First off, staff were good and were doing their best, but they were spread too thinly. We stayed 4 nights. Asked for extra blanket and pillow on first night, finally got it on 3rd. Almost transferred to another hotel after 2 nights. For context, we booked via trip.com. Followed the usual process- added guests- 2 adults and 2 children. Room available was 1 BR king executive. I think photos had bath tub, actual didn’t. Anyway, when we arrived, there were only 2 towels, 2 pillows 2 slippers, . I mean, what’s the point of the booking app allowing 4 guests in the booking? I chose Novotel bec (1) it says it is 5 star (2) I tried the one in HCM in 2023 for a week and had some real good hotel coffee - specialty coffee level- and pho; and the one in HCM is only 4 stars. So I got curious about Hanoi’s 5 star rating. Overall, Hanoi’s coffee and breakfast is not better than HCM’s.

Absolutely amazing service! The team was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful throughout. We felt truly looked after, and every detail was taken care of with care and professionalism. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. However there's a minus to this is the size of the room too small, pillows were too soft that's i have to used the lounge cushions for extra comfort. And no toiletries provided.
