Unable to adjust aircon so had to call technician twice. We travelled with kid so room temperature is very important. The crib is sturdy but a bit dusty, especially on the outside, which makes me skeptical of the item’s overall sanity. Bed is super comfortable.

Room lost all power due to unknown reason. Staff were very helpful in relocating me to another room upon entry to this room. There was a leak from the ceiling. Staff were again very helpful in relocating me to another room shorten the amount of rest. I wanted to get before traveling the next day, though I do understand things happen.

I had an excellent trip and a wonderful stay at the hotel. However, I encountered some issues with the check-in staff. On both occasions, when I checked in and when I checked out, I requested to be notified regarding room availability and completion of the room check, respectively. Unfortunately, these requests were not fulfilled. I waited for a long time and didn't even get a taxi to wait, which was such a waste of time.

Room looking out to people's houses with people looking at you. Room is too dark but if you need to open the curtain, people from outside can see you. Hotel refused to change the room for me, making awkward excuses. Terrible lies. They forgot to cancel the deposit until i asked them to.
