Location not very good. A bit old. But the gym is not bad.

Nice service at fitness center. Reception let me check out late as I was sick. Attentive service from Long and Duong in fitness center. Will come back. Small feedback that reception attitude during check in and out would have been more friendlier, lack of cheerful attitude and thank-you. I was not charged with 2m VND deposit as usual for services so I had to pay when using dinner service. Time operations of breakfast and other services were not advised during check-in. It seems reception service has gone down since I was frequently staying here during 20….

When I checked in on 19th Nov 2025, I paid the full amount of VND 10,000,000 in cash for 5 days and 4 nights stay. However, the front counter staff was reluctant to provide me with a deposit receipt. I had to go to the front counter another 2 times to obtain the deposit receipt. I m wondering, how could a 5 star hotel not provide a deposit receipt when money was paid. As a customer, I demanded for the deposit receipt as I need proof that I had made payment. Secondly, during check-out. Prior to my trip, I had email to reservation that I needed to split the Inc into 2 (1 inv for company for 3 night stay and another 1 invoice for personal for 1 night stay) and I had also reminded the front counter staff during check-in. However, during check-out, the from counter staff gave me 1 invoice. I had to explain to the front counter staff that I had made specific request for the invoices. I had to wait for the front counter staff to sort out the inv. My final dissatisfaction is until today, I had not received the digital invoices. During check-out, I received the hard copy invoices and I informed the front counter staff that I would also want the digital invoices. The staff said ok and confirmed my email address. However, until today, I have not received it. I hope you could assist to email to me the digital invoices. Your front counter staff needs more training. Otherwise, I had a very pleasant stay.

I’m very sorry you had to return to the desk multiple times to obtain a deposit receipt, that your invoice split request was not handled smoothly at check‑out, and that the digital invoices were not sent promptly — this fell short of the service standard we aim to deliver. As soon as we were made aware, we informed Front Desk and Finance and arranged for the correct digital invoices to be issued. I’m glad this has now been resolved. We will also reinforce training on deposit receipts, invoice handling, and follow‑up procedures so this does not happen again.
