The aspects that I believe do not meet 5-star standards include: - Lengthy check-in procedure (12 minutes). - Lack of proper internal communication, which required the same issue to be explained repeatedly to different staff members. This resulted in confusion regarding the payer and the authorized representative, negatively affecting my manager. - Service execution was not smooth due to the above issues, leading to unexpected additional costs in order to meet time constraints. For example, room service was delivered to the wrong room, and staff refused to enter the incorrect room to retrieve the items. - Inconvenient payment procedures for business travelers, despite my having stayed at the hotel multiple times. (This point is based on comparison with other 5-star hotels and may be omitted, as it relates to Pullman’s internal policy.) - Lack of flexibility in problem-solving. In reality, these issues could have been handled more flexibly. The fact that my suggestions at the time were quickly accepted shows that such solutions were possible, but staff were not empowered or informed enough to act accordingly.

Location not very good. A bit old. But the gym is not bad.

Nice service at fitness center. Reception let me check out late as I was sick. Attentive service from Long and Duong in fitness center. Will come back. Small feedback that reception attitude during check in and out would have been more friendlier, lack of cheerful attitude and thank-you. I was not charged with 2m VND deposit as usual for services so I had to pay when using dinner service. Time operations of breakfast and other services were not advised during check-in. It seems reception service has gone down since I was frequently staying here during 20….
