In general, hotel staffs have good services and they are friendly. There are some parts to be improved such as language skills of staffs, experiences of handling international events, quality of coffee (coffee machine is recommended), water during meeting or meal (bottled water is recommended), quality of meeting equipment (can be upgraded such as LED wall instead) etc.

The room is clean and breakfast is variety. Lounge is well kept although the actual high floor lounge is not available for now.
