The A/C was set to heating but it was a hot week and rooms were hot. This is not good enough for a Mecure hotel which advertises A/C and this is one of the amenities I look for when booking.

Air conditioning not working in 26 degree heat Room tiny and unbearably hot. Given a fan but could not sleep with it on as too noisy. Did not sleep at all. Asked to move rooms but told no alternative. Air conditioning “working” the following day but barely made any difference.

Great location. Easy to find. Room was clean, and felt very secure. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

Smallish rooms that cd certainly do with an update weirdly located windows ( bottom half ) and it’s still a hotel I return every year. Staff is great, rooms and communal areas are spotless, breakfast is good
