The stay was good, it was clean and convenient as it is connected to Tangcity mall. What can be improved : 1/ during check-in my passport was forgotten to be returned 2/ breakfast was upsold at 200k, but when i went it goes up to 295k 3/ i asked for late check-out at 1pm, but the receptionist called at 12pm .. these hiccups make me wonder what happened to the team in Novotel, are they not talking to each other ?

The front desk provided a very detailed introduction during check-in. The room was highly comfortable, featuring large floor-to-ceiling windows that offered a vast and beautiful view. However, there were just two minor issues: 1. Personally, as I'm a bit sensitive to noise, I found the street motorcycle sounds quite noticeable when trying to sleep on the 3rd floor at night. 2. There was no hot water when I showered on the second afternoon. Other than that, everything else was an extremely comfortable stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Novotel Tangerang. The hotel is clean, modern, and very well maintained. The room was spacious, comfortable, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The location is excellent, with direct access to TangCity Mall, making it very convenient for shopping and dining. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the facilities, especially the swimming pool and gym, were clean and enjoyable. What impressed me the most was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was warm, friendly, and always ready to help with a smile, making me feel truly welcome throughout my stay. Overall, I highly recommend Novotel Tangerang for both business and leisure travelers. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.
