I would rate 10/10 because of few things. Ms Eviana managed to help me get a room on a very last minute request on the day that i was flying to Jakarta even novotel was it was fully booked as mentioned before. The team that prepared my room with welcoming note, dessert refreshment and a colorful painting at the mirror was wonderful. And not to forget everday breakfast was welcoming with a smile and assisting preparing a table and coffee for me from Ms Vero herself and her team. Wonderful and excellent experience. Keep up the good work and hope to stay again soon.
