1. Checking in takes long even for returning customers 2. Shower on the 5th floor is not strong enough compared to 2nd floor

This is my first stay in Lyon for work and I booked a single room with a very high rate. Not only was breakfast not included BUT i got a ting little bedroom. I have to rethink my next visits to our office in Lyon and perhaps find a better hotel with a better rate with more services.

It wasn’t great to be honest. Told booking non existent initially which was stressful. Booking reinstated once it was apparent the fault was at Accor’s end. Room not that clean except for the bathroom.
