This was my sixth stay in accor hotel, and from all my stays, this one gave me the worst experience. When I checked in, I asked if i can get a free room upgrade IF there's higher tier room available, but they just denied me and said , because my status is silver, im not eligible for a room upgrade. Awhile back when I booked a stay in Bali, i always get a room upgrade if there is room available and not a peak season despite my accor status. After that, in morning when I want to redeem my breakfast voucher to have my breakfast, again , the person in charge asked for my member card, it is just ridiculous, since when ? whenever a member want to use breakfast voucher, i have to present with my member card ? They just forced me to go back to my room to bring my member card. This overall experience gave a bad taste to my mouth, i hope my next stay in accor hotel, won't be this bad

This is the first hotel when I checked in and asked for early b'fast tomorrow, the reception tell me to call the restaurant directly. And guess what, the b'fast didn't come when I needed even I already called the restaurant.

I booked in mercure Tangerang for so many times. Aircon always cool, quick check-in process, also always provide me with prayer equipment. When order for room service, meals always good. The minus is its parking lot, so little space for such a hotel like this. And from the last visit, i think the staff not too friendly.. less smile. Maybe the service can be improved since they are working at the front line. That’s it. All was good actually. Thank you Mercure..

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. Foods is good, room is clean, bed is comfy. Towel quality can be improved.
