Every stay at Novotel Tangerang reminds me why it feels like my second home. From the warm welcome by the new Front Office Manager, Vinna, and Agung, to the upgrade into a spacious, impeccably clean suite, the hospitality is consistently outstanding. It was wonderful to reconnect with familiar staff like Mr. Dzurfan (Concierge), Ronny (restaurant), and Andy (pool bar), and to chat with Rozali, who recently moved to the pool bar. I was also impressed by new trainees, especially Chandra at the Premier Lounge, who delivered attentive service during evening high tea.
