What I have remember Ibis is one of the hotel that comfortable to stay with, but unfortunately not this one. Clearly they don’t do the good maintenance in the room, poor facilities ( amenities, only one soap in the bathroom for body and hair, etc ) It says if we need some amenities we can ask, but when we ask the razor for example, they can’t give to us. Old towel, and poor cleaning in the elevator and front office.
