This is not my first stay in Novotel Suites Hanoi. The room is very basic and big. I like breakfast in this hotel, it tastes better and more authentic than other Accor hotels in Hanoi. Welcome drinks on ground floor is good. There are many banks, local restaurants around the hotel.

I was glad to be back at Novotel Suites Hanoi recently, a place that truly feels like my second home. The staff serve from the heart with genuine care you won’t find anywhere else, and many of them I’ve known since my first stay years ago, they are just like family! Special thanks to Mr. Thuy (FOM)for always taking good care of me and arranging the best room whenever I return, Ms. Thao the new F&B manager for her friendly and caring service, and the team from front office, restaurant, gourmet bar and house keeping who always provided incredible services. Thanks GM and all department managers for creating this culture of excellence. Their leadership makes the hotel truly outstanding and invaluable to this competitive hospitality industry.
