Room looking out to people's houses with people looking at you. Room is too dark but if you need to open the curtain, people from outside can see you. Hotel refused to change the room for me, making awkward excuses. Terrible lies. They forgot to cancel the deposit until i asked them to.

The bed was in king size but seems to be in queen size. My hubby was lying on it and no space for me and my 9 years old kid while we have a king size bed at home fit us all. I had an unpleasant sleeping on the couch and was not well with my vertigo due to my restless sleeping. The air conditioner was not cold enough if we open the bathroom door and a bit difficult to adjust the temperature by asking the technician to come in person to change the temperature down. The room for my kids were hot at night and they all kicked the blankets out and sweat themselves.

The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I ordered a medium-rare steak through in-room dining, but it was served well done. After I informed the restaurant, they immediately replaced it with a new one, which I appreciated. I am a frequent guest at this hotel and have stayed in many different rooms. However, I have noticed that quite a few rooms have maintenance issues. The shower sometimes leaks, and in some rooms, the bathroom door is difficult to open and close. I hope these issues can be addressed to further improve the overall guest experience.

Overall, the stay was satisfactory, but there are a few areas that need improvement. The air conditioning in the room was not cold enough, making the room uncomfortable at times. The towels provided were old and rough, and could be replaced with newer, softer ones for a better guest experience. During breakfast, I ordered a café latte, but the staff did not seem to understand my request, which caused some inconvenience. Improved staff training and communication would help enhance the overall service quality.

From the start, the hotel staff were extremely friendly, professional and accommodating upon arrival. The room was immaculate and kept that way everyday by housekeeping. The food for breakfast and lunch were surprisingly delicious with a wide variety for my 3 day stay.
