The people were very nice but the hotel itself wasn’t great. The room was not in great shape and was just very mediocre. Very small window outside so the room was dreary.

I stayed at the hotel for 5 nights during the June heatwave. I therefore stayed in my room longer than I planned because it was too unpleasant to enjoy the streets and sites of Lyon. The hotel is well located, close to many bars and restaurants. The staff were generally professional and friendly (with exceptions), but my room was shabby and in poor condition.

I stayed with my wife for 2 nights. Everything was perfect and the quality of services was very good. Although some small improvements would be useful: - I was charged 60€ security deposit for the room via a credit card, which was not mentioned in the booking details - Only one elevator worked while we were there - The variety of the breakfast could be better (as me and my wife ar vegan, we had limited options) - The cleanliness of the common spaces was not very good - this could be due to the fact that we saw while eating breakfast the cred that was cleaning and they were, to say the least, not very thorough. upon arrival the woman at the desk was very helpful and pleasant. The gentleman at departure was rude and basically yelling instructions and was very frustrated since we did not speak french. We sat in the lobby for a few minutes in the evening and were "thrown out" by the bar tender telling us we were not allowed to sit unless we ordered something. There was not a single patron in the bar at the time and he was aware we were guests of the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel.

everything was fine but unfortunately during the night my cover was too hogh and strong and I was hot. The hotel offer me a sheet but was too thin and I was cold...They have adjust with a medium cover for the spring. THa breakfast was good but I suggest to have the possibilities to do pancakes or omelette. Thanks

Air conditioning not working in 26 degree heat Room tiny and unbearably hot. Given a fan but could not sleep with it on as too noisy. Did not sleep at all. Asked to move rooms but told no alternative. Air conditioning “working” the following day but barely made any difference.

Great location. Easy to find. Room was clean, and felt very secure. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
