We use Pullman as a corporate hotel. This time booked 5 rooms for one week each. We had issues with being put in rooms beside the pool, construction noise, party noises in the room next door, dirty marked walls, and being billed for laundry included in the rate. We have never had these issues before so hopefully it was a once off.
