic. Hotel was of a 5 star if not higher standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending the hotel.
