Though we had booked the rooms well in advance through your hotel website, still we were given rooms in two different floors. Concierge service refused to allow us to go dinner saying that after 10pm they can not deliver the luggage at our rooms. They were not trained to allow the guests in to the lift first than the trolly going in. One person who managed our luggage was so rude and angry at us that we got scared. I am sorry, i have nothing to say good about. Basically your team does not want guests at hotel especially during the holiday time. Every time there was an expression of "who told you to come ? " This is not a good thing for Accor brand. Everything in your property was just to tick mark the check list for a star hotel. Only one restaurant which had people who could not speak good English. No smile, no thanks, no warmth at all. Your Alcohol menu did not have "Black Label" . When we requested to talk to the chef to clarify on one vegetarian dish, we were told Chef already left. Coffee kettle in the room is kept so low, no one wants to take the trouble of using it. Poor room lighting (only in corners) The Sky bar restaurant served a stale watermelon juice. Overall, its an experience we would like to forget it. What emerges clearly is the lack of leadership and poor training to the staff. How can the people be so rude and impolite and have a stone face for everything? Where is the warmth? Who is monitoring? Where is the manager? what is she or he doing? Someone should move around the property to meet and greet people who are staying for 4 days. Where were they? Its a pity that a brand like Accor failed in all aspects. If the idea is to use the brand name and make some quick money, you are bang on. Will you last long? God only can help

Tatally, good. However, the restaurant on 2nd floor needs some improvement. It seems they do not pay enough attention to customers (they do not see around well while a few customers are there), drinks comes very late.
