From check-in to check-out, everything was absolutely seamless. We had booked a two-bedroom apartment, and the attention to detail truly stood out — all amenities were thoughtfully provided, and we never once had to call or remind the staff for anything. That level of proactive service is rare and deeply appreciated. A special mention has to go to the hot chocolate — genuinely one of the best I’ve ever had. I would also like to extend a very special thank you to Minh, who went above and beyond to ensure that fresh vegetarian food was prepared for my mother. She is a vegetarian, and thanks to his care and effort, she had plenty of delicious options for her evening snacks. That gesture meant a great deal to us and made her feel truly looked after. Overall, it was a 10/10 experience. This feedback doesn’t come just from me, but from all four of us who stayed at the hotel.
