Great location in the city centre of Lyon, the hotel is unfortunately outdated hotel compared to others, and the rooms are too small

We stayed at the hotel for 5 nights. Really wished there was a dresser or shelves to put clothes away- there's room in the closet for something. The room was pretty comfortable- inadequate AC but the front desk folks gave us a fan, which helped and the bathroom was fine. The breakfast was mediocre- I wouldn't recommend it for the price and there are many nearby options. All in all I'd recommend it with reservations.

Staff were extremely helpful and polite. Bed comfortable but pillows terrible. Lots of maintenance required such as damaged woodwork around doors, repainting, headboard area has peeled off.

Stayed for 4 days for business. The rooms are small but well-appointed and cozy. The beds are very comfortable, and the bathroom is modern. The front is always staffed, and the personnel are pleasant and helpful. Just steps from the door is a pedestrian-only area full of cafes and restaurants, and surrounded by shopping. The hotel is located between both rivers, and both old town and the large park/zoo are in easy walking distance. This was a very convenient 'base' to come back to at the end of the day, and be able to relax in a Lyonnaise neighborhood in the immediate vicinity.

we arrived for a 3 night stay on 27 June - on check in the room were were given (201) ended up being occupied by another guest with their personal items on the bed (fortunately not in the room when I walked in with my key that worked) - another couple that arrived at same time got given room 202 and had the exact same issue. The room we finally got was fine with decent aircon and bathroom but the room shape was long and narrow meaning a narrow gap to get to other side of the bed - staff were all helpful and friendly
