Me and my wife got married at Pullman and was promised a decorated room with accomodations along with the package that we got for the wedding. However, after the ceremony we went to the reception asking whether if we can reschedule the room to a different date since we are completely drained from the wedding and we just wanted to experience your services the fullest while we are energized and healthy. The receptionist told us that he would not recommend rescheduling. He said the room was already decorated and it would be complicated if we reschedule to a different date because the hotel would have to decorate the room again with all the services that goes with it. So we chose to stay out of sympathy with the hotel but as we headed to our room, there were no decorations as well as any kind of services that we expected to have as per our chosen wedding package or as the receptionist's words. We didn't want to raise this up at that moment as it was late at night and both me and my wife were really tired. The morning after we went to check out and did somewhat raised the issue at the reception, the receptionist who was on duty that morning apologized but didn't offer us any solutions regarding the issue. In the end, as a customer we are both most dissapointed and almost felt disrespected with the service from Pullman since we are a newly married couple and we were just hoping that our experiences regarding all the ceremonies must be romantic and perfect.

The Pullman hotel in Hanoi is beautiful. Very comfortable and a high standard. From the moment you arrive your agreed with a smile and treated like a very special guest. The staff are lovely and cannot do enough for you. The rooms are well appointed and exceptionally clean. Great air conditioning and a very comfortable bed. I only had one night stay on this trip but I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and will certainly stay there again.
