The check in process quite flawless and the check in staff were friendly. The front door staff the other hand didn't greet us or offer assistance with luggage etc. But he did pick up my wife who park my car so all good. Breakfast menu quite vary and the check out process was great. The sound proofing need more work though. I can still sounds from adjacent room.

Staying for 2 night at superior room, which I already booked almost 2 months earlier. I do feel expect with room upgrade as a loyal accor plus member with platinum status. But front office said that it was full booked. I know that term and condition said that room upgrade subject to availability. But this time I hold a platinum but feels like silver status. Room was good and quiet. Breakfast could be more better and improve.
