This hotel is very well located and is quite new with a staff very customer-oriented. As Accorplus member, I am regularly upgraded which increase significantly the value for money of the stay. I recommend this hotel as a frequent traveller to Ha Noi.

I stayed in a standard twin bed room, and I was very satisfied with the room condition, lightening, amenities and everything. However, I think our event could be improved if I had more professional support from the AV staff of event hall.

Charming stay

Everything was top level. It was a one night stay between trips so we had a very pleasant dinner and could really relax in the hotel. However, if you plan to stay for a long time in the hotel, please, have in mind that there is a construction site next to it at the moment and they have just started to build.

Beautiful room and hotel but poor on sound/noise insulation

Neighboring site was constructing day and night even until 11.40pm and work starts early at 6.30am.

i lost the bag and the helmet in the room, the room keeper found only the helmet and actually the bag is place inside the helmet, if they found the helmet which mean the bag is also there, but they claim the bag is not in the room, i am doubt

Unfortunately, we were only able to locate and recover the helmet that was reported missing. We understand your frustration and concern regarding the missing bag. After interviewing concerned staff, there is no evidence to suggest that our staff were responsible for its disappearance. We take the security and well-being of our guests very seriously and have taken every measure to ensure a thorough investigation.
