Rooms were clean. However, sound proving between rooms weren't great. I could hear muffled tv sounds in the rooms. Also the spa was closed perhaps because of the ongoing renovations. One of the lifts seems to sometimes malfunction while moving from my room level to the lobby level. It would stop in-between levels, go to G level without opening its doors, then go to level 2 and back to G level.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, so there was minor noise, but nothing disruptive. My room hadn't been updated yet, but the team upgraded me to a huge, spacious room!
Pros:
Unbeatable location close to work, shopping, and sights.
Super friendly and helpful staff.
Cons:
Lighting was very dark overall, especially in the bathroom and next to the bed for reading.
The A/C wouldn't go below 24°C despite asking staff to take a look.
Great service and location—hoping the renovated rooms address the lighting and climate control!
