Hotel was relatively clean. The comforters need to be thoroughly washed or replaced since they somehow smell bad even with new sheet covers. I had one incidence of a live cockroach inside the sealed meal that they served for breakfast and despite informing them that I am allergic to spicy food, I was still served spicy food from time to time.

Rooms needs a good clean

Room was fine a an isolation period. Food was great. The room clearly had not been cleaned or vacuumed in quite a while. There was food crumbs and hair everywhere.

I stayed for the quarantine program. Since the airport pick up by Jovan until I check out the staffs are very helpful and accomodating. Whatever I need during the quarantine was fullfiled accordingly. Only one feedback to improve the foods quality. Some foods which were delivered in the room were not that good. Apart from that everything was great. Thank you

Smooth check-in process. After signed some paper, got the 1st PCR test. Meals prepared in a safe & hygienic way (the staff missed my one time breakfast, but its okay :), the hotel staff very friendly and handy as well.

Room design was bad and some of the furniture not well-maintained. Internet was sluggish and tv channels was very limited. The amenities was just okay but the service was fast enough and polite. The laundries gave an eerie smell to the clothes. The worst was the food, most of the main meals was very dry and tough to eat. The veggies also overcooked.

(+) - nice room, comfy bed, clean, and very well-prepared before arrival. - prompt and professional staff (security, room service/housekeeping, etc. were all very efficient and professional) - excellent laundry service (very impressed by how well-handled, clean, and quick it was) - front desk staff helpful, polite, professional, and knowledgeable - excellent window, lots of natural light. great blackout curtains as well. - AC/fan unit reliable and easy to adjust. (-) - food (repatriation/5-day quarantine): a bit bland and sometimes not very good. portion was good and the fruit/bread/dessert on the side was a great touch and a great source of sustenance for when the main dish wasn't to my taste. - I left a note by the door, asked a staff in-person, and left a message with the front desk to knock once and leave items/food by the door. I appreciate their commitment to service, but found the repeated knocking and/or phone calls by staff disturbing as I was either working, in a video call, or asleep. - slow wi-fi, had to stay close to the door. no desk or comfortable place to work from over there, and even then the wi-fi would sometimes still not sustain a video call well. - no fan/vent in the bathroom. no mold or major problems, but it took a little long for things to dry up and the bathroom smelled a little damp for several hours afterwards. shower started to run out of hot water fairly quickly as well. - more soundproofing desired. traffic could be heard non-stop, and I was on the 8th floor.

It’s Okay for services

5 days stay for quarantine services was okay, the only things is sofa already old and spotted with a lot of burn ex cigarettes that is unsafe if guests is smoking it may fire happen. I am not smoker but I able to smell of cigarettes on the one of pillow that is unacceptable.

accomodation is good, water is not enough for 1 day. need to call operator twice a day just to ask for bottled water specially for me who stayed for 14 days in your hotel. laudry is only done by dry cleaning which is ot acceptable for me because it leaves a foul smell on my clothings.

I have stay here many times before... During this stay i have bad experiences I check in at the hotel at 17.00 the room was not ready at that time. As by phone before i called the hotel to inform them that by 17.00 i will be arrive at the hotel. And my request for high floor room was confirmed at 15floor. After wait for about 20minutes the room is ready but not on the 15floor. After a few day stay... Then i know fkrm one of the guess that the hotel was used for quarantine for incoming passenger from abroad. And the put me on the same floor with quarantine passenger. I call the manager and ask for early checkput with refund for the last 2 day i'm not using. I hope my refund settle asap.
