A few hiccups aside, stay was very pleasant. Great location just bordering the Old Quarters giving us best of both the worlds. Room was spacious and well designed. Comfortable beds, good amenities and a great shower were certainly the highlight. However, a billing glitch and poor communication skills and service in Mangosteen restaurant were some of the low points and needs to be improved. Will certainly recommend this hotel to friends and will book again if visiting Hanoi the next time.
