I was there for a work function. The meals provided each day were incredible and I am sure I have put on weight. As always the service is impeccable and the rooms are lovely and luxurious. It is great to see that the building next door is now pretty much complete - so this is no longer a problem with construction noise.

This is my second time visiting Hanoi. I have stayed in other Accor / Mercure hotel but this is my first time to stay in this hotel. The moment I checked in, I found the staff from the front desk to the restaurant on the first floor very warm, friend and hospitable on topof being very professional. I came in a bit early and my room was not yet ready. I checked in prior to arriving through the Accor app, which I found very informative and convenient. I was advisedby the front staff to have something to eat at the restaurant while waiting for the room. The restaurant staff was very helpful and hospitable. They helped me get famiiar with the Vietnamese food in the menu and the one they recommended did not disappoint. That is also how I discovered about their upcoming New Year's eve dinner buffet. I did recommend that event to my family when they arrived later the day and some the following day. We were very happy and satisfied. The housekeeping and the laundry service were also superb. I will not hesitate to recommend this place and I will not think twice to stay again. I amhoping that the construction next door will be done by then. Keep up the good work.
