We wanted a hotel close to the train station but also the Christmas Market. It was easy walking distance to everywhere we needed to go. The hotel was very clean and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. Our favorite part was the availability of family rooms with extra bed. Such a wonderful thing for a family traveling together.

The Novotel Suites Hotel in Reims is well located, its rooms are spacious with a large table /desk, but the reason why it is always my first choice is the quality of service. The staff, notably Sebastien and Aurelie on reception, always make me feel welcome. I am grateful to them all for their friendliness and efficiency.
