Everything in the hotel went very smoothly. The front desk staff, lounge staff, gym staff, everyone in the hotel was very helpful and did a great job during my stay. I had a few special requests and all requests were handled quickly and professionally. I have stayed here many times and things seem to be getting even better recently. I will definitely stay again. The gym is large and great. The only suggestion I have is that the gym needs some place to do pull-ups. Other than that, great stay and look forward to the next one.

Phuong Anh, the Welcomer, along with the front desk team – Thu Trang, Loan, and Anh – made me feel as though I was returning home. Their kindness and attentiveness set the tone for what would be an unforgettable stay. I had the pleasure of spending time at the Executive Lounge, where the service was nothing short of impeccable. Huong, Minh, Tran, Mai, and Phuong were outstanding – always ready with a smile and going above and beyond to ensure my comfort. Quality of the room was very bad. Not enough lighting in the room, old furniture, cupboards were dusty, bathtub condition was old and the shower pipe was not working properly, mini bar was empty. Was offered a room "upgrade" which was an even worse room than what I booked (without a bathtub). Utterly disappointed with the room for the price I paid.

My stay at Pullman Hanoi was enjoyable, with clean, comfortable rooms and excellent service from the staff, who were attentive and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel amenities met my expectations, and I appreciated the facilities and atmosphere. The only downside was the location, which felt a bit out of the way from the central attractions, making it less convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city on foot. Overall, it was a good experience, but the location might not be ideal for non-business travelers.
