Friendly and helpful staff, particularly in the restaurant, nothing was ever too much trouble. Room selection and amenities are excellent and the breakfast buffet is worth spending an hour enjoying! Gym and pool facilities are small but accessible and the attention from staff in charge of these facilities, if required, is as professional as the others. Hard to escape the searing heat of HaNoi in August but this central location and rooftop bar were a good antidote. Thankyou Mercure!

Everything was good, nothing to nitpick about. The rooms are nice and spacious. Bed is soft and linens are clean. Toilet facilities are new and nice.

The room I stayed has bad scent and I aldy talked to the front desk and hopefully they could change the room for me. But they just sent the staff to spay air purifier. But it doesn’t help.

Staff had a genuine, friendly demeanor, and approachable. Breakfast buffet one of the most extensive and varied I have seen. The Executive lounge had a comfortable range of afternoon tea and canapes and beverages. The rooms were well maintained. The lication was sufficient.
