Friendly staff, bedroom was comfortable but a little dated. The bathroom was modern but I would have liked the water hotter in the evening. Breakfast was good. I booked during the Black Friday sale, and I was fairly happy with the price, but had I have paid the full amount I don't think it would have been justified.

Repeat stay at Pullman Hanoi. On of the go to hotels in Hanoi. Ladies at the executive lounge are very friendly and helpful. Good location - but maybe not the absolutely best if you visit as tourist and want to walk around in old town. Great gym - one of the best hotel gyms in Hanoi.

I have booked this hotel via our corporate travel agency. Unfortunately, Pullman Hanoi could not credit me their points due to this. I have been staying at other hotels. Most of them would give points once you stay with them.

Based on my feedback through WiFi that the rooms are too dim, your team brought up a table lamp for me the next day which I'm very impressed and appreciative of. However I still hope that there's better resolution to this as even with the table lamps, the room is too dim for me to do work. Hence it's not an ideal environment for a work trip if that is the direction this hotel is heading towards.

This is not the first stay in this hotel. It has always been cosy and the staff are always very helpful. My only set back this time was that i was given a room that was not my preference, the one painted all white, although i have many time stated my preference.

Overall the experience was pleasant but nothing like my experiences with staying at other Accor hotels. The "welcome' gift was not worth the effort for some fruit and two small stale biscotte. I booked a massage which was great however not as welcoming as when I had massage at Accor and Pullman hotels not an offer of water on arrival or after. As there was a delay in our check in we felt our welcome drinks were forced to be coffee or to be had at while we waited

I stayed at Pullman Hanoi for 1 night as I was reallocated from Novotel Thai Ha. Pullman Hanoi hotel has good location in Giang Vo area. Room is nice and clean. Bed is also comfortable. One minor thing: I was not offered welcome drink voucher for Silver membership.

The hotel room is generally OK, but location is no good. No much activities, and restaurants around the hotel. Breakfast is normal.

We asked for tea and milk in our room 3 times we asked if we could have fresh milk. They say yes every time and arrive with coffee mate (a small powdered milk). Ordering a meal in the restaurant was much the same we requested a simple meal Calamari with sweet & sour sauce no Chilli which was repeated many time and they said they understood. It came out and it had Chilli sauce. We called them over and they just said yes that is the sauce. Not to mention the Calamari was tough as leather. They justed smiled when we told them and said yes. We paid for the meal and left. Quite often the food in the Bain Marie food warmers was cold. While visiting Vietnam we had many good experiances but The Pullman was not one.
