We are sorry to read that the room didn't pleased you. Effectively, the room you had faces the courtyard, but we have room facing the street with a better view. Moreover, we can open the window in this room. If necessary, don't hesitate to ask the reception to find a solution (switch room...) We wtill hope to see you again for your next trip in Lyon. It was a really positive experience since the first moment I stepped in and met Emad and Ethan at front desk. So professional and kind. They noticed that I am a gold member and they offered me a room upgrade and the room was really nice! I liked also the location of the hotel.
