As an ALL Platinum member, I fully understand that room upgrades are subject to availability and never guaranteed. However, I was extremely disappointed with the room I was assigned this time. I was given a room on a very low floor, and the window was completely blocked by an external structure, leaving me with zero view and minimal natural light. While I don't expect a suite every time, I did expect a standard of room that respects my loyalty to the Accor brand, rather than one of the worst-located rooms in the hotel.
