Disappointing

Spa area closed. Swimming pool area covered in tarpaulin (not sure why!). Food and beverage service was not good; huge language barrier (despite their badge saying they spoke English) and not at all attentive. Food was average at best. Coffee machine in room broken. Rooms didn’t have enough beds despite saying each apartment slept 4. Slow check in and out process. Overall, disappointing experience. Staff need retraining.

The hardware and facilities are fine. But the hotel ALL member benefits are not highly recognised from the reception.

Not a bad location but horrible first stay

We stayed at this hotel twice. 2 days then come back again for 3 days after a tour. Firstly the booking was a horrible experience, I made a mistake with a date and asked to swap it(yes my fault l fully take responsibility ) however the response was horrible and just plain rude. It finally worked out after corresponding for 3 days. They also looked after our baggage the days we were away which was amazing. The first room we stayed in was horrible. Had the worst sewerage smell l have ever encountered, and the shower head was broken and came straight out of the shower door and soaked the bathroom. We rang and asked for it to be fixed. They told us to only use the second shower head and blocked the toilet drain with a plastic bag that did not work. So for the whole stay it smelt horrible. The second stay was better because we were put in a different room, the same layout which is a little uncomfortable with the TV area as it's very slim and hard to see TV or get comfortable. The hotel staff eye amazing. Limited english for some but never was an issue, absolutely the best customer service. Our breakfast lady from day 1 knew our coffee order and knew our faces everytime. She was lovely the day l wanted coffee and my husband was taking to long, she ushered him to our table the minute he got off the lift. Check in and out was fast and much appreciated when we arrived the second time at 1am in the morning. The breakfast buffet was OK but it was usually just warm and half was uneatable due to it being hard and cold. Location was OK for what we wanted and we used GRAB to go anywhere we wanted. The afternoon tea is the worst l have ever been too.

Huge apartment in a five star hotel.

We were blown away at the size and quality of the apartment. Everything you need for a family of five all for two of us. Good location and good staff but one was great. Bao. He suggested great places to eat local food, gave us his telephone number to act as translator if needed and was a standout.
