We always love the Novotel in Reims, it’s comfortable , high quality food and drinks and great for the dogs . Love the refurbishment especially the decking area outside. That’s why we come back year after year on our way to and from Switzerland

Hotel is ideally situated off the motorway for a quick stop over on our way back from the Alps to the UK. Clean. Comfortable. Great breakfast with lots of choice.

We booked a 1 night stay. The room was nice, the bed is really comfortable. The location is great, very close to the highway. Personnel is very nice (breakfast room). Disadvantages: there were small stains on the bathroom sink (not 100% well cleaned bathroom but nothing too bad). Having an elevator would be great (or at least telling guests about the side entrances into the building, as I had to carry heavy luggage throughout the whole building to get to our room on the opposite side). Overall a good hotel, will probably book it again.

The recent and ongoing refurbishment of this hotel is impressive. The room was well designed with a stylish bathroom and separate toilet. Good temperature control too, which is often a problem, and a duvet which was not overly warm. Very good throughout.
