I had problem in arranging roomms and checking in, room facility I booked two rooms. Preparation by Hotel is different from my reservation. since the lock of the room was out of order, i had to went down the front some times to get in the room.

No basic communication with loyal members leading to series of hiccups during the stay. I would recommend all members to avoid this hotel when FO played fishy. Staff members with great attitude such as Ms. Hien and Ms. Anh cannot save the bad image from Mr. Chinh who directly hosted my booking. I had to call the hotel before my check-in date to ensure the hotel obtained my booking and did proper arrangement for early checkin. I asked Mr. Chinh on the phone about my benefit of upgrading to a next room category. Mr. Chinh immediately advised that The Suite King was unavailable. It was contrary to the fact checked from the website that the next category room was still available during my stay. How horrible. On the check-in date, I met that Mr Chinh and asked him again for upgrading my room, he, without a glance to the current room category, immediately replied to me as the next category room was already booked. I asked him if he was sure because I could still book it on the app and showed him the status. And then he, without any apology, started to look on the screen and announced that the guest will check out this afternoon and will arrange for me to check in after 2pm. Cheap joke. So actually, I did not get my early check-in benefit. Chinh’s attitude created the cheating feeling towards loyal customers. On check-in day, I asked him for late further late check-out due to our conflicting bus schedule. This was just a yes/no question but well Instead of giving us a mercy like the way guests sympathized with the downgrade of hotel service during this period, that Supreme Chinh with wrong tone voice, advised that he had already “blessed us” with the upgraded room (just a basic upgrade fyi), so we better not ask for anything from him. I was really hurt by his answer. He hosted me with his bossy face while I asked him for the such entitled benefits. The first two nights of my experience with the Gold status was ruined by Mr. Chinh’s disdain. We would forgive the poor service under Covid 19 circumstance but not accept the rotten attitude which is more dangerous than covid.
