Good hotel overall, but not as good as Troyes's one. It feels a bit old, but it is clean and if I am really picky, there was some mould on the side of the shower tray. Again, I don't think it is bad, but the hotel in Troyes is much modern, the seating area is nicer and cleaner, the breakfast has more variety, the people are happier as well (the reception gentleman was close to depressing- He was polite but, I didn't see anyone so misearable for a while). It is very close to center of Reims and the parking is a bonus, as we were driving from UK.

Comfortable hotel, with good sized rooms, well located, with a superb French breakfast buffet included, which offered freshly squeezed Orange juice, fresh breads including delicious baguettes and cold cuts. We were on the 3rd floor and woke up to the delicious aroma of freshly baked breads in the morning wafting thru our room. What a treat. This is our best stay ever at an ibis property. Highly recommended!

Our 5th time at the hotel, room looked like it was not cleaned. There was only one set of fresh towels and the 2nd day of our stay it looked like the bedlinnen was changed. Very peculiar. During breakfast music from the kitchen was very loud, louder then the ambiance music in the breakfast room. Not sure if we will be back for a 6th visit.
