Nice stay with clean rooms. There was a small adjustment needed on my room, but housekeeping quickly resolved it by moving us to a different room Thank you Pak Andri and the FO Bu Nia. Enjoyed the breakfast and friendly staff, Maliki. Overall, a pleasant experience

Best experience. Best service, as Ibis alwyas do. Best food, best staff. Love the vibes, the room is clean. When i called the recepsionist to ask for a favor, i got the super quick action. Definitely gonna come back here whenever I go to Tangerang! Keep up the good work Ibis.

Room: The room is spacious 17 m2. And alot of space inside room due to less furniture.. all very efficient Restaurant: The food is nice , the service is super excellent , thank you to Mr Apri. He is very helpful and friendly. Enough selection of food for breakfast Parking: free Location: super, nesr to SMS mall and alot of food nearby

Stayed 2 nights on the 17th floor. Well located at Gading Serpong Boulevard about 15 minutes from Tangerang Serpong toll gate. A lot of food stalls, restaurants & cafe nearby & close to Summarecon shopping mall. Breakfast has good selections. The room is fairly large & clean. The hotel staffs were attentive, courteous & friendly.
