We stumbled upon this hotel when our Airbnb never responded to us to help us checkin. We booked very last minute and the two ladies that helped us checkin were absolute gems. The pool was a nice escape and private, it felt like we were at a resort. The food in the restaurant was superb and the beds were so comfy. I have zero complaints or things they could have done differently. Breakfast was delish. I 100% wish we had a few more nights to stay. The. kids enjoyed the yard games as well.

Friendly reception staff catered for our needs. Disappointed with evening meal experience on this visit. Because there was a large coach party, The service was slow in taking our order and obviously preparing dishes with such a quantity of coach guests. This is understandable. However we tried several times to order dessert but were ignored by staff who concentrated in removing used dishes after the coach party left rather than looking after their remaining customers. We had an early start for the following day and needed an early night after a long journey to Rheims. So the delay in taking a dessert order and then finding someone who would prepare a bill and take payment was not the best experience that we usually find at Accor Hotels.

We took the train from CDG to Reims to spend a few days getting over our jet lag and this hotel was the perfect way to do it. A unique and magical place with the best breakfast of any of our stays, the pool which we used often during the heat wave and the sound of children playing in the large outdoor space as jazz music played in the background...I have looked for other places like this in the countries we have traveled in recently and I can say that it is not typical and that it is a special place we hope to come back to during our travels in the future.
