Fairmont Hanoi delivers on product quality — warm, luxurious, and reassuringly understated. Service, however, shows the growing pains of a new opening, with inconsistency across teams that will hopefully settle as the hotel matures.

While conveniently located in the city center, the hotel is superb, the rooms very comfortable and the food is great. The upside is that the service is wonderful, everyone is extremely nice, making a difference. This is my second stay and it will become my "home" in Hanoi.
