Excellent location, beautiful facilities, great attention to detail. Will no doubt be even better once all the restaurants and facilities are complete. I would highly recommend this hotel for any visitors to Hanoi. However, while the spa and fitness areas are amazing, the staff have a lower command of English (vs eg the restaurant) and training/processes need to be improved. For example: - Multiple guests were queuing to use the indoor pool early in the morning but it was not open yet - people like to do their exercise in the morning - We used the facilities after check-out and needed to borrow robes and towels. The staff were very accommodating but it took a long time to communicate what we needed - We accidently left the locker key in the locker and got locked out. Firstly, guests should be warned in advance that the lockers automatically shut on them. Secondly, it took an extremely long time to resolve this - the inside attendant couldn't understand us, the outside attendants had to call security, security took a long time to come down, the attendant started ushering the male security guard into the female changing rooms (which clearly he refused!) etc. Hope this is helpful feedback as you fine tune your operations!

Arrive early and Nga from Gold Lounge help us early check in and welcome us. Nga and the Gold Lounge team is super helpful and friend for our stay. Also ordered an in room dining service and the food is outstanding!
