Arrive early morning 07:30 am room aviarable for early check in but they are ask to chage even platinum member ask to wait until 10 am

Allow us to kindly clarify that prior to your arrival, our team had informed you via email regarding the early check-in policy. Our standard check-in time for regular guests is at 2:00 PM. As part of your membership benefits and based on availability, we were pleased to extend an earlier check-in time starting from 10:00 AM. We understand that you had initially confirmed this arrangement, however, we truly regret if this situation still caused discomfort upon your arrival. We are also very sorry to learn about the lack of recognition of your ALL Platinum membership, including the absence of a welcome drink, welcome amenity, and the room upgrade not meeting your expectations. This is certainly not the level of service we strive to deliver, and your feedback has been shared with our team for immediate review and improvement. Fun experience at Mercure BSD, since it just a walk away from AEON Mall, game arcade complimentary for kids, indomie at the breakfast alley, so much fun. Only bit disappointment because I booked 3 non smoking rooms, but one of them was a smoking room treat as non smoking during long weekend. I do understand that the hotel might be fully occupied during the holiday season, and appreciate that the staff got to change to the other room. Well done!
