I've stay 2 nights Thank you so much ibis Style simatupang!! you guys are rock special Mr Henry I think at FO asst manager who very polite check in us, everything is nice and good. Room are cleaned good smell I wish u guys keep it up this standards hotel. And for the restaurant staff just give litle bit, please give a bit attention to guest, I see many of them they didn't checking their guest upon they come in to restaurant.. And I've order some food from room service twice with different price some item.(White rice) first with 20K second I order only 12K..that's it..

The Ibis Styles provides better bedding and amenities compared to normal Ibis. In fact the bedding and space are more comfortable compared to Mercure nearby. Other than that the hotel is perfectly located beside CITOS mall and the staff are super friendly.

Service was amazing. Staff very helpful and kind. Near hotel there is citos mall. But for breakfast i think this hotel still need improvement. Overall i enjoyed my staycation in ibis styles simatupang.
