We arrived at the hotel and were warmly greeted by Jeanne who helped us check in after a long trip from Canada. The hotel is well located with an easy walk through Croix- Rousee and to the town center. The rooms are well kept and the beds super comfy. I cannot reccomend this boutique hotel enough. The views were spectacular and the outdoor bubbles are super cute. We loved our stay!

a few things that did not work: - google map sends one to the wrong address which is quite annoying by car - the Hotel says it's has parking space, but in reality it does not. there is access to a parking lot, but not reserved parking spots, so i parked on a forbidden place. - The stairs in front of the reception are ok, but if you have to carry heavy luggage or are in a wheel chair ... - the bathroom was not heated in the room 004, which for a price of 480€ is quite shocking - The breakfast was not varied enough, no fruits for example

While we do not have on-site reserved parking, we strive to provide convenient alternatives and apologize if this did not meet your expectations. For accessibility, we do have a ramp located on the side of the entrance, and we are sorry you were not aware of it. We will make sure this information is more visible to our guests in the future. We also apologize for the lack of heating in your bathroom and the limited variety at breakfast. These issues do not reflect the quality of service we aim to provide, especially at this price point. Staff very friendly, but it wasn't our choice of hotel, very noisy due to fairground and not close to the center for shopping etc.
