It is my first experience with Pullman Hanoi, but I will definitely return to it when again in Hanoi. It is located not far from the French quarter and the old part of the city, the service is top and the breakfast is marvelous 👌 Very attentive staf, thank you for everything!

The staff were exceptional throughout. The concierge staff were most helpful and arranged things like clockwork. The receptionists too. I thank the breakfast staff for helping with my special needs. Even Bella the therapist at the spa made each day a most relaxing experience

My sincere gratitude to the General Manager and staff for your generous hospitality , favor, comfort and privileges you provided.
