I actually had a great stay here. The room was unexpectedly very clean (kudos to the staffs for doing a great job), very different from my last stay. The carpet was clean, bedding was clean and comfy, towel was white and clean. Staffs were welcoming and helpful, with special mention to Trisya in the restaurant who worked from morning until late, but still managed to give good service until the end. Aside from the positive side, I also want to mention the improvement needed : 1. The TV facing our bed didn't have youtube and cannot be connected to our phones for mirroring (tried Poco, Xiaomi, Samsung M series, and Samsung S series), only can be used to connect with bluetooth (sound). 2. The hand soap only available in the small toilet, no hand soap provided in the main bathroom. 3. No bathtub in the executive suite (a bit disappointed because there was a bathtub in our last stay here a few years ago). 4. Our welcome drink couldn't be redeemed on 6 PM because there was a bukber event in the 15th floor restaurant (the Bar on second floor was empty), and the reception told us to wait until 9PM until the event finished to get our welcome drink. 5. The breakfast could have been better in terms of quality and variation, not to mention that some of the food was cold although it's put on the electric stove. I really disappointed with the food (egg) station, since the service was very slow and they had my orders wrongly in 2 days of my breakfast... they might need to take a note on the orders. I understand though that renovation is going on and you are a little bit outstaffed due to the low occupancy, but still really need to ensure that customers are happy and comfortable. Aside from my comments, I will still be back in the future. Thank you!

We got upgraded to junior suite room. The room was clean, spacious, and we absolutely love it. The staffs were all friendly. It was overall a good stay. I would definitely come back to mercure tangerang center in the future. Thanks, mercure.
