the reception staff were helpful but very misleading They should be aware that not everyone knows the city. We were on several occasions given incorrect directions. i.e. go left and left again but not mentioning how many road should you pass before turning left. The dining area and the bar area tables were dirty and we had to find napkins to cover these tables A female member of your breakfast clearing did not enjoy her job and was more interested in flicking her hair and talking to colleagues. She clearly did not like older people

We had an amazing stay and the personnel were very helpful. We stayed here for just twoo days of the comptetion of Sainte Lyon. The city center It is easily accessible if you like walking but also you have the Metro and the tram just a 5 minutes walk.

The room is very poor Not even a mineral water to drink No bathroom accessories. More a three stars room
