My expectation of Pullman hotel was similar to Paris CDG and Paris city New Delhi, Bangkok, and south of France turns out it was poorly maintain and out of date. including the carpet in the room and the lighting. I booked the hotel for a few days, but with such a disappointment I had to check out a few hours later. However, the receptionist were very helpful. This is purely complaint about the structure and the maintenance of the room and hotel but not the people who works in the hotel. if you do not renovate the rooms in the hotel, you will continue to lose international customer. That is my simple opinion. And just too many Apple logo in the elevator and reception little bit like a grandmother’s living room.
