Nice, clean hotel with an excellent location near all the shops, public transport, old town, etc. Great value for money. The only negative side was that the toilet was a separate small closet with a sliding door that did not close well and had no sink. Apparently, not all rooms are with the same setting.

Rooms were very well appointed though a little small. Breakfast was excellent and was definitely value for the price. Location was fabulous and easy to see the sights. Staff was very helpful, save for the when we arrived. Whoever, was at the desk really does not like his job. Arrogant and not professional at all. He was doing us a favour by answering our questions of where to go for supper!

Location was perfect, staff were lovely, bar a bit expensive compared to other establishments in the area. I would have one big criticism, the room was really dark which made it very frustrating trying to find things in the room. Brighter lights would certainly make the stay more pleasant especially because the room is so small, the darkness made the room claustrophobic.

Poor parking availability to off load the car. Asked for a recommendation for lunch whilst waiting for our room. Probably the most unfriendly restaurant in Lyon. Room was small to the point there was about 400mm between the bottom of the bed and the TV. However room was clean and near centre of town. Nice shower
