We had a wonderful stay at the Mövenpick Hotel Hanoi and were blown away by their exceptional customer service. Because we arrived very early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to use the shower facilities in the gym area to freshen up. To make things even better, they managed to grant us an early check-in and generously upgraded our room! Every staff member we encountered was incredibly polite, welcoming, and helpful. Another huge plus was the hotel's collaboration with Grab, which gave us a 20% discount on rides to and from the property, making exploring Hanoi so convenient. Overall, a fantastic experience. They truly know how to take care of their guests. Highly recommended!

Stayed here before, short stay, decided to give it another try this time due to the good location, did booking for my business trip and the guests. I check in later than the guests, Asked before if I could make payment at the time of check in. Guests checked in and the reception said he gotta pay or make deposit. After a while, turn out its the policy yet the Sales department didnt make it clear. I called the Sales Manager as well, got into not a very nice experience over the money and policy. Didnt feel good at all for the rest of the stay. Moderate customer services in general, will not come back. Tbh, both the facilities and services were not worth another try.
