Whether you’re a tourist or a business traveler, Novotel Suites Hanoi is a solid choice for your stay. The facilities are good, and the food is excellent—especially the breakfast buffet and complimentary afternoon tea. I also appreciated the self-service laundry, which is a nice bonus. The location might not be ideal if you want to stay in the city center, but for us it was actually very convenient. The hotel is surrounded by plenty of local restaurants and cafés, giving you endless options to try something different every day. That said, the local dishes served in the hotel were already more than satisfying for our team (one local and one international guest). One small downside is the swimming pool—it’s quite small, not temperature-controlled, and located on the ground floor, which lacks a bit of privacy. Unfortunately, the gym was under maintenance during our stay, so I didn’t get to try it. Overall, I would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel based on our positive experience.
