The hotel seemed "tired". It is time for the bedrooms and corridors to be decorated

We have stayed numerous times before but this one was not good. Having arrived just after midnight. We went to bed. But the loo would not stop flushing, it ran all night, so we both had average nights sleep, not ideal for our day’s journeys No one on reception when we left to record. Room 130

Pleasant enough stay but breakfast choice could have been better. I guess difference between Ibis and ibis style.

Unfortunatley I was disappointed with our visit this time round - the room was not cleaned properly - unfortunatley the shower tray had hair strands left on it . Also hairs in the bed??? I have short hair and my partner is bold so we knew it was not from us and that is very unpleasant to see Also I wanted to buy a bottle of champagne with two flutes which were presented in the foyer however I was not able to acquire it but was asked to ask in the morning again as apparently there was no stock? We like the IBIS location as its well visited by other UK travellers but its a nice stop from Switzerland to UK. so more or less in the middle and its located near a shopping center.
