The bathroom is quite small and may be inconvenient, especially for children or elderly guests, as it is difficult for them to get in and out comfortably. The staff service could be improved further in terms of being more helpful and attentive. Other than that, everything was good. The room was clean and the location is perfect.

Had a short but pleasant stay. Rooms were big and spacious. Staff were friendly and accommodation. However, there was a slight issue with the bathroom door which was very hard to slide and close fully. Engineering was called to inspect but could not solve the issue immediately and said that he would fix it the next day. However, the door was still not fixed when we came back in the afternoon. Perhaps I forgot to turn off the DND sign but a note under the door or a call for follow up would have been appreciated.

Just stayed 4 days and celebrated our birthdays here starting off with the warm reception from Quoc Huy and in-room welcome amenities in a modern, spacious suite with a great view of the city line. Breakfast with Quỳnh and Hoài is truly delightful as they are very attentive and helpful. The foods are better than what I would usually expect from a hotel with an array of Western, Indian, delicious Korean and Vietnamese choices. The Premier Executive Lounge serves a variety of food dishes, spirits and wine to make for a nice Happy Hour. A shoutout to Mình for his restaurant referrals and attentiveness in the Lounge. We alo took advantage of the well-equipped gym, saltwater outdoor pool, jacuzzi, and steam room. The exceptional service staff along with the great facilities, modern comfortable room, and delicious foods served at this hotel are what makes for a fantastic and unforgettable hotel experience. Thank you and we will be back !
