The Hotel is very good, situated in best location. Breakfast is extra ordinary. Can say it's the best of best. Staff is very helpful. I did not rate 10/10 only because of the carpets in the rooms. Rooms are very good, but have carpets and they are little smelly. Since I have dust allergies, I couldn't best the odour. Else, rest of everything is 👍 good.

I stayed here multiple times and this was the most disappointing experience. Very outdated room. Used one-time slippers in the room after check-in were just the beginning. The water pressure of the shower and sink were low. Enhineer had to come to fix it on 2nd or 3rd day. Multiple times the toiled got clogged, which is very uncomfortable to solve with housekeeping. There was also a weird smell like an old humid house in the room when the AC was on. Otherwise, breakfast great as always. Bed comfy, housekeeping good. Towels provided at the pool are in horrinle state, as well as the one provided for gym. The lockers and showers in the gym area have very bad air, therefore it was very hot there. The hotel is undergoing a reconstruction, so I am hoping all of this will be improved next time.
