This was my second stay. All was broadly good though there was random people just yelling in the hallways and your cook needs a little lesson.

This is a hotel I stay at every time I travel on business, and every time I go, I'm always very satisfied with the breakfast. A variety of neat and delicious food is thoughtfully provided. Also, the evening mini bar is delicious, so I've used it frequently. In addition to meals, the room condition is very spacious and clean, which is great. Even the laundry service is perfect. Simple cooking tools are provided in the room, and they are all clean as well, which is really nice. Thank you for providing service that always makes business trips satisfying.

Hum ye review de diye hain hotel wale ko: I wanted to take a moment to share our heartfelt appreciation for the exceptional service we experienced during our stay at Novotel Suites Hanoi. From check-in to check-out, everything was absolutely seamless. We had booked a two-bedroom apartment, and the attention to detail truly stood out — all amenities were thoughtfully provided, and we never once had to call or remind the staff for anything. That level of proactive service is rare and deeply appreciated. A special mention has to go to the hot chocolate — genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. I would also like to extend a very special thank you to Minh, who went above and beyond to ensure that fresh vegetarian food was prepared for my mother. She is a vegetarian, and thanks to his care and effort, she had plenty of delicious options for her evening snacks. That gesture meant a great deal to us and made her feel truly looked after.
