The nice lady ad the reception from Thailand helped me very well. The young man from the reception who answered my call from the room (on 23-02) around 16.00 hours not. I said 2 times that I didn't feel well and needed a doctor. He thought a towel and lying down would help and if not I could go to the pharmacy. I went indeed to the pharmacy myself walking. After that I have been brought right away to the hospital (they suspected a heart attack). I will never stay in your hotel because it is simply not safe.

This was our second trip to Lyon, but our first at this hotel. It is conveniently located and the staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is relaxing and our room was wonderful. The tea offered in the room was also great. This hotel experience helped us to have a much nicer time in Lyon than the last time we visited. We will definitely stay here again.

Clean and cozy. Valet parking & the parking fee is a bit expensive compared to others. Swimming pool is small & dark, better to make the area brighter to feel safe. Near food market & large shopping mall, which is good.

Great stay valet parking in this part of Lyon is brilliant. We loved being near all that the city has to offer. Tram station nearby as is Pont Wilson my location point for getting around as I know the city quite well.
