Located strategically in the city. It is very nearby to good restaurants with just walking distance. Room size is decent, but the bathroom is kind of small with a door that can't be close tightly. Water pressure is all right. Staff were politely and friendly. Breakfast is just so so only, the taste really need a lots of improvement. You won't miss anything if breakfast is not included. You can easily get food or Grab food in Hanoi.

The staff members at the hotel were excellent and they were very attentive to our needs. These included using their laundry service, getting deliveries to the room, as well as checking-in early. However, the room (901) was very noisy. I think it is the noise from the water heater that is used for the whole floor, and the noise that it makes (often at late nights and early mornings) were so loud that it disrupted our sleep. The bathroom was also very tired. For example, the extraction fan did not work so the room can easily get very steamy. The toilet seat was also slightly damaged, which I did not expect for a hotel of this price range. Overall, the soft product (e.g., staff) was excellent but the hard product needs improvement.
