The Reception is really nice. Check in was quick and easy. The Room looks like on the pictures but older. Its quite dark in the room and it does not feel comfortable. The Pool area is simple and is nlt really inviting guests. To order a drink you need to ask at gym reception. So far, this was the most expensive beer in a Hotel. If you just stay there for the night, its ok.

It looks impressive but the rooms are sparsely furnished and decorated, the lights are cheap and keep the rooms dark, check in was slow and inaccurate - i pre-paid and still was asked to pa once again

Spacious and clean room, friendly reception and concierge staff, prompt assistance from housekeeping staff, good food, spacious, orderly and daddy scented lobby , it’s a pity that I wasn’t able to use the offered amenities (pool, gym etc.). I had a hard time figuring out how to operate the shower (no posted instruction in my room) but the housekeeping staff was quick to come to the rescue. Thank you for the pleasant stay.

I stayed at this hotel for one week due to the workshop. It was not for my pleasure. I didn't have chances to enjoy myself at the hotel. The hotel has a lot of useful facilities. It was very helpful to meet my expectations (buffet restaurant, business center, meeting place). The room looks very old and I saw two white bedbugs on the room service menu. It was not a good experience. Except that, the bed was good and bedsheets were great as well. For one night, I heard some TV noises until 1am. It was so intense. I did not know how come TV noise was not reduced across the wall. But I didn't report it to the front desk.

I stay in executive floor but the furniture is too old for an 5 star hotel. the food in the lounge is poor and staffs are not so friendly and helpful. We've just more our office to the building next door and want to ask for an corporate price with average stay around 300 night/year but Sales people even dont want talk to me although I left my business card there.

i forgot my Ipad in the room. But noone of the hotel informed it with me until i found out in the airport. if informed with me earlier, i had enough time to pick it up. i am asking them to deliver it to me but got no reply from them they can do so or not.

Non-smoking room smelled like someone had smoked in it and there was room perfume to hide the smell (I stayed in another room the following week which had neither the smell nor the room perfume). Also the footsteps in the executive lounge kitchen (I guess) above were loud - this was something I mentioned and had a response on while I was staying.
