I stayed one night at the hotel. The next morning, when I called room service to request two glasses of water, I was informed that complimentary water was not available for the second day. I said it was fine, just send two bottles of water and charge them to the room. After 2 hours the water still had not arrived, so I had to call twice to push it. WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!
