Prior to this stay, I stayed at the hotel July 20-22 and I commented that the hotel is good value and the only thing missing was a bar refrigerator. I also requested to have the same quiet room on my return on July 24 for 2 nights. I was very touched to find that the hotel had given me the same quiet room and also put in a bar refrigerator. I'm every so grateful and thankful to Ibis Gading Serpong team for their excellent service.

Good location, but old and not maintained well

The staff were really nice md helpful however the room is old, dirty and not maintained well. They could clean the AC vent as well and fix the ac grill as it was broken
