Excellent breakfast. Location was easy to find but a good walk into town centre to all the excellent restaurants and bars. Cathedral just at top of road. Beds comfy. Small but nice bathroom with wonderful walk in shower.

Economic price, Great location short easy walk to historic centre, cathedral and pedestrian mall lots of good restaurants. Shorts taxi ride to all local champagne house. Highly recommend Pommery tour but book. Great informative staff and clean room.

The room: Poor soundproofing; I could hear the upstairs neighbors walking and the next-door neighbor coughing. The toilet is tiny, my knees were touching the wall. The towels were from IBIS BUDGET, not Styles. The door wouldn't close on its own, so I had to slam it really hard to shut it (room 112). Breakfast: No cutlery, tables were not cleared, and the staff were awful when asked for something. I felt like I was insulting them. My colleague waited almost 10 minutes to get silverware. Very limited choice.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, breakfast was very busy put the staff worked really hard to make everyone happy. Cleaning of the room was not done properly, footprint stains on the floor, hairs in the shower and both soap containers empty. However housekeeping staff was extremely friendly. Basic but clean and comfortable with an adequate, well stocked breakfast. The hotel is in a good location for exploring Reims and benefits from a secure car park however this only available on a first come first served basis and fills up quickly. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Curtains broken on arrival so no blocked light. Could hear literally every move from the rooms above. Had a terrible night sleep and move on to our next location very very drained.

Hotel is well located for Reims Cathedral and the city centre. The rooms are basic and lack the finishing touches. We requested additional pillows but none were available, result poor night's sleep with resulting aches and pains the following morning. The air-conditioning in the room was very noisy, the inability to open the windows required the air-conditioning to be left on overnight. In contrast the breakfast offering was very good.

The usual reliable Ibis experience, well-sited in the centre. A freshly-squeezed orange juice machine in the breakfast area is a nice touch. The only disadvantages were that the mattress on the bed was extremely hard, although I slept well, and the lift to the entrance from the street was not working, causing my disabled father to have to enter/exit through the car park.

​My stays at Ibis Styles were fantastic, largely thanks to the wonderful check-in staff who made the experience truly great. The location is excellent, and having parking directly across the street is extremely convenient. Unfortunately, my current stay at the Mercure has been disappointing. The lady who checked us in was not welcoming, which really ruined the experience. The difference in customer care between the two hotels was night and day, and Ibis Styles truly delivered.
