Terrible experience, would not recommend

The rooms are not aligned with the Pullman and experience that is expected of the brand. I have consistently chosen Pullman for business trips, and unfortunately this stay has changed my loyalty with the Pullman. I changed rooms twice, the toilets in all rooms do not flush, half the hotel under renovation, smelt of smoke. Had an experience with a guest at the lobby which was unpleasant. I had to check out earlier and give up 4 nights stay to change hotels as it was unbearable, was out out pocket of the expense.

Although not all facilities and services are back to normal yet, it has been a great pleasure to be back after two years and to see friendly staff faces. They all have kept their smiles and kindness. Too bad that some had to leave. Hope they will be able to join again as soon as business get to the normal level. Hotel was still looking empty but rooms have been very well maintained during the pandemic and the food is still same quality. Congratulations to all the Team for that.

My stay at Pullman Hanoi was amazing. The room was incredible, got an upgrade, Kieu Trang and her colleague at the reception were incredibly amazing and professional. Will definitely return. It is a great hotel to stay in when in Hanoi, good value for money too.

Hotel/facilities are old. Just stay here for 1 night and quite busy most of the time hence I had no comments on your services, though I was disappointed with your hospitality of a 4/5 international hotel - no bellman, no welcome drink/ greetings from staffs when I entered, etc.

Staff were attentive. Check-in and check-out process was very smooth and fast. Breakfast options were good, however there coffee was undrinkable. Building is a bit old, but clean and well maintained. Room was sufficient with a nice view and comfortable sheets, but didn't have any welcome snacks or mini bar.

I like the room given to me, bed is good somehow pillows are not that great. great staff, especially Ms.Loan the lady who work at front desk is a wonderful lady and always warmly welcome me and treat with her efficient work. thumbs up for that..!

The stay at Pullman hanoi was a good one. The location is near to most of the meeting area that I need to access to. There are a couple of good eateries nearby. The services provided by the hotel staff are exception and I would like to comment Ms LY who is able to provide answers to any questions I threw at her. Being a 1st timer in vietnam. Overall I gave a 9 out of 10 due to a lack of variety for the breakfast. Other than that, it would have score a 10 out of 10.

The internet service speed is about 10mbps and is not on par with the previous hotel i stayed in Westlake. The internet service provided will not be able support most video conferencing requirement and the study chair is not conducive for long hours sitting

With limited manpower, all team tried their best to accommodate all guests. Breakfast buffet, they remembered my coffee type, clean up quickly etc. Also nice welcome card and clean room, nice service for me (I went to gym about 11pm and couldn't turn on light and called hotel, staff came up and help me out immediately with big smile). Also room service team were friendly and I was happy with all service!

Not so far from Sword Lake, good room facilities, good services, comfortable & clean bed, quiet at night so easy to sleep. I like their online check in which helps make it fast at the reception. Will be back to this hotel in future.
