Just a one night stop for us but we would definitely return to Reims and also use the same hotel. A nice location not too far a walk from the town but easy to access without having to drive into the centre

It was a terrible stay with lot's of noise during the night. Also the fire alarm went off ( almost 1 hour ) and also in the morning no possibility to shower as no water available. Terrible!

The rooms are claustrophobic. No basic amenities like shower caps, kettle or cupboards. When I wanted to check out as I wanted to shift to another hotel, the lady at the counter didn’t even know the cancellation policy. Even after I pointed out the policy, she still wanted to speak to her manager. When I insisted she was very rude to me. The whole thing inconvenienced me as I had to leave for a morning meeting. I had to come back in the evening to collect my luggage.

We should have been made aware that the public car park straight across the hotel was shut due to major works when I thelephoned a few days prior to arrival to make sure there was adequate parking nearby .we were very lucky that there were 2places left out of 12 in the hotel private car park(we can’t reserve a space apparently ) as my husband is disabled and can’t walk far .
