The hotel itself was as expected and we had no particular issue with the accommodation. However, we are very dissatisfied with the way the payment was handled. The stay had already been paid for through Booking.com before arrival. My parents checked in on my behalf, but they were asked to pay for the accommodation again at the hotel. As a result, we have effectively paid twice for the same stay. Even more concerning, the invoice provided by the hotel shows the name **Magali Melkonian**, who is completely unknown to us, instead of my name or the names of my parents. Unfortunately, although the hotel itself met our expectations, this experience with the payment and incorrect invoice has left us very dissatisfied.

I saw on the webpage that there was a parking, but no. The hotel looked very old so the experience at arrival was not good. On the other hand, the room was very clean, basic but good. The breakfast was 10/10.

al final no usamos la habitación y no nos rembolsaron. Hemos llegado a las 12 para parquear (parqueo de pago y reservado con antelacion) y recoger las llaves, pero nos indicaron que la habitación no estaba lista, cuando regresamos a las 8pm e intentamos parquear el parqueadero es horroroso y el unico puesto que quedaba libre era para un malabarista de circo imposible parquear. Por tanto preguntamos si nos podian rembolsar ya que no hay parqueo y nos han dicho que no. En fin, hemos ido a otro sitio y perdimos 100 euros a la basura. Adicionalmente primera y ultima que nos quedamos en ibis styles, siempre usamos ibis normal o ibis budget y mucho mejor que este hotel

Toutefois, il arrive que les places soient rapidement occupées, surtout avec des véhicules de grande taille. Concernant la politique de remboursement, elle suit les conditions de réservation validées lors de la réservation, ce qui limite notre marge de manœuvre. Très agréable séjour dans cet hôtel, personnel sympathique, petit-déjeuner très complet literie de bonne qualité. Le parking couvert est un plus. Le métro à 50 m tu es vraiment très pratique pour rejoindre le centre-ville.
