Staffs very polite and friendly, breakfast menus are good, but the room is too small. Also parking management need to be improved.

The front desk don’t tell me that my room is connecting room. I ask for the key via whatsapp so people in the next door cant open mine, but they never reply my message. On the next morning, 30 mins before checked out, I call front desk to pick my car from their valet parking, bcs I have to go early, but they dont did it even I already checked out. The one notices that they didn’t picking up my car is me! The front desk just LOOKING ONTO COMPUTER! so I had to wait for around 15 minutes for my car.

Nice staycation place in the heart of Tangerang area. Comfortable bedding that increase sleep quality, nice pool and nice food & beverages.
