The hotel is very well located and close to everything. The atmosphere was amazing, and the room was very clean. A special mention to the housekeeping team for their attention to detail and ensuring the room was serviced perfectly throughout my stay. The F&B team was also fantastic. One staff member whose name I unfortunately don't remember. He truly made the experience even better by warmly greeting everyone and opening the doors for guests. One small piece of feedback - the lobby toilets have a modern closet system, and I would suggest having the same setup in the guest rooms as well. I stayed in room 907.

I enjoyed the friendliness of the staff, and the ability to walk to different areas. I always felt safe walking the neighborhood alone, except for the motorcycles.

The stay was comfortable, location was great. The only one but big concern I had was food option. In room service or restaurants there is no pure veg option even during breakfast no pure vegan option was available accept for the roll made of rice. This could have been better, add some indian dishes.

The manager on duty tried to humiliate me by saying the Housekeeping staff complained about for spilling a small amount chocolate ice cream on the bedspread & threatened to charge me $12 USD because it would require some special cleaner to remove it. I had already checked out but got the room key back, cleaned the stain off MYSELF, took a photo & showed the manager. Ridiculous & petty!
