I stayed at Pullman for a 3 day business trip. I enjoyed the hotel. The service was very nice, friendly, and I also enjoyed their breakfast. However, the room was quiet old so maybe they need a renovation in a near future to keep a 5 star standard

Staying at Pullman Hanoi was a great experience. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the wide variety of breakfast options on the first floor was excellent. Platinum and Diamond members can also enjoy access to the lounge, where the breakfast selection is superb.

RED HOT rate was very good to stay from midnight with night time flight. But hotel had some noise due to construction. I haven't received information about that before check-in. That is a disappointing point to stay Pullman Hanoi Hotel.
