Check in took around 20 minutes, FO took a lot of clicks in his computer. The hotel is quite compact. The problem came when i tried to call the FO and housekeeping, nobody answer my call (both from the room & landline. When i go to lobby, only one person is there handling multiple guests (it was only 10am btw), there was clearly lack of manpower in this hotel. Further, the foods in the breakfast was the worst of all accor hotel that i stayed.

Celebrates birthday and anniversary just got a decorated in mirror rooms. Had dinner so so experience, we were seated by ourself in lounge, no staff standby at that time when we came, when staff back, he used the phones quite longer, he knew we were seated just next to the bar. So ofc I approached him to ask menu, when he drop the menus, he asked us " do you want order now?" Omg we dont have idea what in menu, ofc needs time. The lounge so freakin hot, our kids sweating during dinner. The food is 6/10, Sop Iga Tangkar was so hard like rubber, I gave comments while closed the bilss but the response just "Baik bapak, kita usahakan lebih baik kedepannya" hmmm no follow up further, we spent 600ish which almost as same as night price. For rooms 7/10, decorated was amazing, room was clean and neat, but amenities, we only got 2 dental kits plus sanitary bag, really? No bar soap, no showercap,etc? Pillow case was torn, towels so old but the room requested was quick and good job. Breakfast 8/10, staff was anticipated and hands on, smiles all the time, service was good Reservation, I requested email regarding my booking but no response lol, so I fup my self via whatssap. Heads up for the one who replied my whatsapp and noted my requested, thanks. Overall, jus so so experience :(

Booked room through trip.com where I specifically chose for smoking room. A day before trip called the hotel from Singapore. Staff told me room is available and ready when I arrive. However when I arrived. I was quietly given a Non Smoking room. [715]. When I discovered at the room that is is non smoking room, I wanted to call reception as to why I was given a Non Smoking room when I was confirmed a Smoking room when I called from Singapore. The front desk girl also confirmed when I checked in that yes I am assigned a Smoking room. The phone was not working. I had to come down again. This time I was told that there were no Smoking room available and I have no choice but to stay on a non smoking room. When I asked why was I not informed via trip.com that Smoking room n is not available, and at the counter. No reply. I was asked to take a Junior Suite Smoking Room at 1103 and made to pay 400 000. Only the next day I got the room that I paid for 1112. These small mistakes will not go well for Accor standards. Please look into it. By the way, there was no service recovery done by the hotel. To be fair, I have stayed in the hotel many times before and this is the first time I face this situation.

overall the hotel is very good but the location is not really good in the middle between Kota Tangerang and Gading Serpong and traffic is not good
