I was delighted to learn that you had an enjoyable experience with us and that so many aspects of your stay left a positive impression. It was especially heartwarming to read your recognition of Alex. As an intern at the beginning of his hospitality journey, there is no greater encouragement than knowing he made a guest feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. I will be sure to share your kind words with him and his mentors. I was also pleased to know that you enjoyed our rooftop bar, breakfast offerings, and particularly Cirua Bathhouse. The wellness facilities were designed to offer something truly unique in Hanoi, and it is wonderful to hear that the bathhouse, meditation pods, and Vichy Shower became highlights of your stay. At the same time, I appreciate your constructive feedback regarding the bathhouse slippers and additional guidance for guests using the Vichy Shower. These are valuable observations, and I will share them with our wellness team as we continue refining the guest experience. What stands out most is not the many compliments you shared, but the fact that so many different team members helped make your stay memorable. From Hang welcoming you to Fairmont Gold, to Mei, Lizzie and Tien taking care of you in the lounge, Nam at YY Bar, our colleagues at Tran Dynasty, and the many team members you encountered throughout the hotel, it is wonderful to know that their genuine care left such a positive impression on you. As a newly opened hotel, we are still learning and improving every day, so receiving such recognition from a well-travelled guest is incredibly encouraging for all of us.
