Great location, no lift

The hotel is easy to find and very convenient. Staff are welcoming. Unfortunately there is no lift to enable a person with reduced mobility to access the 1st floor with ease.

We always choose Novotel Reims en route to UK and back. It is excellently located, the staff are friendly and helpful at reception and in the restaurant and it is dog and child friendly which makes a huge difference. The rooms have always been comfortable and functional. However, our last stay was very disappointing. The room was not of the size or facilities that we had booked but even worse, the bathroom had a pervasive smell of urine and dirt and the floor itself was sticky and unpleasant. Our whole night was disturbed by this. While staff were more than willing to move us, we were only there for one night and exhausted. It should not ever occur in a hotel of any caliber no less one of 3-4*.

Been staying for 30 years. Lovely well trained staff. Very clean comfortable rooms. More than adequate restaurant:no need to venturr to City. Breakfast fresh and varied. Carrefour right opposite. Autoroute 2 mins away. The perfect stop over.
