We loved our stay at the Carlton. Super central, the receptionists were very accommodating… my son was sick and they gave us a late check out without any hassles, they also helped us book a table at Carmelo last minute…. Thank you so much 😊

Stayed here for two nights including Christmas day in 2025. We had a family room which is two rooms next to each other with a separate front door, very spacious. The hotel is really well located, only a 5 minute walk from either of 2 metro stations, and right in the heart of the main shopping precinct. Hotel is a classic French building, and very clean and well maintained. All staff are very friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions for dinner etc. The bar area is cosy but a good place for a drink, and the breakfast on offer on Level 1 was outstanding. We were really happy with our stay here, we could walk everywhere, with plenty of eating choices nearby, plus several conveniences stores as well. Definitely a 5 of of 5.
