We stayed in Lyon for 4 nights and were very happy with everything. The registration staff were always available to answer any questions in a helpful and friendly manner. The morning breakfast was excellent t with lots of options and attentive staff as well. Overall I would highly recommend this property if your travels take you to Lyon!

Air conditioning did not work for the first 2 days of my 3 day stay. The room was incredibly warm, sweating in bed and difficult to sleep. On the 3rd day I requested the bedsheets to be changed, but the housekeeper neglected to change them.

From the moment we arrived, actually even before we arrived (when they inquired about my wife's reduced mobility). They couldn't have done enough to make our stay enjoyable. From check in to the day we checked out acquiring a ride to the train station for us. We will definitely be back to Lyon and this is now our hotel of choice. Perfect location.
