The room was large and spotless. Great location for exploring Hanoi- we walked everywhere. The roof top bar and pool were fabulous. Staff were great, special shout out to Mai on reception, Quality in the roof top leisure pool area and the lovely bar lady whose name I can’t remember who is expecting her first wee boy this month.

Had a great stay. Hotel was in a good location. Room was very comfortable. Only gripe was that I noticed the kettle and coffee machine were not cleaned properly before i checked in to room. Upon asking them to clean the kettle it was sorted out quickly. Reception staff were extremely helpful with all enquiries. 9/10 only bcs of the kettle cleanliness.
