Stayed at Premiere Suite and was eligible for Junior Suite upgrade but was not available. Bu Angel was really swift in breaking the news through whatsapp and quickly replace it with “small gift” that I personally feel as a big gift. All check out and donation for CSR is also handled well by Mas Darno. Kudos to Mercure Alam Sutera team especially the 2 individuals
