Novotel Tangerang is really the Best hotel in Tangerang. The rooms are really very clean and very spacious. We stayed in Novotel Tangerang for Quarantine staying which is can go out from our rooms, but the hotel staffs are really very helpful, they provided whatever we need during our stay. We have plenty of mineral waters. We also have welcome fruits and variety snack to be enjoy during the day. And we have many choices meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Indonesian meals and Western meals are all very delicious taste. Thank you so much for all the Best services we experienced as a sweet memories staying at Novotel Tangerang. We will give our recomendation to our friends to stay at this hotel.

I checked out at 4.30am and requested for a transport service to airport. To my horror surprises. I was told there isn’t and taxi available and the hotel transport parked at the hotel entrance does not have any driver on stand-by. I was even told to wait until 8 am for the transport service but my flight is 8.25 am. This is my first and horror experience I have had for all my business trips in my 30 over years oversea traveling.

We work with the most trusted brand for taxi service, Blue Bird. During this pandemic time, there is special set up and policy due to units limitation, impacting also to its partner, including Novotel Tangerang. The Blue Bird taxi is not on standby within the hotel area anymore and it requires pre-booking on the service. Apparently in this case we fell short as we were not making courtesy to you upon your check in should you require additional taxi service on your departure date. Mr. Tan, please rest assured that we work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. The hotel is a great place for quarantine. The food is good and arrives hot which is better than many places I have seen. The staff also are very helpful, making sure any requests are dealt with. Vitally for quarantine, the wifi is fast and reliable and the AC is powerful! The value for money is excellent as this is on the cheaper end of the scale, but the service provided is very reliable.

I stayed for 3 days / 2 nights quarantine. Room was as expected, excellent. The 3 meals a day was a big disappointment and nowhere near what I'm used to from Novotel. For the first 3 meals I was also not given the option to choose between local and western meals for every meal, as promised. Food was never hot, soggy fries, disgusting cheap juice from sirup and why serve a club sandwich with fries for breakfast at 6 am... I had to pay every room service with credit card, despite the staff confirming to collect credit card details for an open bill. Only 2 towels in the room, no face towels, no hand towels. An empty minibar. While it's for people in quarantine...! Glad it was only 2 nights, particularly because of the poor food...

Stayed because of the 3 days quarantine requirement for indonesians who just travelled abroad. Overall the service was good, but need to pay attention on the fruits they gave to us, from 5 meals I got 2 overripe oranges and bad longans- little things... hope they can do better, because everyhting else was all right.

Apart from the prompt delivery of authentic Indonesian food with all the delicious coconut base dessert, every staff works passionately as a team. I remember when I was due to have my PCR in the wee hours (at 3am), I was so impressed that every single staff be it a service staff, a restaurant staff or a security guard, they all came to me and tried to help. That was a very good and comforting feeling at that stage. The checking-out was also a very good experience. The documentation was well tagged and organised before they had passed to me. Nice work!

The quarantine stay experience with Novotel Tangerang started when I was still at home, where they arrange for everything needed not only for the booking of my quarantine hotel. Everything was great from the airport transfer, check in and the welcome amenities that welcomes me when I went in to my suite, yes I was upgraded to suite room, an Accor All member really helps. The food, oh... forget you are on diet. They call you for the choices and even deliver it to your room at your convenient time. Awesome staff. Best quarantine stay so far.

Good stay during hotel quarantine

The staff were friendly at the hotel and made me feel as relaxed as possible during quarantine. The food provided was tasty and plentiful although it could have been served a little later. On one occasion, lunch was served before 12 noon. I stayed in the superior room. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the size of the room was satisfactory. However, the room looked old fashioned, the carpet was worn and there was also a large stain on the carpet. I had a flight booked at 4:35pm on the day of my expected checkout from quarantine. I was told that the PCR test result usually arrives at the hotel between 1-2pm but they couldn't guarantee the time. You can't checkout of the hotel until they receive your negative test result. As I had a flight booked, I requested that the staff contact me immediately upon receiving my test result, so that I could checkout quickly and go to the airport. The staff didn't do this which was disappointing and I discovered my result when I contacted Reception to see if it had arrived.

I have stay here many times before... During this stay i have bad experiences I check in at the hotel at 17.00 the room was not ready at that time. As by phone before i called the hotel to inform them that by 17.00 i will be arrive at the hotel. And my request for high floor room was confirmed at 15floor. After wait for about 20minutes the room is ready but not on the 15floor. After a few day stay... Then i know fkrm one of the guess that the hotel was used for quarantine for incoming passenger from abroad. And the put me on the same floor with quarantine passenger. I call the manager and ask for early checkput with refund for the last 2 day i'm not using. I hope my refund settle asap.

Hotel location is perfect, same location with shopping mall, so very easy to enjoy Ford and shopping experinences.

This hotel have an excellent hygiene protocol that rarely found at other hotel. Hand sanitizer were every where. The check in and check out process was fast. The quality of sleep was very good. The breakfast was good. The benefit of All member was fully received by me.
