In Toilet, your hotel has water shower which is Japanese specialized equipment. This is my first time to stay the hotel which implement water shower in toilet. This is really amazing!!

We came back one day and room hadn’t been cleaned so they said they’d do while we had a hot chocolate in their restaurant- after we finished and went back our room still had t been done and after contacting receptionist they sent someone who did room whilst we were there however we had spent over £10 for 2 hot drinks to Be out of the way - did mention it to receptionist no offer of a partial refund or apology

During our 2 week stay in Vietnam we repeatedly stayed at the Grand Mercure. It was our home base. Great rooms with comfortable beds, great service and much to do. The food and drinks were wonderful at Loc-Ally, at Van's Lounge and at the sky bar. Very attentive staff.

Overall very good stay. We liked a room a lot, nice upgrade. Very good staff in all parts of the hotel. Good breakfast with extensive choice in main restaurant, great omelettes and pho soup. Nice choices and service in the lounge. I really didn’t like that pool was chilli. I like swimming, but it was not comfortable to get into the water. It is a waste tu build a pool and then keeping it such that it is not used. Also shower gel was exhausted in the room. Not replenishedg during night service. After first night I left it unscrewed, still it was not replenished.
