A comfortable room. However the safe could have been better located. It was on the floor level and too low to bed down and use it. It would have been better located in the wardrobe.

We stayed at this hotel during the Christmas holidays. The hotel staff were very polite and attentive. When we checked in, we were unsure about our connecting rooms, and the staff kindly accompanied us and explained how the two rooms could be used as a connecting setup. The breakfast was fair, and everything was freshly prepared. Room cleaning was done regularly upon request, and the mini-fridge was refilled as needed. Areas for improvement: The bathtubs in the privilege rooms are very small, even for a short person. There could be more English-language TV channels. The swimming pool is very small and ideally should be available by reservation, limited to a maximum of 2–4 people at a time. It is not suitable for many guests to use it simultaneously. We had an unpleasant experience when a family joined the pool and began wrestling and shouting in the water, which felt unsafe. Water is almost cold.

the staff is friendly and helpful the rooms are big, but not enough clean in my opinion the breakfast is with a lot of carbohydrates, and lack of fresh vegetables. cheeses and pastries were good. the gym and the swimming pool didn't look like in the pictures and are very poor
