We have used this hotel before and liked the atmosphere, the location and the secure parking. The staff members are friendly and helpful. I love that, because this is Reims, our choice of welcome drinks included champagne! The bed was really comfortable and the room was very clean. I like having a bath as well as a shower, and the separate toilet. The toilet cubicle needs somewhere to hang the towel rather than placing it by the sink.

The hotel is really nice and so are the staff. Super polite and welcoming, though a language barrier led to a parking issue. They’re incredibly dog and child friendly but still classy and very nicely kept. The lobby is open entry to the bar; the cocktails are delicious. The rooms are so spacious with a room divider for privacy and more separation between areas. It’s beautifully decorated: bath and shower options. The soap and shower gel smells lovely; some conditioner would be extra helpful but it’s still lovely and the toilet closet separate from the bath/shower room. There’s a fridge in the room, and coffee machine which is great and not standard in a lot of hotels. I Went for Christmas and it was lovely, just a 5 minute walk from the Christmas markets and the streets are well lit so you feel secure even in the dark. Check out took 30 seconds. I would 100% stay at this accommodation again!

Parking is only available to those who specially contact the hotel directly in advance - don’t just include comments on your reservation. Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Room is poorly designed when more than 2 people are there due to limited space for the table and single chair. This also restricts access to one of the sofa beds Whilst the room has tea/ coffee making facilities and fridge/ microwave, only 3 paper cups are provided. And only bath towels in the bathroom, no hand towels. On a positive note, the bathroom cupboard has a good shower.
