My room was comfortable, quiet and reasonably priced. But what stands out to me is the absolutely remarkable front-desk staff. Not only were they always a pleasure to deal with as I fumbled through my franglais, but they went to extraordinary lengths to find restaurants and to make sure I was well-oriented to enjoying the best of Lyon.
