Helpful and very nice staffs. However, the room is quite old. No head shower. Old towels & bed sheet sets but clean enough.

First time staying here, as my kids had a basketball tournament at Beavers Arena, Mall @ Alam Sutera. The room was perfect, with cold air conditioning, a clean environment, and a very nice interior design, good swimming pool. My kids were happy with the kids activities. Although my youngest daughter couldn't join because she had a morning tournament, she was very excited and happy to see the basketball themed decoration prepared in the room. Special thanks to Ms. Angel for the warm welcome message and thoughtful room setup, and to Manager incharge Ibu Merry for maintaining such excellent service quality. Thank you to all the staff for being so attentive and helpful. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with the mall within walking distance. Highly recommended, and we will definitely consider staying here again.
