One of the hotels that truly made our kid don’t want to go home! The room was cozy and comfortable, with complete facilities for a relaxing stay. The kids’ activities were definitely a highlight from Dino Fun and Foam Party to the RC Track, Karaoke Room and Game Zone (Include PS5) and even bicycles and e-bikes for exploring the greenery around BSD.

My fmaily and i had a great time staying at Ibis Styles BSD. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The food was great too. And there are so many activities provided at the hotel. Kids activities, kids club, huge optimus prime during breakfast which my kids loved, bicycles, swimming pool with foam party. Overall we had a blast staying there. Thanks for the hospitality u provided. We will definitely be back.

Chose this hotel for a short staycation where I was literally staying in for 2 days, watching netflix, youtube, ordering room service (24h room service yay!) and did a little bit of swimming. It was very comfortable, cozy, fun stay for the introvert in me. Breakfast was great too! a bit note: I ordered a steak for dinner but it came a bit cold.. that was unfortunate:(

This is our second time staying in the suite room at Ibis Styles Serpong BSD. The room was neat and clean, and the toiletries were complete. The AC was nice and cold, and the water pressure was great. We also tried the breakfast, and all the food was delicious! The only downside was that the room wasn’t really soundproof. We could hear footsteps and the toilet flushing from the room upstairs. It would also be awesome if they could add some kids' TV channels. But overall, everything was great. We're super happy with our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!
