Excellent hotel. Extremely helpful and responsive staff. Fantastic location and close to all the main sights of Lyon. I provided advance information to hotel as to why I was in Lyon and staff left a special message and gift for our arrival. Wonderful. Unhesitatingly recommend.

A very nice hotel well located near all the attractions, and a great staff. We had booked a room with a balcony, the hotel was able to provide a room with a balcony, not the one with a big balcony, and went so far as to write a note apologizing for not booking the other room, something that never seems to happen anymore. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and will stay again if we make it to Lyon another time. Merci Beaucoup to all the staff, you made our stay very enjoyable.

We had a great time in Lyon Mercure Centre Beau Arts. the people in the reception were very warm and accomodating. Location is perfect with both high end and popular shops along both sides of the street.

Check in wasn’t great there was 5 people checking in and one lady and it took along time with bags everywhere. Then another person came to help when there was only 2 of us in the queue. He forgot to mention that the next day was a public holiday and everything was going to be closed. We couldn’t find any food as nothing was open it would have been helpful to have been warned this and told 10 min walk and there is a market. Rooms were nice and bed comfortable. However we were woken up at 8am on Sunday by the cleaner and then all the cleaners proceeded to all talk loudly outside our room in the hall for the next hour.
