I stayed at Pullman last week. While the room and general service were acceptable, my overall experience was seriously impacted by an unacceptable policy issue. I was stopped by staff when bringing a friend to my room for a private conversation and was not allowed to proceed. This was both surprising and frustrating. As a paying guest, I expect reasonable autonomy and respect for my privacy. Restricting access to my own room without clear prior communication is not acceptable. If this is indeed hotel policy, it should be clearly communicated upfront - not enforced in a way that creates discomfort and embarrassment. This experience left a very negative impression, and I will not be returning.

I was happy that I got a early check-in however, the Hotel was not exactly like a Pullman. The room was small, had old style design & interior. Bathroom was alsovery old it seems.
