We stayed in a family room a second time in a week as stopovers to and from the Alps as we loved our stay the first time so much. The room was a good size and great soundproofing and comfortable stay. Lovely staff too. The breakfast was a wonderful experience - the kids especially enjoyed making their own breakfast. And they loved the playground. Perfectly convenient for Tesla charging too. The only downside I would say is not having a more comprehensive evening menu. First time we got a takeaway pizza and second time had food away from hotel. We'd have preferred to have stayed in the warm and get food there but only limited bar snacks available. Other than that wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Very friendly welcome, very clean and well-appointed. Also, very good value compared to the Novotel next door. Great to have the takeaway coffee and breakfast option as well. The only disappointment was the comfort of the beds and pillows, which are obviously very cheap, so we didn't have a great night's sleep. Overall, we would stay again.
