Enjoyed our stay. Was easy to explore Lyon on foot, and appreciated the luggage storage before and after check in/check out to allow us more time to discover Lyon. Enjoyed breakfast as well.

3 day break for 2 adults in Room 810. One of the smallest and hot and airless rooms we have ever stayed in. It would have been too small for one person. The only redeeming feature was the quality of the bed. A great pity but it did seriously affect our stay

The A/C was set to heating but it was a hot week and rooms were hot. This is not good enough for a Mecure hotel which advertises A/C and this is one of the amenities I look for when booking.

Air conditioning not working in 26 degree heat Room tiny and unbearably hot. Given a fan but could not sleep with it on as too noisy. Did not sleep at all. Asked to move rooms but told no alternative. Air conditioning “working” the following day but barely made any difference.

Great location. Easy to find. Room was clean, and felt very secure. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.
