Friendly staffs, comfortable beds. Thin walls as i can hear people from the next room talking, and i couldn’t sleep because next door watched tv until 2 or 3 am, i can hear their tv sound. Room need deep Cleaning and renovation, the rack in the bathroom is slanted, shower room has mould and wall in the room has so many dust.

Room was big and spacious but growing old and the bathroom was not as clean. Some mould around the place. As usual, I appreciated the water dispenser on every floor. Hotel felt safe and was very conveniently located.

What a big thanks to front office team!!!!!! Especially lila at Guest Relation Officer who made my room decoration for my wife's birthday. Thanks to housekeeping team, the room is clean and comfort. Bathroom ok clean and tidy. The staff is very helpful. Cant wait to back again for holiday at mercure alam sutera.
