I am writing to share some feedback regarding my recent 3-day stay with you from Friday to Sunday. As an Accor Plus Explorer member, I have always appreciated the standards of Accor properties, and I truly enjoyed the overall ambiance and the comfort of the facilities at your hotel. However, I must express my disappointment with a few service lapses during this visit. First, there was a complete absence of bellstand service for almost the entire duration of my stay. I did not see a bellboy around to assist guests at all, except for the very last day when someone finally came out to open the car door. It was not just a lack of support; they were simply nowhere to be seen at the entrance. Secondly, I encountered two specific issues with housekeeping. Upon checking into the room, I was surprised to find the hand and facial tissue box placed directly on the toilet bowl, which is quite unhygienic and unprofessional. Furthermore, on the second day of my stay, the tissue ran out, and the housekeeping staff failed to refill it when they cleaned the room. These oversights fall short of the high standards I expect from Pullman. I hope you will share this feedback with your front office and housekeeping teams to ensure improvements are made for future guests.

Was told renovation happening at lower floors. But turns out it was happening right opposite our room. We stayed 11 floor. The whole corridor filled with paint smell. Very disappointed

Everyone from Pullman Hanoi was very welcoming, from Ms. Nhi of reservation, Ms. Thu of welcoming team to check-in with Mr. Trung. I was on a tight schedule that day but everything felt so seamless, so smooth. The team assisted us to receive the room early too. Definitely I will comeback again on my future stays

In general, I was satisfied with my stay at Pullman. However, it would be better if the lighting could be improved, as it was too dim and made it difficult for me to work comfortably in the room.

Generally, we enjoyed our stay. The executive lounge staffs are very good and helpful. Some points for improvements: 1. booked a massage directly with the spa and informed that it's moved to 7th floor. Tried to go to 7th floor about 20 minutes before the appointment and the keycard didn't allow it. Reached out to the executive lounge staff and they helped to call the spa, then I need to go to 2nd floor where the staff need to call the spa again and reconfirm. Each time, I needed to wait for quite some time and the whole process took more than 15 minutes. Finally 90 minutes massage ended about 10 minutes earlier (there is a small clock next to the massage table). Massage itself is nice, but the whole process left me rather disappointed. 2. in the course of our stay, we need to go back to re-enable the room key card 5 times. 3. it's probably best to put air purifier in the gym area especially during renovations. The smell of paint and the amount of dust was quite bad.

We had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel! The property is beautiful, clean, and very well-maintained. The chef deserves a special mention—the food was absolutely delicious and prepared with great care. What made our stay even more special was the warm hospitality. Every staff member was extremely polite, helpful, and welcoming, making us feel comfortable throughout our stay. Thank you to the entire team for making our experience so pleasant and memorable. We would be happy to visit again and highly recommend this property!
