A hotel filled with smiles. As I said, this place is full of smiles. I had never been to Hanoi before, and coming here was a whole new life experience for me. For my 62-day stay, I needed good and suitable accommodation with convenient transportation, not far from the city center, tourist attractions, shopping, and food. Novotel Thai Ha was my choice. The service here is truly impressive at every level. Every staff member has a smile, from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. They have strawberry milk tea that I highly recommend trying, and a delicious matcha latte. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of choices, and the food in the lounge is equally delicious. If I have the chance, I will definitely stay here again.

Decent size room with excellent noise-proof quality. Strong AC during Hanoi extreme summer heat was a bless. Front desk and Housekeeping staffs were really supporting and caring. Definitely will come back!

Dear Team, As an Accor Gold member, we were kindly upgraded to an apartment suite during our recent stay. Unfortunately, the experience did not meet the standards we have come to expect from Accor properties. Shortly after check-in, we reported that the air conditioning was not functioning properly. A technician attended twice and assured us the issue would be resolved; however, after returning from our city tour later that evening, the room remained uncomfortably warm. Eventually, the duty manager informed us that the suite’s large glass façades and direct sunlight exposure made the air conditioning ineffective during summer months, and recommended a room change. As a result, we had to pack our belongings and move rooms late at night with two sleeping children, which caused considerable inconvenience. The replacement room was significantly cooler and more comfortable, confirming that the original room was not suitable. Additionally, the in-room safe was non-functional due to a depleted battery, which raised concerns about the room’s maintenance and readiness for occupancy. We were also disappointed by the attitude of the staff member assisting with the room change, who appeared reluctant and unfriendly despite the inconvenience being caused by circumstances beyond our control. We have stayed at numerous Accor properties over the years and have never encountered a situation like this. In contrast, we are currently staying at Pullman Phu Quoc Beach Resort, where the air conditioning, service quality, and staff professionalism have been excellent. We hope this feedback helps improve the guest experience and prevents similar situations for future guests
