Thanks for welcoming me back. Very surprised when receptionist called my surname even before I hand my passport. ( Sorry that I would not recalled her name) ... But that really attentive.! Perfect stay. Room was really nice. Resturant and Bar always great 👍 The Bartender, ladies, made our drink 🍸 perfectly before bed time. And again she even apply my Explorer plus number right away on next day when I had dinner at Macaunese Resturant. Very attentive !

With pricing of 3.1m and no breakfast seems to be pretty lousy, water is too strong, uncomfortable shower and looks dangerous and slippery, I am alone and requesting for a double bed but not available have to stay with twin beds, cabinet have not a nice smell at all. View from 3rd floor is nothing much. Overall have had better places.

Hotel staff is reluctant to honour the free breakfast promotion if paid by Mastercard. Staff informed that my rate booking does not qualify. Very good location in the quieter part of Hanoi, takes only 10 minutes walk to the old quarters and the lake where you will find cafes, restaurants and souvenirs shops. Hotel room is clean and well maintained, good spread of breakfast buffet which I enjoyed.
