Overnight stay driving from Switzerland to UK. Easy to get to from the motorway. Friendly and efficient staff, spotlessly clean and comfortable rooms and great value for money. Also dog friendly.

Greet Hotel Reims is a newly opened hotel with a very appealing, vintage-inspired design. Everything feels new and clean, and the overall concept is attractive. However, the practicality of the rooms—especially for families—seems insufficient. We stayed in a family room for four people, and while we expected it to be small, there was virtually no space to open a suitcase and almost no storage: no shelves, drawers, or designated space for bags. The layout could have been optimized, as the toilet area is relatively large while the bedroom feels cramped. We also had safety concerns with the bunk bed. The combination of a thick mattress and mattress topper reduced the height of the safety rail, and we had to remove the topper ourselves to make it safe. Additionally, while the topper was covered in all beds, the mattress underneath had no cover at all, which did not feel hygienic. We made the beds ourselves to be sure the whole mattresses were covered. The bathroom lacked basic storage as well—no shelf or space for toiletries—despite unused space under the sink. Breakfast was clean and well organized, and the quality was good, but the selection was very limited, with no vegetables, no orange juice, no mild cheese and very few sweet options. Overall, Greet Hotel has a lovely concept and strong visual identity, but comfort and practicality are sacrificed in favor of design. With better space planning and storage solutions, it could be much more suitable—especially for families.

Loved the new feel of the hotel, breakfast was basic (pancake grill was a good addition) but lovely. The raw concrete ceiling (eco!) took some getting used to but the rooms are lovely and have everything you need (a kettle would be nice though).

We had a great stay, the staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. Although it appears to be focused for families with kids but we had a wonderful stay just me and my wife. Definitely will be back and its will become our standard place to stay as we travel through France.
