Great staff, very attentive and helpfull Good size rooms. Bathrooms and toilets in the room are on the cheap side. Plastic and trailer home feeling . Good breakfast The hotel lacks an car unloading area in front.

Enjoyable experience overall especially because the hotel is renovated and is managed by an extremely friendly staff. Missing details like Sucralose in the rooms, empty soap dispenser in bathtub, closing ring missing in one shade, fridge door not closing properly. The real question is how the facility will age…

Had a great stay, team were very welcoming and helpful and even put on a Halloween themed evening for children with activities and sweet treats. Rooms were well equipped, if a little on the small side. Very good location for the train station, less than a 5 minute walk. However the hotel is the wrong side of the station for the main centre of Reims, so is a good 15 minute walk from the centre.

Great location, very accommodating and friendly staff. Spacious room but a bit noisy at night as we were street front.
