As always clean and the newly decorated room was v nice - but this time the bed seemed smaller and the pillows were v uncomfortable. Excellent hot shower

I have a mobility scooter. We were allocated an accessible room (161 I think), which was very nice. We drove round to Door 3. However getting from our room to the restaurant meant leaving the building at door 3 (no automatic doors which would not be easy if without a companion) and going down through the car park on my scooter - fine on that particular evening but would be annoying in wet weather. It was not possible to get to the restaurant on my scooter inside the building since at one point there is a short set of stairs. We really like the hotel and it is very convenient as we drive to and from Austria but the hotel does need to somehow address this issue of equal access.

Sadly our stay was spoilt by the extensive internal building works being undertaken of which we were not given prior notice.

We completely understand your frustration regarding the ongoing renovations. You should have been informed prior to your arrival, and we are working hard to ensure this information is clearly communicated to all future guests. Please know that these extensive works are precisely aimed at upgrading our facilities—including our rooms and bathrooms—to provide a much better experience. We have also taken good note of your comment regarding the Wi-Fi speed. Had 2 family rooms with interconnection which was perfect for our requirements. Friendly service. Only reason it’s not a 10 is because reception was unattended on arrival and had to hang around for about 5-10 mins
