3 days 2 nights well spent. From the security, front office, room keeping are friendly. The ambience great, clean, fragrant. the toilet and bathroom is most important are clean and neat. Me and my friend stay there because its near to the hospital that we had exam there so we just walking for around 80 m maybe. Great stay, thanks.

Overall was great, but you need to improve the (Whatsapp) contact centre team to be more fast respons because i (as a guest) sometimes need more information or confirmation ASAP when i know that the hotels information can be reached by WhatsApp chat only. It mores comfortable for me because i don't need to call the hotel.
