Well located but a very noisy hotel

The staff are really great and very friendly. The room was clean but smelled really badly of smoke and 'bad plumbing'. It's also a very noisy hotel, as the rooms are open to the mezzanine level. People coming in / out and getting up for breakfast can be heard in the rooms very clearly (we were top floor and were kept awake until late and were woken up at 5am by people talking in reception area). Very cheap hotel and well located but don't expect a good nights sleep (even with ear plugs). You get what you pay for.

Rooms were clean and warm. Great to have an ensuite bathroom! Shower functioned well and water was hot. The duty manager was very kind and helpful and called us to check on our arrival time as weather was very bad. He came down to greet us as reception was closed by the time we arrived.

Ideal stopping point for the journey south. Walkable into the centre of Reims (1hr) for some sight seeing.

Never again. Holes on the walls, no soap on the shower, dirty room, wallpapers not properly glued to the wall, breakfast terrible... I would never believe this is an Accor hotel.
