A lovely hotel in the centre of Lyon, which is a great location to explore the whole city. The room was clean and good for a simple lace to sleep as we spent most of the time out in the city. The room was quite hot though and there was a sign above the air con to say the hotel had switched to heating mode so don't use the air con. If this was fixed it would have been excellent.

Some of the amenities in the room were not working properly (airconditioning was not cooling the room, magnifying mirror was broken and ceiling shower head was not working properly). Staff was nice and very welcoming and answered all our questions. The hotel is well located to all the major sites.

1. Checking in takes long even for returning customers 2. Shower on the 5th floor is not strong enough compared to 2nd floor

This is my first stay in Lyon for work and I booked a single room with a very high rate. Not only was breakfast not included BUT i got a ting little bedroom. I have to rethink my next visits to our office in Lyon and perhaps find a better hotel with a better rate with more services.
