The first thing I would like to mention is that the hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Except that I am dissatisfied with my stay as the hotel had my check-out date wrong which created unnecessary confusion. Even after this was solved, I asked late check out at 2pm which was approved but then someone called me from reception that it was noon and I had to check out. The room was strangely furnished with the hand soap far away from the sink. Also when flushing the toilet with one of the buttons, the water kept streaming and I had to push several times to make it stop. So I just used the "larger" button to prevent this from happening. For this price I would have expected better service in general but I for sure won't be staying at this hotel again.

Location is good as it avoids many the roads which are usually very congested. Lots of eateries and cafes along the road where the hotel is located. Front desk staff are friendly and speaks good English. Breakfast buffet has reasonable range and staff are attentive to ensure table turnarounds are quick. Room was spacious though hooks could be installed in the bathroom as there isn’t an appropriate place to hang clothes. Bed is firm and comfortable. Pillows are on the softer side so i had to stack for better support. Gym was spacious and machines were functional and adequate although the aircon was not switched on in the early morning so it was quite stuffy. Gave feedback on this and also on the severely deflated gym balls to the front desk and they were accepted the feedback positively and even apologised about it. External signages of the hotel from the main road could be bigger, brighter and better positioned as it’s easy to miss the turn into the hotel driveway. Overall, still a delightful stay.
