The rooms are not aligned with the Pullman and experience that is expected of the brand. I have consistently chosen Pullman for business trips, and unfortunately this stay has changed my loyalty with the Pullman. I changed rooms twice, the toilets in all rooms do not flush, half the hotel under renovation, smelt of smoke. Had an experience with a guest at the lobby which was unpleasant. I had to check out earlier and give up 4 nights stay to change hotels as it was unbearable, was out out pocket of the expense.
