The location is terribly noisy. The hotel isn’t well isolated. The checking experience is so bad because the street noise is all over. And if that isn’t bad enough, 100’s of mosquitos are swarming around. The mosquitos are due to badly maintained drains in the nearby kampung/village. There is absolutely nothing in this industrial area. Nearest mall with food options is a 10 minute taxi ride away. Staff isn’t well trained, and doesn’t speak enough English to handle basics. Rooms, bed are good. Staff and mgt tries very hard but the location is simply too bad.

Located in Tangerang Center within the airport area, this hotel is convenient for traveling to Jakarta city via the Batu Ceper train station (using the airport rail link), which is about a 20-minute Grab ride from the property. The Jakarta Premium Outlets are also nearby.The room is clean, albeit a bit small. It features a walk-in shower with excellent water pressure from the rain shower head. However, the towels need an upgrade or replacement.The staff are polite and helpful, and the reception team speaks good English. A special shout-out to Miss Zura, who helped us book a Grab ride to Batu Ceper station. She even texted us to ensure we boarded the train safely for our city day trip and offered further assistance if we needed anything while in Jakarta.Overall, it was a nice, comfortable stay at the Mercure Tangerang Center.

The stay is quite short, only few hours. Many mosquitos, in the lobby when I checked in, inside the room, I have to ask reception to send me baygon.

1 The friendly staff and very helpful. Comfortable room 2.The cleanliness in the bathroom floor needs to be considered again, it has a yellow crust in the shower room, and also the towel needs to be replaced because its no longer absorbs the water. And please provide more tissue. 3. And it is necessary to pay attention to the drinking feed in the animal cage because I found a rabbit carcass with an incomplete mouth condition and eaten by a marmot, with an empty eating and drinking place, I really regret that this happened in a mercure-class hotel, hopefully this doesnt happen again. We asked for quite room, the gave us at 5th floor but the road was too noisy, next day we move to another floor and this time was the mosque, from 5-7am they kept making some noise through speaker , we end up check out early to avoid the noise.

Great stay. Except the cakes, muffin and snacks are really bone dry. And the employees need to have training for being more attentive .

I've stayed at Mercure Tangerang for some days, comfy hotel, mostly all the staff is helpful, the name is indri and Gresya, they were cheking in me, welcoming me with the sweet smilee, nad they're helped my problems, for breakfast... Honestly not too good but not too bad tho...
