The hotel is still too crowded, since it is new. However, the room's insulation was not good enough. I can still hear kids running around in the hall, or steps of kids jumping around which most probably on top of my room. Hot water was also a bit hassle, took a while for the hot water to come out, about 15-20 secs. Parking is also bad, but fortunately, valet was available. Breakfast was ok, but dinner and lunch experience was so so. Loved the oxtail soup and ribs. But your so called "snack" while waiting for food is a tasteless popcorn. Rolls and olive oil will be better lah. There was a magnum cart, but i dont know the function, everytime we passed, no one seemed to tend the cart. Room was ok, but small details are lacking, my towel hanger in room 1024 was loose, and HK was not aware of it. the cupboard doors were not strong enough as well, so it keeps on open, even after I closed it tightly. I put some plastic under the side table, it was still there after cleaning. Overall, it was ok. My intention to visit this property was just to try out new hotel.

Was provided a room with dirty linens and towels, had to wait until 2.00 am for the room to be cleaned, totally unacceptable.
