Nous sommes heureux de constater que notre emplacement a su pleinement répondre à vos attentes. Nous sommes néanmoins désolés pour la gêne rencontrée lors du petit-déjeuner du samedi matin. Cet incident, dû à un oubli indépendant de notre volonté, ne reflète en rien la qualité de service que nous nous engageons à offrir à nos clients. Concernant la chambre qui vous a été attribuée, nous comprenons parfaitement votre ressenti quant à la proximité avec la salle de petit-déjeuner. Nous tenons à préciser que cette chambre appartient à notre catégorie Classique, différente de la Chambre Privilège que vous n’aviez pas réservée. Les prestations et le niveau de confort y sont donc naturellement différents de nos chambres supérieures. Soyez assurée que vos remarques sont précieuses et seront prises en compte avec la plus grande attention afin d’améliorer continuellement l’expérience que nous offrons à nos clients les plus fidèles. From check in through to check out, the staff was excellent. Breakfast at the hotel was a good start. There were so many restaurants in the neighbourhood from which to choose, it was a great problem to have.
