We had booked two room which were also connected since we were travelling with family and parents. Location was a great benefit plus the staff was super friendly and helpful. The lady who checked us in was very polite and the man at the bar downstairs was exceptionally good and very friendly, he is one of the best staff that you have & one of the best that I have come across at any of your other Novotel propoerties. Please do pass on my feedback to the bartender.
