Staffs were very helpful in helping me moving from one room to the other. The Pullman is a bit old compares to the others 4-to-5-star hotels in Hanoi. But good bed with comfortable pillows. The breakfast was ok. I would say I wasn’t really enjoy it that much for some reason. Overall experience is good and if I go back to Hanoi, I might book again the Pullman.

A good stay! We have been upgraded our room and gifted welcome drink vouchers. But some facilities are old, some need to be fixed for cooler look!

Old but warm hotel. Comfortable and quiet room. Food is good, I had breakfast and dinner at La chemineé restaurant, highly recommend Eggs-benedict and smoked salmon. Everything was nice. My only complaint was confusion about what was included in the lunch or dinner included. When my friend (who was also staying with same package ... separate room/reservation) and I only ordered an appetizer, we were charged because apparently only the dinner items were included. This is ironic because our selections cost less than the dinner items. No one explained how the package worked.

Everything was OK. The location is convenient, food/your team are excellent, including safety...But carpet in room is not the good material to use in term of cleanliness and the way to clean. In the other hand, toilet should have rinsing hose. Thanks!
