The hospitality I experienced here was something extra ordinary. It was my wedding anniversary and my husband wanted to send me a note to wish me but the staff surprised me with dessert plate, printed card and some fruit basket. That made my day. Room has a damped moss smell. Maybe hasn't been used for a while. Toilet sink water keeps flowing onto floor next to toilet bowl. Seems to be flowing from sink top to the floor. A nuisance. Water sealing rubber on shower door doesn't seal properly leading to water leaking to toilet bowl. Encounter the same for the cases above in another Pullman hotel in another country. Seems like a design flaw.

I have shared my negative staying experience with Mr. Vincent Olivier, the resident manager. What I really like the most at the property is the gym facilities, Jacuzzi, and the steam room. The service and food quality at Mint Bar is excellent.

Hotel was good but location not so good. Room clean, concierge staff good FO staff nice. Restaurant staff not so good. Bar staff for welcome drink also no good and not friendly and welcome drink not many choice.

Pleasant stay and good location as it is next to our local office. Breakfast at ground floor was great and good variety of foods. Found the aircon flow from the vent to the table area in the hotel room relatively strong which I had to adjust down the airflow volume to low. Clean and tidy and is satisfied with the room condition. Overall, has no issue with the service and will come back to book for my next trip to Hanoi.

Friendly staff, bedroom was comfortable but a little dated. The bathroom was modern but I would have liked the water hotter in the evening. Breakfast was good. I booked during the Black Friday sale, and I was fairly happy with the price, but had I have paid the full amount I don't think it would have been justified.

Repeat stay at Pullman Hanoi. On of the go to hotels in Hanoi. Ladies at the executive lounge are very friendly and helpful. Good location - but maybe not the absolutely best if you visit as tourist and want to walk around in old town. Great gym - one of the best hotel gyms in Hanoi.

I have booked this hotel via our corporate travel agency. Unfortunately, Pullman Hanoi could not credit me their points due to this. I have been staying at other hotels. Most of them would give points once you stay with them.
