Brilliant stay as always. The hotel entrance is immaculate, staff always super friendly and there are good provisions available downstairs e.g. water fountain. The family room is perfect, the kettle and other provisions are great, it is ideal for our needs. Only minor issue is parking with a roof box is not possible in the station car park, and the small hotel car park was full. As it happens, I was able to park outside on the street, so it wasn't a problem.

Stayer for one night with a family of three. Our room was next to a busy street but there was no noise. Clean room, comfortable beds and friendly staff. Walking distance from city centre. Highly recommended!

We had a one night stay in a family room that was very comfortable and a good size for the four of us. The breakfast was great and kept being topped up even though we were down fairly late. We liked the complimentary water filter. Would have given a higher score but there was some dirt on the gap for the room divider and we didn’t like having unisex toilets in reception.

We enjoyed our stay , the facilities were good, the staff welcoming and helpful. Location close to the railway otherwise a bit remote from most other things, but very walkable.

A very modern hotel with spacious rooms! Every member of the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Having a mini fridge and microwave in the room was a huge plus. The hotel's own parking lot is quite small and fills up fast, but there’s a convenient and reasonably priced parking garage right next door. Downtown Reims is within easy walking distance, although the shortest route goes through the pedestrian passage under the train station, which can be a little tricky to find at first!

Check-in was disappointing, but after that the stay was great. We booked two rooms, one for 2 people & the other for 1 person. The three of us stood at the reception desk to check-in, yet we have been charged the breakfast and taxes for 4 people.
