The hotel was lovely. The breakfast buffet tremendous. The kids loved their stay -- chocolate hour was fun, but the whole experience for them was great. And so did we. Your staff are terrific and a credit to the company. We had one small issue with a noisy aircon in one room -- we mentioned it to the duty staff and it was attended to with no fuss.

Arrived very early and paid for early check in. This included breakfast which was very nice. The room was nice. Spacious. And the bed was comfy with good amenities. The welcome card was addressed to another guest. I let reception know this. The bathroom door handle was damaged and hanging off. The happy hour was decent. And the chocolate hour was a nice touch. The service all round was very good.
