We are deeply concerned to learn that your recent stay did not meet expectations and that several aspects of your experience left you uncomfortable. Regarding the laundry service, we sincerely apologize for the inadequate set‑up in your room and for the shortcoming in which our team communicated with you. Please be assured that there was no ill intention in their questions or in second‑guessing you, and we hope you can forgive this misunderstanding. Our team did notice and remove paper and a mask from your pocket and returned the mask to you after the laundry was completed, as they thought you might have forgotten it. Upon the phone call service to our Front Desk team, we are working closely within the team to recheck the call history. If any further details you would like to let us know upon this matter, this would be helpful. While their intention was not to cause offense, we recognize that the communication was unprofessional, and we will ensure greater care and clarity in the future. Concerning the pâté at breakfast, we want to reassure you that the hotel always keeps food samples in accordance with Food Hygiene and Safety standards. On the period of your stay, cases of food poisoning were yet to be reported any. We are contacting your booker to obtain an update on your health condition, as your well‑being is our priority. Since your report was made more than a week later, we are unfortunately unable to verify the food sample. Nevertheless, we sincerely hope you are feeling better now, and if you can kindly update with your booker so they can work closely with our team to better understand your situation as well as examine the suppliers. For the bedding issue, we deeply regret the discomfort caused. This does not reflect the standards of hygiene we uphold. We truly wish the matter had been reported immediately so that we could have resolved it promptly during your stay. In order to address the problem, kindly be assured that the Management Team is personally inspecting the situation and the bedding to ensure we are resolving the root of the matter. As time has passed, we would greatly appreciate any further details you can provide to support our team’s investigation and ensure corrective measures are taken.
