All your staff were excellent and very helpful, especially the reception / reservation gentleman; I was given room 121 on the ground floor. The room was perfectly comfortable but as it was near the public toilet, reception and staircase it was quite noisy which didn't make for a very peaceful nights sleep. When I stay in the future I will ask for a first floor bedroom.

Staff excellent , cleanliness excellent, evening meal dull, steak tough and lacking flavour but well served. Breakfast poor, lacking appetite appeal , well supervised.
