I requested 3 times a baby coat but never received it, finally gave up... The shower door did not close creating a "pool" in the bathroom, this has been mentioned already to Pullman team during last visit

Old Facilities, un-manageable service.

well, this is my 2nd stay in Pullman. 1st was with my colleague and he complained there was water leak, bad smell although we booked a suit room. in general, my comment for that trip is old facilities. this 2nd time nothing better, right the time of checking in, the POS machine has mistake and charge me twice of VND 17,000,000 but til now nobody call me and fix it. My room was not made up properly, no laundry collection although I counted, signed and put the receipt on top of my clothes. The Ion board is very bad, its cover torn off but nobody fix or change.

Nice sized accommodation, staff were exceptionally helpful. Staff in executive lounge went over and above to make our visit pleasurable. Staff on tour desk could not have been more helpful. As we were celebrating an important anniversary, the nice personal touches were really appreciated.

This is a really good hotel in Hanoi. Not in the old quarter but a shorty cheap Grab ride there. All the staff at the Executive Lounge were very attentive and resolved a couple of room problems very quickly. Restaurants provided a large scope of dishes that would suit anyone and at a reasonable price.overall a very good Hotel with great staff.

- It took a very long time for a simple check-in. - Somone entered my room without knocking while I was relaxing, claiming to have made a mistake. - The room key did not function and had to be replaced.
