Okey, but not really okey

1. The parking lot was not convenient. To narrow between cars, hard to open the door, located outdoor and far from the lobby 2. The free parking procedure was not properly brief to the client 3. No WiFi info being brief. Front desk said WiFi info was stated at the TV, seems like blaming the guest cause not looking for it 4. No place to put Shampoo & Body Wash in Shower room (if we bring our own amenities) 5. I didn't realise there's shower on the ceiling and the water was cold at that time. My body got shocked.
