First room had issues with electricity. The pillows are too flat and the bed is very uncomfortable. For the 90 euro that we paid for Ibis budget we could better have stayed at an other hotel. No Ibis budget again !!

I did not see why we needed to check in on line in addition to our reservation especially when this did not give us any additional information regarding how to do a late checkin- we arrived late at night from a long drive, had to figure out how to check in ( ie go to Mercure .... ) no way to get a drink ( machine not working - second walk to Mercure) and no place to park the car ( 3rd visit to Mercure at 11.30pm ). No way to get a drink in the morning when we left early to continue our journey and nothing to drink in the room. We had a clean bed - that was it.

Même si nous aurions préféré que votre expérience ait été plus agréable, vos retours et impressions sont très importants pour nous, car ils nous aident à améliorer quotidiennement nos services. As above. The drinks and food vending machine weren’t working and only cash was accepted for the coffee machine. This really isn’t good enough. We travel to the south of France a lot and have usually been happy with the hotel but this time we feel let down and will be reconsidering for our next journey.
