Overall actually was a nice stay.. The favorite thing is the electric and regular bikes facility that we can ride around the surrounding hotel area.. Some points to or hopefully can be noticed by the Management, the TV Channels were so limited even for the Kids channel wasn't available.. Though it's a smart TV (Youtube/Netflix etc), i think we still need the standard regular Channels that a Hotel usually provide.. Also the parking lot positions, wasn't effective to reach the Hotel Lobby (there's a buggy car to pick up/drop off from the parking lot tho). But howbif it's a rainy season?.. causing "a bit trouble" i guess.. Last but not least, the not soundproof wall, we can hear clearly someone's having shower or even coughing all nite long from the nextdoor room. The nice hospitality were coming from Housekeeping man (i forgot his name) and Security/Buggy driver (Azis). Well i might say that Ibis Styles BSD is a bit "pricey" comparing to other Ibis Styles i have ever stayed, with the experience given.. Hoping there will be some improvements in the near future.. Thank you..

As Gold member, I have informed my preference room in advance (by text message), however the room received was far from my expectation. The check-in staff did not ingive me a welcome drink voucher, when I asked upon check-out he simply answer that the invite is now digitalised. How did I know this is he did not inform me when I check-in? Please improve your front desk staff communication. Be more polite, smile and details.

Good Hotel, clean & comfort room and others area is clean also. Strategic location near the mall and acces to Tol.. and eapecially this hotel freindly to kids...( Kids activities at ballroom likes dindong game, play station and others game ) And swiming pool freindly to kids also. Recommended to stay with your family. Good service and staff freindly and helpull.

Front desk are not experienced to handle guest, room is not ready after 2pm. Bed is not comfy, breakfast not so many varieties. Kids Room (PS5 is provided but there is no hotel staff helping us there). Really need an improvement for all the service. The only thing good is their suite room included bathtub.
