When we arrived the staff were very helpful and checked us in quickly. The room was suitably sized for us. Our bar server was very helpful and the cocktails were amazing. When we asked for a suggestion for a pizza he was more than happy to help. Over a lovely stay. The only negative i would point out is the sofa bed for the kids had too much metal work exposed to knock themselves on. Something we haven't had at other hotels.

Mostly an excellent experience and staff were extremely helpful. The only exception was at check being told that a bar bill of 18 EUR was still outstanding despite me paying for it by bank card two days prior. All was resolved in the end but I felt uncomfortable whilst having to wait for validation from management that the bar bill could be removed from my bill, despite the fact I had already paid for it two days prior.

We stayed on the way to the Alps. The hotel was easy to get to with parking on site. Our room was big and spacious for the 4 of us. A good breakfast in the morning before we left. Would definitely come back.
