Back for several time.. this time in execuitve suite for 6 days.. the room was pleasant, spacious but the minus are didnt have any bathtub.. its little bit annoying beause you stay at the highest tier but didnt have any bathtub like the lower tier which is privilege suite.. the breakfast also horrible, we have sahoor and breakfast at the first day but didnt satisfied eith the taste so we decide to didnt take the breakfast dor the others day

this was the 2nd time i stayed at the mercure hotel in alam sutera, both times the staff were amazing, breakfast was nice (eastern and western options), pool was clean and hotel was quiet.

Stays in this hotel couples of times and been satisfied but for this stays quite disappointed. Check in the room was noisy ask to change and able to move better room. The worst part is the breakfast menu for festive season the menu so limited. They have self service noodle and people must wait one another in which not a lot customer as well. The toilet near breakfast area so dirty looks like they have low staff. I gave input about the menu yet for the next day the menu looks like 2 or 3 stars hotel Gave feed back the reasons is low occupancy So if low they just reduce the quality? I don't mind the food variation not many but at least give good quality.
