Went for a short escape for 2 nights with my little family here and it was memorable. The room was great, facilities are awesome and the service even more amazing and more importantly, our 2yo baby enjoyed every bit of the facilities. Mercure BSD upgraded our privillege room to a junior suite room for free. And thats amazing. Not to mention the pretty interior of our junior suite and privillege room. Even the bath room looks absolutelly beautifull. The staff was very helpfull too. Its deffinitely a must stay hotel when mya familly comes to tangerang
