The hotel is not too large which makes it a good experience and more enjoyable. The employees are very polite and helped us for any questions we had. The facilities are good as well. The hotel room is good but could have been better, this is related to the rooms being probably of some age but still fine enough for my purpose. The placement of the hotel is in a very nice area of Hanoi

The room was spacious and clean! The bed was very comfortable and my wife loved the pillow! The restaurant food was also incredible!!!

Everything was good except check in experience. As I am a frequent guest, and room upgrade is part of my Accor benefit, I would expect staff proactively offer rather than wasting my time by offering a not so good room and then take time both of our sides to negotiate for the upgrade, esp, when it is also late

The location of the hotel was good. However, one of the rooms had a strong unpleasant odour coming from the toilet. I had to request housekeeping to clean the toilet and use an air freshener to remove the smell.
