First time to Reims and First time to this hotel. Accor quality was the reason we stayed and they delivered. Hotel is minutes by foot to old Reims and we only travelled by foot in the city. It’s directly next to the train station so convenient for day trips into Champagne.

Good- friendly and responsive staff, decent location for exploring Reims, graceful public spaces. Great water pressure. Very quiet (with windows closed, see below for lack of ac). Good amenities -mini fridge, microwave. Not so good - very strange bathrooms, felt like being in a trailer. Gym poorly equipped, plus plaster dust and tools on the floor (for 2 days). Room was overly hot, and air conditioning didn't function. Despite 'mini-kitchen', only paper cups in the room?

good surprise with this hotel, very well located, good staff, room and breakfast. Only few points to feedback you have 2 plants outside 1 green 1 dead, first impression. The gym you have all the required basics which is great just fix the foot straps of the bike and check the wall mounted wood ladder it is coming off the wall on the top left corner! the rest well done to the team.
