We got upgraded to an executive 2 bedroom apartment. The gym is very impressive, best I’ve seen in any Novotel I’ve been to. Thuy - the manager on duty came to say “hi” and welcomed us at breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel!

From the very first moment we walked through the door, Long made me feel welcome. He has a natural warmth and professionalism that's hard to find. I recently spent several days at Novotel Suites Hanoi on Duy Tan Street, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The highlight? The people. A very special mention to Long at the Front Office. From the moment I arrived, Long was incredibly welcoming, professional, and friendly. He handled my check-in quickly, gave me a clear and helpful overview of the hotel's facilities, and even remembered my name and preferences throughout my stay. When I had a question about local transportation, he provided great advice with a smile. Long truly goes above and beyond – he's a credit to the hotel. My suite was excellent – clean, modern, and spacious. I loved having a separate living area, a small kitchenette with a microwave and fridge, and a very comfortable bed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, the Wi-Fi was fast, and the bathroom was spotless with great water pressure. Breakfast was a real treat every morning. The buffet had a great selection – hot pho made to order, eggs any style, fresh tropical fruits, pastries, and good Vietnamese coffee. The dining team kept everything well-stocked and clean.

Had a fantastic stay at Novotel Suites Hanoi! The rooms are clean, and well-equipped with kitchenettes and separate living areas—perfect for both short and long stays. From the moment I arrived, the service was top-notch. A special shout-out to Long from the Front Office – he was incredibly welcoming, professional, and efficient. The location on Duy Tan Street is great – it's in a modern, less chaotic part of Hanoi, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. It’s close to the National Convention Center and several embassies, with plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. The suites themselves are spacious, spotlessly clean, and well-designed. I loved having a separate living area, a small kitchenette, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was very comfortable, and the blackout curtains ensured a great night’s sleep.
