I had several times stayed, at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. Here is a breakdown of my stay: Room Quality & Amenities The room was impeccably clean and featured a sleek, modern design that made for a very comfortable atmosphere. The hotel is very family-friendly, and the presence of a games room and dedicated kids' activities made our stay thoroughly enjoyable for the children. Service & Staff: The service was exemplary. Every single member of the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to assist with any requests. When a room upgrade was unavailable, the staff proactively handled the situation by offering a thoughtful complimentary restaurant benefit, which I greatly appreciated as an excellent alternative. Dining: The food quality was satisfactory, with a decent selection that met expectations. It was a solid offering that complemented the overall stay well. Areas for Improvement: While the room was generally spotless, I noted that the cleanliness of the automatic toilet bidet nozzle needs more attention. A more rigorous cleaning schedule for this specific amenity would ensure it matches the high standards maintained in the rest of the room.
