Bad Room and Bad Handling

So sorry Mercure, but your service this time was so bad. First, during my car arrival, the security seemed stuck and clueless about arranging the cars. I know you have limited space, but this is not your first day handling guests arriving at the same time, right? Is it okay for you to let a guest wait in the car because their car is blocked by another car while the security is chit-chatting and laughing? The security didn't seem serious about handling this until I honked the horn. Then, during check-in, what's the point of having a priority check-in if there's no one standing by? You might as well remove that desk if it's just to meet Accor hotel standards. You need to provide training and check the CCTV for this issue. I had to wait in line, and when I asked the reception, they admitted that there was no staff standing by at the Accor member priority check-in. Wow! I have mentioned many times "no smoking room," and yes, I got it as stated on the wall, but when I entered the bathroom, the smell was so bad. The cigarette smell was very strong. For someone allergic to cigarette smoke, it is very torturous. I called the receptionist, and they said they would check. Then, the cleaning service came with an air freshener. Oh really? Is this not serious for you? Then I asked him, "Do you smell the cigarette smoke?" and he answered, "Yes, sir." "Is the exhaust not working, or did a previous guest smoke in this room?" I didn't get a satisfactory answer. The next morning, when I wanted to take a shower, the cigarette smell hadn't gone away because it was so strong. That night, I asked for my room to be sprayed again, but the receptionist said, "Wait a moment, sir," and until I checked out, no one came to spray my room. I don't know if they didn't convey this to housekeeping or if they were just too lazy. I think this reason is enough for me to decide to move hotels and maybe never return to this room. I have to be neutral; there is a receptionist named Nauval who works well, but unfortunately, Nauval is not always on standby 24 hours at the front desk. So you must find a partner for him at the same level to understand the meaning of service. So I am totally disappointed, sorry.
