My cream medicine was lost, this is my second time my stuff lost previously my goodie bag was too and also the house keeping just finished clean up my room when i was reach at 4.30 pm

Loved the room, and overall staying experience. Need to mention about breakfast cause we found dirty plates, bowls, and cutleries on both days. Dried food leftovers on spoons and bowls, and a piece of plastic packaging was found inside the indomie I ordered in the morning. Staff was friendly overall but could be better, but need to improve cleanliness. Would be great if there is an option for hot chocolate during breakfast, staff said it was limited and wanted to charge more. More protein options would be great too.
