I would like, as a loyalty member, express my gratitude for the excellent service I received during my stay. I enjoyed the finest French architecture style hotel, but above all I was impressed about the warm Vietnamese hospitality especially by receptionist Mimi. She made my stay very pleasant and comfortable. I’m looking forward to visit Mercure La Gare soon again.

Hotel is located in the old quarter in hanoi close to the shops and tourist spots. Staff were great always helpful i have rated it a 9 as the breakfast was not great especially for vegetarians otherwise its the perfect place to stay in Hanoi

During our stay, I asked hotel reception if they can help us to vacuum our bulky jackets since i brought a vacuum plastic bag. They said they do not have vacuum, which is unbelievable for a hotel. Also, the weighing scale is only available at the gym and we have to go to the 2nd floor and bring our luggage for weighing.
