I am generally in Hanoi for business and I find that the staff at the Grand Mecure are always very welcoming and accommodating. The hotel rooms are well appointed, clean and set up as a good alternate work space when needed.

Spent 4 nights, met some very helpful staff and also had to opportunity to meet the GM, Remi who is just as kind and helpful. I now understand why the staff are so happy its his leadership. The hotel is well appointed and located centrally so is ideal. The Executive lounge is great but could do with an upgrade to liquor (spirits) options but is more than adequate. Special mention the these wonderful staff who helped us change our plans from going to Hoi An to go to Danang instead - Thu and Jenny at reception, Ann and Martina in Exec lounge. I will be back next year and now that I have experienced the hospitality here I will only stay here in Hanoi.
