We booked a room for 3 nights and arrived at midnight , In first room bathroom light was defective , they checked us in second room no the A/C was defective and then they checked us in Third room which was okay , but the whole idea of checkin at Midnight was disturbed ! Pathetic hotel ! They also charged me for Early Checkin whereas I am a Fold member

The room was comfortable and we appreciated the upgrade. The hallways and hotel does look very dated. The windows in the room were dirty, and with the door between rooms, it was very loud and could hear everything said next door. We chose this hotel in order to use the spa....but the jacuzzi was empty, and the floor of the steam room was covered in mould. It was not a nice space to be able to enjoy. The food in the restaurant was good and the staff were very helpful and kind. There are many other solid hotels in Hanoi - for the cost and the lack of details to make this feel special and deserving of the name Pullman, we would not choose to stay here again.

Spacious lobby was very impressive when you entered. The bar in the lobby was cosy, and good to drink and have some meal. Room was large enough for single, but the lighting was limited. Breakfast serving a wide variety was good, but too busy to find the place to sit.

From the moment you walk through the door, the staff at the Pullman in Hanoi are second to none. They are extremely friendly, always greet you with a smile and very helpful. Nothing is too much trouble. Cuong in particular helped us with directions to visit local site seeing and booking local transport. The restaurant here also has a very dedicated team of whom are efficient, friendly and are always ready to assist in any way they can. Thanks Lan for making our stay at the Pullman special each time we saw you when we dined in the restaurant. Hopefully we can make it back to Hanoi in the future. Deborah and Daryl
